Sit up straight,
Make sure your spine is nice and tall,
You feel strong in the back.
Let the shoulders drop down,
Feel the face soften,
And bring all of your awareness,
Attention,
Energy into this moment and into your body.
Place one hand on your lower belly and the other on your upper chest,
And we're going to begin to take in 10 full deep long breaths in through the nose and out through your mouth without a pause in between the inhale and the exhale or the exhale and inhale.
So you'll feel the breath rise like a wave moving from the belly to the chest and then come crashing down again like a beautiful wave just crashing against the shore.
So let's begin in,
Breathing in,
In,

In and out,
Out,
Out,
Out.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Breathing in and out.
Inhale,
Expand,
Feeling the breath rise and breathing out,
Just letting the belly sink in,
In,
In.
Inhale,
Breathe in and breathe out.
One last time,

Feeling that breath rising up and exhale,
Relaxation washing over you.
And breath number 11,
Breathing in,

Hold at the top here,
Hold and release,
Letting it go.
Beautiful,
And just return now to your natural rhythm of breathing.
We're going to move into the second half of the exercise.
Just move the body around if you need to stretch,
Release any tension.
We're going to do that all over again,
Going in your own time at your own pace.
So breathing in and breathing out,
Making sure that there is no pause between the inhale and the exhale,
Circular breathing here,
Filling yourself up and letting it all go.
This breath is resetting your brain,
Resetting your body.
You are your own medicine.
You have that power and release.
Breathing in your own time.
And after those 10 breaths,
Remember we're taking a big inhale,

Soften the belly,

When you're finished,
Just return to your natural rhythm of breathing.
And just scan your whole body from the crown of the head all the way down to the tips of the toes.
Just consciously release any tension that may still be in the body.
Notice how different you feel now.

Something that is available to you always,
