Find yourself in a comfortable seat,
Let your spine grow tall,
Take a full breath in,
Create some space in the body,
And then exhale,
Release,
Find a softening,
Melting through the muscles.
Rest your hands gently in your lap or on your knees.
Start with observing the natural rhythm of your breath.
Notice how it feels today,
How it moves,
The quality of your breath.
Take a moment to call back all of your energy,
All of your power,
Back into your body.
Find a little more strength,
A little more balance.
And as we breathe here today,
We will inhale through the nose and your choice to exhale through the nose or the mouth.
As you're ready.
Breathing in,
Two,
Three,
Four,
And out.
Breathe in,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Create on each inhalation and what you allow to leave as you exhale.
Allowing yourself to drop even deeper into your own experience.
