This guided breathwork journey through Jenni's unique methodology will support you to become aware of your body through a new lens and connect with your heart. You may experience a release of emotions and energy - the invitation is to allow them to move freely through you without judging or trying to suppress them. Jenni will first guide you to set up your space and prepare for the three cycles of SoulBody Breath™. Note: This journey combines conscious breathing with breath retentions and is not suitable for all beings. If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, cardiovascular issues, detached retina, bipolar or schizophrenia, glaucoma, history of stroke or high blood pressure then please do not follow my guidance. Instead, you can breath gently in through your nose, and out through your mouth for the whole duration of the journey. You can keep your natural pauses between the inhale/exhale and let yourself be guided into a meditative state.

Come and take your seat sitting on a cushion or perhaps a yoga block just anything that's gonna raise your hips up just a little bit so that they are above your knees and it will support your spine to stand nice and straight.

As you're sitting here just do a little check of your body just notice where there's any tension being held just sense into what is going on inside right now and if your body is inviting you to move and stretch in any way just take a little moment here to give yourself that gift to listen to what your body is telling you and to take action and choose from a heart-centered place perhaps it's taking your neck side to side or stretching the arms overhead or maybe even taking in a really deep inhale big exhale and feeling your shoulders drop down beautiful and now we're going to begin our five minute sacred heart breath work practice this practice is simply going to be two cycles of sacred heart breath very simple very easy beautiful way to start your day to energize yourself in the middle of the day or to close your day before you go into your night rituals before you go into relaxation mode how we're gonna breathe is inhaling through the nose deep long inhalations from the belly to the chest feeling the expansion and exhaling through the mouth very conscious intentional exhale and we're looking to have no pauses in between the inhale and the exhale or the exhale and the inhale so you're making this conscious connected circle with your breath breathing in and breathing out and breathing in and breathing out beautiful and then you're gonna hear me count down from five you're gonna take a big inhalation fill yourself completely full take a big exhalation going completely empty and softening in to the stillness you're gonna be here for around 40 seconds then you're gonna hear me count down again you'll take in a nice big inhale you're gonna hold the breath at the top feeling the expansion we're here for around 20 seconds and then we're gonna exhale and move into our second cycle that is everything we're gonna do so get yourself nice and cozy nice and comfy bring all of your energy back into your body bring your awareness back into your heart and let's begin inhale and exhale breathing in and breathing out inhale expand and exhale letting go breathing in and breathing out and just keep that rhythm going that circular motion connecting the breaths feeling the energy move and just noticing what is here in your body right now in this moment is there an emotion a sensation can you accept that that is here can you allow that to be present can you allow it to bring you closer to yourself and out breathing in and out beautiful we're here for five four three two and one big inhalation fill yourself three two and one big inhale breathe it up the spine feel the expansion in the chest and hold for five three two and one beautiful release letting go take a moment and let's begin our second cycle breathing in and out inhale exhale in and out breathe love give love in and out stay with your body stay with your breath in and out move your body if you need to move let the breath dance through every cell feel your aliveness for five three and one big inhale breathe it all in full exhalation going empty empty empty soften the belly here how the body to be soft just let go for three two one deep inhalation breathing in in in expand the heart open and hold for five four three two and one exhale release let go just coming back to your natural rhythm of breathing and take a moment here to just tune back in and scan your body just notice if anything feels different if anything is shifted there's a lightness or a tingling or perhaps there's a place on your body that needs a little additional support and maybe you want to place your hand on that area and send healing energy through your healing hands to that space thank you for joining this daily practice wishing you the most beautiful day remember to choose a life in ceremony

Such a powerful practice! I could really feel the alive-ness in my hands and arms. I felt like I could hold my breath forever in the second breath hold. Thank you 💚
