Have you been operating more from the mind than the heart recently? Or dwelling in difficult emotions and/or feeling vulnerable and explored? Or do you simply want to deepen your connection to your heart energy even further? In this meditation, you will be connecting to a glowing energy in your heart center, as well as to a place/person/being that helps you feel warmth and gratitude.

Hi,

This is Jenny Braav of Radiant Wholeness Healing,

And this is a meditation for a radiant heart.

Find a comfortable position lying down or sitting up.

Closing your eyes,

Start taking nice deep breaths.

With each in-breath,

Inviting in a sense of ease and relaxation.

With each out-breath,

Allowing anything that's ready to release to do so.

Any tension,

Unwanted thoughts,

Stuck emotions.

Feeling yourself begin to drop into your body,

Into the present moment,

A little more with each breath.

And as you continue to breathe deeply and rhythmically,

Bring your attention to your heart center,

In the middle of your chest.

Visualize a bright,

Radiant light there,

Starting to glow with warmth and love.

With each inhale,

Feel,

Sense,

Or imagine this light growing brighter and more expansive,

Beginning to fill your entire body with its healing energy.

As you exhale,

Imagine any negative emotions or thoughts being released from your body and dissolving into the light.

And as it does,

Sense,

Feel,

Or imagine that you're in a place where you feel calm and at peace.

This might be a real place,

An imaginary place,

Or a composite one.

It might be a type of place.

And as you connect to this place,

Start tapping into its qualities,

Just noticing.

And as you continue to breathe deeply and to feel the qualities of this place,

Invite in a sense of gratitude.

You might want to think of someone or something that brings you joy and happiness,

Maybe a loved one,

A pet.

And as you do,

I invite you to feel the radiant light in your heart start glowing even brighter.

And as it gets brighter and brighter,

Imagine sending this feeling of love and gratitude out into the world around you,

Feeling it rippling out in concentric circles around you,

Imagining that you greet each person you encounter from your heart center with this radiant,

One pulsating heart meeting another,

Free from the judgments and defenses of the mind.

To encompass,

Take a few moments to bask in this feeling of radiance and love,

Allowing it to permeate every cell of your being,

Imprinting deep into cellular memory.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes and return to the present moment.

This radiant heart meditation can be practiced daily to cultivate feelings of love,
