I am Jenny Mayo,

And welcome to this five-minute relax meditation.

Invite you to find a comfortable position for your body,

Seated,

Lying down,

Whatever is calling to you today,

And close the eyes if you like.

Start to let yourself land right here,

Right now,

On this moment,

There's nothing else to do,

On this spot of earth,

Really feeling the ground beneath you,

Supporting you and holding you,

And letting yourself land on this breath right here,

Just this one.

Maybe taking a deep sigh on your next few exhales,

Just releasing a little bit of whatever has accumulated,

Starting to let your body relax,

As we move through parts of the body,

Starting to imagine yourself starting to dissolve,

Starting to allow tension to release,

Like an ice cube melting so gently into water,

Letting your forehead smooth,

Your jaw unclench,

Letting you soften your collarbones,

Tops of your shoulders,

Melting all the way down the length of your arms through your fingertips,

Breathing into your heart center for a moment,

Softening,

Softening,

Melting,

Noticing and feeling the gentle rising of your ribs,

Welcoming each breath in,

Just a little bit more sky and space on each inhale,

Softening through the belly,

The hips,

The pelvis,

Your thighs,

Your lower legs,

And your feet,

And then slowly out to take in your whole body,

Just noticing if there's tension anywhere that can still be released or softened,

Melted into water,

Being here in your body with your breath for one more moment,

Remembering this calm,

The softening is always within you,

Last deepest breath in now,

Deep into the belly,

And gently release.

Thank you for meditating with me today.
