Feel the power of the night sky spread like sleep serum. Re-unite with the North Star inside you, as you nourish your own natural melatonin production. Use this practice before bed, in bed, or anytime you want to encourage healing rest. Practice in any comfortable position, and with soft low light or darkness. As with all tracks used after dark, make sure your device is in ‘nighttime mode’ or on the dimmest settings, and turned away from your eyes or covered completely.

This practice is dedicated to the beauty and genius of you that is not bound by your waking world identity.

The wisdom and inner mystery that becomes vibrant in the deep waters of sleep and dreams.

This is your time.

If you aren't feeling what I'm saying,

Stay attuned to what you are feeling.

That is the most important place to trust.

The most potent sleep medicine is night itself.

And your body has a kind of nighttime mode made of the same stuff as the dark that brings the invisible to light like the moon and the stars.

And this practice is intended to invoke natural melatonin nourishment.

A wise healing hormonal messenger like a cascade of sleep powers from the inner eye that can see under the surface and beyond.

Don't worry if you drift or miss any of the invitations in this practice.

Drifting is part of the natural grace and magic of rest and sleep.

The spaces between are full of vast potential that interconnects all things.

You don't have to think about this.

It's not a mental process,

More of a bodily,

Cellular,

Or energetic listening.

Just being here is an act of love.

This practice not only for you,

But for your community too.

Offer yourself the same kind of awe and wonder you'd offer a force of nature,

Like a vast wild night sky,

A space that reflects an incredible deep vibrational sense.

One breath at a time,

Resting in the ground of your belonging,

The kind of welcoming not dependent on accomplishing or proving anything,

A receptive,

Creative space.

And welcome the magnificent weight of your body.

Savor not having to hold yourself up,

Physically,

Mentally,

Emotionally.

Each breath,

A kind of full-bodied hush,

Each inhale,

Gently replenishing energies that may have felt drained or overextended,

Each out-breath,

Excess or overwhelmed energies releasing down into Mama Earth,

Where she can hold what feels like too much with deep-rooted love.

Each exhale,

A little more of you invited to feel supported,

Held,

Protected,

Excess energies releasing down into roots that spread in all directions,

Supporting you from all angles.

Now feel the sensation of mouth,

Left side of the mouth,

Right side of the mouth,

Sensation of teeth,

And the roots of teeth,

Gums,

Jaws,

Hinge of jaws,

And feel the tip of the tongue and the root of the tongue,

Throat,

Back of neck,

Sensation of shoulders,

Wrists,

Palms,

Backs of hands,

Spaces between fingers,

Tips of fingers,

And roots of fingers,

And feel the soles of the feet,

Tops of feet,

Spaces between toes,

Tips of the toes,

And roots of the toes,

Sensation of leg bones,

Arm bones,

Tailbone.

Feel the body as a wholeness of sensation.

Now feel the breath touch the spinal column,

The channel from the space between the eyebrows to the tailbone,

Undulating like a gentle wave with each breath.

Feel the movement of that wave,

A vibration of sensation that flows up and down the spine,

Rhythmic pulsing with each inhale and exhale,

Like a soothing shower for the central channel.

Feel the orbs of your eyes,

Breath gently massaging muscles around the eyes,

And sense the beauty of your unique eyes,

The way they receive and reflect light,

And how this light can replenish and glow in dark space like the moon,

Muscles around eyes releasing,

Gripping,

Unclenching.

Feel the weight of your eyes easing back,

Eyes set like the sun,

Falling back and down,

Hidden jewels like stars emerging,

Night vision,

Gaze into the north star inside you.

Feel the eyelids heavy.

Invite eyelids to lift while feeling how heavy they are.

Feel any resistance,

Then release totally,

Feel the relief of letting go,

Not having to hold eyes open,

Eyes communicating deep rest to the nervous system.

Eyes releasing into infinite support,

Now feel the breath touch the nostrils,

Nostrils like beautiful archways into the holy space between the eyebrows,

And feel the left lunar nostril,

Like a path of moonlight,

Breath feeling its way into the space between the eyebrows,

Where the inner eye dwells,

A kind of luminous deep sea vision,

Space between the eyebrows,

A gateway to your pineal gland in the deep center of the brain,

This rich gland,

Sometimes called the God gland,

Contains potent micro crystals that shimmer like stars,

A tuning deeper vision,

Opening possibilities,

One breath at a time,

Feel sensation washing in and out of the space,

Between the eyebrows,

Like a cooling stream,

With each breath,

Your own natural melatonin,

Streaming from the pineal gland,

Into the fluids that circulate and permeate this body of water,

Into the cells that glow like the night sky,

Inhalation drawing the melatonin out,

Exhale spreading it like a fine mist,

A sensation of breath flowing from the space between the eyebrows,

Spreading like sleep serum inside your whole being,

Head,

Arms,

Hands,

Feet,

Legs,

Torso,

Heart,

Feel the breath gently massage the heart,

The pulse of the heart amplifies the pulse of the pineal gland,

And this pulse ripples out into the world,

Peaceful vibes,

Like the goddess of night gently scattering sleep elixirs,

With each exhale being received,

With each exhale being received,

Waves of ease.

Sleep well-being.

Rest,

Sleep,

And dream with wild abandon.
