Another meditation for us.
So if you're ready,
I say we just get on into it.
Let's sit or lay,
Whatever is most comfortable to you.
Whether you are sitting or lying,
Bring your shoulders back and down.
Shoulders away from your ears with prime posture.
Let's take a deep breath.
Let's try and clear our minds.
Today may have been a good day.
Or maybe we've been feeling anxious or worrisome all day.
Today may have been busy with work or busy on our thoughts.
Let's take this time to quiet ourselves and quiet our minds.
And that may seem hard,
But try and clear your mind.
Whether that's focusing on your breath in through your nose,
Out through your mouth,
Or maybe it's thinking of an eraser,
Wiping away any thoughts that come into your mind,
Erasing them away for the time being.
Right now you are safe where you are.
Everything can be put on hold.
Just focus on that breath.
This breath in meditation is simply to clear your mind.
Anything that you may have been worrying or thought prior to this,
Gently let those thoughts be wiped away with this breath right here,
In through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
During this meditation,
We will do three breaths with this count.
Each breath,
Choose an affirmation.
Choose a simple one,
Such as,
I am worthy.
I am whole.
I am enough.
I have everything I need.
You may choose the same one each breath or a different affirmation within these until the end of these three breaths.
By now,
I hope an affirmation has came into your mind and you are ready to take your first breath.
Right here,
In through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
Gently reflect and believe that the affirmation you chose and you breathed out is true.
On your second breath,
Hold on to that affirmation for a split second.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
That affirmation is true.
Let's take our third breath.
In this breath,
Breathe out your affirmation audibly.
Whisper it,
Deep breathe it out.
Here we go.
In through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Whatever your affirmations may have been,
You,
Yourself,
You truly are those things.
You will do great things this week and within your lifetime.
Take these affirmations with you and casually repeat them to yourself whenever you need to.
Take one final breath,
Sigh it out.
Gently start wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Open your eyes nice and gently.
Do your thing this week.
