My intention with this 10 minute guidance is to help you to feel renewed. You see, anxiety is just a body response to the thoughts that the brain tries to make sense of. You get to reprogram the response using your breath. I hope it is supportive for you.

Find yourself now in a comfortable seated position and just close down the eyes Feeling the eyelids soften over the eyes and just begin to become aware of your whole body scanning from the crown of the head softening the skull The cheeks the jaw releasing any tension in the neck and the shoulders Taking a nice inhale through the nose here and exhale through the mouth letting the shoulders drop down even further Big inhale again slow and deep exhale softening the arms all the way down to the hands I'll place both hands on your heart and see if you can sit a little bit taller if into the heart here Imagine it getting bigger and creating more space and exhale Feeling the opening of the belly to go loose soften the abdominal muscles belly be Soft and round nice inhale exhale Keep scanning down your body now the thighs Knees and the calves all the way down to the soles of the feet the tips of the toes Just feel your body sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation a wave of calm We're going to start breathing in a minute using four seven eight breath and as you breathe like this imagine anxiety unwinding visualize and Untangling a loosening a release notice as you do this How you feel that sense of calm that wave?

Flooding through your whole body.

We're going to be breathing in through the nose for a count of four Holding the breath at the top for a count of seven Exhaling through the mouth for a count of eight.

Let's begin breathing in two three four hold two three four five six Seven exhale two three Four five six seven eight breathing in and hold exhale two three four hold two three four five six Seven breathing out letting go six seven inhale Expand and hold release keep breathing in your own time a few more minutes here And just finish your last cycle as you begin to turn to your natural rhythm of breathing just notice how Your body feels different here in this space with this breath and choose an intention to go forward in your day How would you like to feel energy?
