I live in Vancouver, teaching yoga and offering nutrition guidance. My goal is to help others heal and feel calmer to have more energy for the things they love. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dalhousie University, a diploma of Holistic Nutrition (CNP) and a 300hour RYT. I have completed additional trainings in post-natal yoga and a children’s yoga. I have taught yoga in many different environments, from the Toronto District School Board to studios in both Toronto and Vancouver.
