Hi,
This is Jenny Braav of Radiant Wholeness Healing,
And today I'm walking you through a meditation in your abundance garden to weed out any old beliefs and wounding around wealth and money,
Deservingness,
Havingness,
That might be impeding your beautiful tree from growing as fully and vibrantly as it can.
So I invite you to close your eyes if that's comfortable,
You can lie down or stay seated in an upright position,
And whenever you're ready,
Take a nice big breath,
With each in-breath inviting in a sense of ease and relaxation,
With each out-breath inviting in anything that's ready to release any tension,
Unwanted thoughts,
That commotion,
With each breath inviting yourself to drop in even more deeply into your body,
Into the moment,
Imagining there's a dial in your head connecting you to your cognitive brain,
And turning that dial a notch down,
And feeling a dial in your body connecting you to your body,
Your intuition,
Your heart,
Wisdom,
And turning that dial a notch up,
And sensing,
Feeling,
Or imagining a path in front of you,
And taking a step on that path,
Turning the cognitive brain dial down another notch,
The intuitive feeling,
Sensing dial up another notch,
Continuing to do that with every step you take on this path,
Another notch down,
Another notch up,
Down,
And up,
Until you get to the end of the path and find yourself at the entrance of a garden,
And with your heart and your senses open,
Entering this garden,
And as you explore the garden,
Noticing sights,
Colors,
Sounds,
You're going to feel yourself drawn towards a particular tree,
And this tree is your abundance tree,
The tree that represents your sense of deservingness,
Of worth,
Of havingness,
Of flow,
And just noticing if it's growing in an unhindered way,
Freely,
Or if there's anything that might be holding it back,
There might be some parasitic plants feeding off of it,
Or maybe it hasn't been watered in a really long time,
Or maybe all of the old leaves that are no longer needed have fallen and not been cleared,
And are just waiting for the least little spark to ignite it,
And without even needing to know what is hindering its growth,
Whether it's yours or ancestral,
Limiting beliefs,
Coping strategies,
Beliefs you have about yourself,
Or about money,
Or wealth,
Or people with money,
Whatever it is,
Just starting intuitively to tend to the tree,
Pulling out the leaves,
Clearing the old leaves,
Giving it just the right amount of watering,
Releasing any plant that might be strangling it,
Once it's free and cleared of anything that was impeding its growth,
Imagining that you're starting to water it,
Watering it with trust,
Watering it with gratitude,
With your breath,
With your openness,
And if you want to say some words as you water it,
Thank you for being here,
I'm sorry I didn't trust you or water you enough,
You are perfect and beautiful,
I am open to the possibility that life is limitless,
I am opening to the abundance that the world has for me,
It's possible that there's an abundance of time,
Money,
Love,
Health,
Space,
Balance,
And as you water your beautiful abundance tree with your energy of presence,
Openness,
Allowing gratitude,
It begins to blossom,
And just noticing what that looks like,
What that feels like,
Maybe it starts bearing fruit,
Or flowers,
Or beautiful magnificent shimmering leaves,
It might be turning any color of the rainbow,
Or all of them,
And as it does,
Just asking your tree if there's anything specific it's wanting from you,
Needing from you,
Anything it wants you to know or remember,
Gathering all this beautiful energy from the tree and dropping it into the crown of your head,
Letting it permeate all your neural pathways,
Replacing any old beliefs you might have about yourself,
About the world,
Feeling this beautiful energy re-patterning your nervous system,
So that this is your default setting of receiving,
Knowing that giving and receiving are all one and the same,
And filling your heart center with all this beautiful energy,
Maybe placing your hands in your heart,
Filling all four chambers of your heart with this beautiful energy of abundance,
And when it feels like your heart is so full it's going to spill over,
Gathering this beautiful energy and sending it to all parts of the world that might be needing it,
And taking three more breaths,
And when you're ready,
Slowly opening your eyes,
Coming back into the room,
Stepping back into your life with this energy of infinite possibility.
