Jenni is the founder of SOULBODY BREATH(r), Yoga Teacher, and Energy Coach. She holds a sacred space through her offerings for you to align, connect, and remember your Light. She leads with heart-forward, believes in slow, steady and sustainable growth, and embraces simplicity as a foundation for healing and growth. In 2018, after climbing the corporate ladder for years, she experienced a burnout and finally listened to that little niggle in her soul to walk a different path. She immersed herself in personal growth, certifications and bringing equal importance to both spirituality and science. Eventually, the breath became her focus, and she created her own modality and facilitator training with an emphasis on holding space, ethics and a trauma-informed approach. Jenni works with clients 1:1 worldwide, weaving the breath and her coaching skills together to support people to tap into their inner wisdom and create a life they love living.
