So just take your seat,

Let your spine grow tall,

Maybe roll your shoulders forward,

Up and back,

Creating a little bit more space in the chest,

A little bit more room to breathe.

And then begin to connect with the natural rhythm of your breath,

Just sensing the inhale and the exhale,

And then bring all of your awareness into the heart space.

Notice what's present here today.

Notice how your heart feels,

What it might want to say to you.

And then starting to direct your breath to the heart,

Almost as if you are breathing in and out from that space.

And as you breathe here,

Finding a little more expansion on your inhales,

And a little more softening on your exhales.

And in a moment we will begin to connect with the rhythm of the music,

And weave the breath together with that rhythm.

But before we do,

Perhaps just finding an emotion,

A feeling,

Something to connect with here in your heart,

Whether that is love,

Gratitude,

Joy,

Something that might support you right now,

In this moment.

And then allow the breath to carry that vibration throughout every cell in your body.

To begin,

Let's take a full breath in through the nose,

Down to the belly.

And exhale,

Release,

Let it go.

And let's begin,

In 3,

2,

1,

Breathing in,

And out,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Continuing on that rhythm,

Staying connected to the feeling,

Just breathing in and out from the heart space,

Allowing the body's instinct to take over,

To invite coherence,

To invite connection.

And you can stay here for as long as you like,

Spending a few more minutes,

A few more breaths,

But continuing until the music fades gently out.
