Hi,
This is Jenny Braav of Radiant Homeless Healing,
And this is a guided meditation to connect to the spirit of your business,
Your practice,
Or any creative endeavor you are putting out into the world.
You can listen to this as often as you wish and at any stage of your endeavor,
About to launch,
In the fledgling stage,
When it's well-established,
When it's on the brink of a shift,
And I invite you to find a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without distractions.
If it's helpful,
You might want to sit in your workspace or the space you create from,
But make sure it's free from clutter.
Once you're settled,
Close your eyes.
Take a few deep breaths,
With each in-breath inviting in a sense of ease and relaxation.
With each out-breath inviting anything that is ready to release,
Any tension,
Stuck emotions,
Unwanted thoughts.
With each breath inviting yourself to land more deeply into your body,
Into the present moment.
As you drop in,
Set the intention to connect with the spirit of your business or creative endeavor.
Visualize a bright light surrounding you,
Creating a protective and sacred container for this connection,
This conversation to happen.
And as you do,
Begin to bring the light into your heart.
And with each breath,
Invite it to glow a little bit brighter.
To start creating a feeling of openness and receptivity in your heart.
As you continue to relax and deepen into the moment,
Imagine a door appearing in front of you.
This door is a portal to the spirit of your business,
Your practice,
Your creative endeavor.
And with each breath you take,
Feel yourself drawing closer to this door,
Knowing that on the other side lies the energy of your business,
Creative endeavor,
Waiting to communicate with you.
Getting closer and closer,
And when you're ready,
Open the door and step through it into a realm filled with light and energy.
Take a few deep breaths before beginning to explore this space.
Notice any symbols,
Images,
Colors,
Sounds,
Sensations.
These may be ones you already associate with your endeavor,
Or they may be new ones.
Trust whatever you're perceiving with any of your senses,
Knowing there's nothing to figure out,
No right or wrong answer.
Once you've gotten a sense of the space,
Begin a walking deeper into it,
Away from the door you step through.
And as you do,
You may begin to sense a presence approaching you.
This is the spirit of your business,
Creative endeavor coming forth to meet you.
Take a moment to greet this energy with an open heart and mind,
Acknowledging its wisdom and guidance.
What do you notice about its presence?
Does it have a color,
Shape,
Or texture?
A feeling or a quality you'd associate with it?
Just noticing without judgment or effort,
Inviting in a sense of openness and curiosity.
And if you want,
You might ask the spirit of your business,
Creative endeavor,
If it has any message or gift.
This might be verbal,
Nonverbal,
That it would like to transmit to you,
Anything it would like you to know.
You might also ask it where it is in its growth cycle,
Even if you think you know the answer sometimes.
We're surprised with what we hear or receive.
Is it in a period of hibernation,
Gestation,
Growth and productivity,
Or a phase of transformation?
Is there anything it is needing from you to thrive in the cycle it's currently in?
That might be more presence and attention,
More space to breathe or to be allowed to evolve,
Something else that it's needing.
It might be something you're holding on to that it's inviting you to let go of,
Particularly if it's in a transformation phase.
But in all cases,
Ask for any additional information about the next step or anything you need to be doing to prepare or be ready for the next iteration of what wants to emerge through you.
And I'm going to give you a few minutes of silence to open to any visions or feelings that come through during this exchange.
And I invite you to express any gratitude,
Acknowledgement you have for your practice,
Business endeavor,
Creative endeavor,
Whatever stage it's in.
And also open to any gratitude it might have for you,
Knowing that this is both part of you but also separate,
Born of you and having its own energy.
Feeling this in deep shared connection you have and knowing that you can return to this space whenever you seek guidance or inspiration or clarity.
And thanking the spirit of your business,
Your creative endeavor for sharing its energy with you.
I invite you to come back to yourself,
Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Maybe wiggle your fingers and toes.
Take a few nice deep breaths.
Feel your feet wherever they are.
Connect physically or energetically to the ground.
Bring yourself back to current reality,
To the space you're in.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes,
Setting the intention to carry the insights gained from connecting with the spirit of your business,
Creative endeavor into the rest of your day or into the next day if you're doing this in the evening.
