Hey friends,
Welcome to a JBACs meditation.
This meditation will allow you to look within,
Clear your mind,
And encourage your mind to imagine beautiful thoughts.
You may choose to take this meditation seated upright in a comfortable position or lying down flat on your back.
Let's take three deep breaths.
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your nose.
Such inhale,
Breathe in fully,
Filling your entire body with life.
When you exhale,
Release all energy that has not served you today.
When you inhale,
Notice any sensations of your body.
What are you experiencing?
Where is your breath going to?
Exhale out any tension you may feel.
Really invite yourself to be in the present moment right now.
Be one with your body during this meditation.
This meditation will guide you through your body as we will be walking through and visualizing ourselves inside our bodies and admiring all that we are.
Inhale with me and exhale.
Imagine yourself walking up to an incredible house.
A house that may be a bungalow on a beach or a cabin on top of a mountain.
Perhaps a beautiful Victorian on a quiet back road.
This house you are walking up to holds all of your belongings.
It holds your entire being.
This house allows you to feel safe,
To feel comfort,
To embrace all that you are.
This house,
Whatever it may be,
Is your body.
As you walk up to the front door,
Let us open the door.
As you walk into the front entrance of this home,
Of your body,
Allow for your awareness to be brought to your toes,
The balls of your feet and the heels.
How is your body greeting you when you step through the door?
Is it a cool marble or a shaggy carpet?
Will you take your shoes off to feel the floor that you built?
Continue walking through the foyer.
Acknowledge your ankles,
Calves,
Knees,
Quads.
How does it feel to use your legs to walk inside your home?
Your strong foundation you built on the inside.
Now walking around with your strong foundation on the outside.
Now let's bring awareness to your hips and your glutes.
You have walked to wear a plush chair or couch maybe.
It is waiting for you to sit and feel comfort.
Envision yourself gently sitting down on the surface.
What does the material feel like?
What does the cushion feel like?
Do you feel supported by the choice of furniture you chose to put in this house?
Let's take a breath while we're here.
As you sit,
You may feel a sensation to use this seat to think.
For thoughts to come in and for them to go.
If any thoughts come into your space,
Gently take a breath and allow for those thoughts to stay in the back of your mind.
As you can revisit them if they serve you after you finish your tour of your amazing home.
Now take your time and stand up from the surface you chose.
You are now finding yourself walking to the kitchen.
Thinking of your belly and all that it does for you.
You open the fridge and see amazing food that you fuel yourself with.
You smile because you know you make conscious decisions to give yourself the nutrients it needs and the treats it deserves.
You now notice stairs in your home and begin to walk to them.
You start walking up a staircase with an incredible railing that you watch as your hand glides up this surface.
Gently moving your fingers and palm over the railing.
When you get to the top of the stairs there are three doors.
Choose the door on the right first.
Open the door slowly and feel your heart start beating a little faster.
Smelling with more love.
A gentle candle with a rose is waiting for you.
This rose is for your heart,
For the love you have to give to yourself and others.
Accept this rose.
You may take this rose with you into the next door,
The middle door.
Before you open this door let's take a breath.
When you open the door you see a mirror.
You see someone looking back at you.
You see and feel this deep connection with this person staring into your soul.
You are looking at yourself holding that rose.
Looking at your body that you use to walk through this amazing house.
With the clothes that you chose to wear inside and as you trace every inch of your body all the way up to your mouth,
Nose,
Hair,
And to your eyes.
You lock eyes with yourself.
Here you may choose to whisper kindness to yourself.
As it may be difficult to leave this amazing space you created with yourself,
Slowly back up from this room and thank your mirrored self.
The last door to open is the left.
And let's take a breath before we open this door.
When you open this door,
Slowly with ease,
Closing your eyes and your mind's eye while opening.
Let it glide open.
Do you feel that?
Open your mind's eye,
Open your eyes in your house.
It is the sun.
The sun is setting on this amazing house in this beautiful place.
There is no obstacle in the way.
It's just you and the sun sharing this space together in pure bliss.
Take the next few moments to be with yourself in your home with the sun setting.
As the sun is slowly saying goodnight to you in your home,
Thank yourself for this time spent.
Thank the sun for being with you and shining in on your home.
Whenever you are ready,
Walk back through your home with admiration and love.
Walking down the stairs,
Past the kitchen,
Past your chair,
The foyer to the front door.
Take a deep inhale and exhale and smile.
Remember to always choose your home.
At this time,
Bring yourself back to the present.
Gently start moving your fingers and your toes and notice what is around you in your space today and now.
Take one last deep breath in through your nose and exhale with a deep sigh.
You can open your eyes.
