Activating breathwork to help your manifestation by utilising the power of the breath. If you wish to continue this style of breath after the audio finishes, you are welcome to do so for a short period of time, being mindful of your pace and checking with your body. Please listen to the contraindications stated at the beginning of the practice.

This breathwork journey is designed to support you in raising your vibration so that you can become an energetic match to the thing that you are currently manifesting.

It is an activating breathwork and so there are some contraindications that need to be shared before we go in.

By participating,

You are responsible for your health and well-being.

While we are only breathing for a short time here,

It is important to know the contraindications.

They are pregnancy,

High blood pressure,

High inner eye pressure,

Detached retina,

Cardiovascular disease,

A history of stroke.

If you have psychosis,

Clinical anxiety,

Or are recovering from a surgery,

You have a broken bone,

Some sort of open wound,

Then this practice is too strong as we are sharing today.

Please continue to stay here and just breathe in very gently,

Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through the mouth,

Just letting the breath fall out of the body on the exhale.

We are going to be doing some breath retention,

So if any of those contraindications apply to you,

Just continue to breathe with the inhale and the gentle exhale,

Not squeezing any muscles in the body,

And enjoy a beautiful meditative state.

If you are here to experience the practice in its fullest extent,

Let me share with you what the technique is today.

There are two different parts of the technique.

The first is our rapid rhythmic breathing and the second is the breath retention.

For the rapid rhythmic breathing,

We're going to be breathing in through the nose,

Taking one breath to the belly,

Then one more breath to the chest,

And exhaling through the mouth.

It's going to sound something like this.

If you're not used to breathing like this,

It may feel a little uncomfortable at first,

But I invite you to sit with it,

Go at a pace that works for your body,

Or continue to breathe at the pace that I offer during today's session.

For the breath retention,

You will hear me count down from five.

You're going to take in a big inhale,

Fill yourself up,

A full exhale,

Going empty,

Empty,

Empty,

And you're going to stay empty for a little while.

I will count down again.

You will take in a big inhale,

Hold at the top.

We're here for a little bit.

I'll count down again,

And we move into the next cycle.

We're going to be doing three cycles in today's session,

So get comfortable,

Get cozy,

Find yourself a space on the floor where you can sit on a cushion.

So take a moment now to get anything that you need,

And then let's begin.

Belly,

Chest,

Release.

Belly,

Chest,

Release.

Keep breathing.

Beautiful.

And from here,

Bring into your mind's eye a vision of something that you're manifesting right now.

Just one thing,

One thing that you're calling into your life.

And let that vision fill your mind's space.

Let that be big and bright and beautiful.

Feel it so that you are there as if you're experiencing it right now.

Breathing here for another five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

And one.

Big inhale,

Breathe it all in,

And full exhale,

Going empty,

Empty,

Empty.

Soften the belly here.

Soften the shoulders.

For five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Big inhalation,

Breathe it up the spine,

Expand the chest open and hold.

And feel here what it would feel like to have that thing already.

Let those emotions flood your system,

Every cell.

For five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Exhale,

Out,

Out,

Out.

Beautiful.

Let's move into cycle number two.

In,

Belly,

Chest,

Release.

Beautiful.

Keep breathing.

And stay connected to that vision,

That thing that you're manifesting,

And feel it already being here,

Already being yours.

Maybe a smile arises on your face.

Maybe there are some emotions that are connected with this vision.

Support,

Love,

Excitement,

Strength,

Gratitude.

Let those emotions be with you as you keep holding them.

As we move into our second breath retention.

In five,

Four,

Two,

And one.

Big inhale,

Breathe it all in.

Full exhale,

Going empty,

Empty,

Empty.

Soften the belly,

But hold those emotions here.

Breathe it up the spine,

Feel that fresh energy.

Feel the vibration in every cell of your body.

Moving in now to cycle number three,

Our final cycle today.

Let this last cycle be a full immersion.

Raise your vibration.

Connect with your manifestation.

Big inhalation here,

Soften into this space.

Feel it.

Know that it's already yours.

Big inhale,

Fill yourself up,

Hold at the top.

Exhale.

And just return to your natural rhythm of breathing here,

Just keeping the eyes closed for a few moments more.

Take your last few seconds to connect with your manifestation.

Feel the shift in your energy.

Make sure there is a beautiful smile across your face.

Let's do one nice inhale together through the nose,

Deep down to the belly.

Exhale with a sigh.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.
