Breathing To Downregulate With HandPan

10 minutes to down regulate your nervous system and come back into contact with what's true. Inhale through your nose, exhale through the nose or through the mouth with pursed lips. Find space on the inhale, and softening on the exhale. Make a note of how you feel before vs after.
