Hello my friend.
Let's ground you into yourself,
To all of the world around you,
And just allowing yourself
to feel safe and deeply connected with yourself and what holds you around you.
Every step you take,
Any state or country that you're in,
You are home.
So finding yourself in a comfortable position and allowing yourself to close down your eyes
and taking a deep inhale in through your nose,
And exhaling out.
Again,
Breathing into your body,
Deep inhale,
And give me a sigh out,
Ahhh.
Let's do that one more time.
Deep inhale.
Feeling safe in your surroundings,
Exhale,
Ahhh.
Good.
Bringing yourself down into your body,
Just feeling your body.
Maybe noticing any activations or any comfort that you're feeling in your body.
All is welcome here.
Just inviting in the feeling of peace inside of your body right now,
Wherever you're at.
And bringing that feeling of peace down,
Down,
Down to where you are seated.
Feeling your sit bones on the chair,
Below you,
Beneath you.
Good,
And inviting you to bring your awareness and your attention down to your feet.
And feeling your feet on the ground.
Maybe this means you unravel your feet from your seat and you place them firmly on the
ground beneath you.
Just feeling the ground below you,
How it holds you.
And as you feel into the ground beneath you,
Feeling how safe and held you feel right now.
And now allowing yourself to feel through your feet,
Down in the ground,
Past the floor.
Allowing for roots to grow from your feet down the floor,
Into the earth,
All the way
down.
Going past the rock,
The rubble,
The dirt.
Feeling the heat of the core of the earth as you get closer and closer.
And feeling deeply connected.
And once you hit the bottom,
The core of the earth,
I invite you to bring out an anchor
from your feet.
Wherever this anchor looks,
And anchor yourself into the core of the earth.
And knowing as you do this,
You are allowing yourself to feel deeply connected,
Grounded,
Safe,
Secure,
With yourself,
With this earth,
Wherever you may go.
Even feeling the rope that is attached to this anchor.
Feeling how sturdy it is.
Knowing that this rope is you,
It's a direct line to you.
Inviting you as you feel into this rope,
Melting into the safety of yourself.
Letting yourself melt into the magma in safety,
In deep connection,
That you are safe here.
That your entire essence vibrates safety.
And you feel an overwhelm of security.
Wow,
How secure you are with yourself,
With this earth,
Wherever you may go.
Let it fill your body and feel that.
Feel the safety,
The security,
How grounded you feel right now.
And how this reminds you of that feeling of peace that you invited in earlier in this meditation.
Good.
Now I invite you to climb up this rope from the anchor,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Back to your body.
Find yourself back fully into your body.
Again,
Feeling your feet on the ground,
Your butt on the chair.
And just noticing how relaxed you are,
How safe you are with yourself.
Welcome home to yourself.
You are unstoppable.
The world is your oyster.
And you are safe in your body to go and do and be whatever you choose moving forward.
Now let's take two deep inhales to solidify this.
Breathing in.
And out.
And in.
And out.
When you are ready,
You can blink open your eyes slowly and gently.
Looking around with this sense of peace,
Groundedness,
And home.
