Welcome.

This practice is one way to empower your intuition while you rest.

So you can use this anytime you'd like to interrupt the regularly scheduled matrix for a restful intuitive interlude.

Strengthening your ability to clear and attune to different channels of knowing inside you.

To rest is not a passive practice.

It is incredibly dynamic,

Influential,

Magnetic.

And different kinds of rest and sleep are excellent portals to practice deepening your intuitive intelligence because they open space to receive.

Every time you slow down with the willingness to enter a space like this,

You are embodying trust and reception to that underground magic inside of you.

You have many channels for intuitive perception to flow.

So you can be in any comfortable position to experience this and please trust that there is power and nourishment in whatever unfolds for you.

There is no hierarchy of consciousness here.

If you fall asleep and it's not your official bedtime,

Just know it's because you need it and it's very magical to fall asleep anytime.

Sleep bypasses the surface ego process and allows you to steep in deep parts of your intelligence and healing powers.

And it is rich,

Nourishing fertilizer for your intuitive capacity.

So whether you feel awake and at rest,

Asleep or anything in between,

Know that simply being open to slowing down and listening takes you into hidden realms of insight.

There's really no way you can do this wrong.

So we're going to explore your intuitive gut,

Heart,

Sense of taste,

Smell,

Vision,

Hearing,

Feeling,

And your sense of interconnectivity.

Each sensory pathway has its own intuitive potential and brilliance.

And sometimes people experience synesthesia and this is where sensory powers overlap.

For example,

We might hear a color or see a sound.

If this shows up in your experience,

Embrace it.

Trust your sensory genius,

However it emerges.

And lastly,

You can experience this journey at your own pace.

If you feel drawn to linger in one intuitive pathway,

Let yourself do that.

You could even spend your whole practice there if you want.

Feel free to pause the recording anytime along the way and notice any places that feel most striking or glowy to you.

And remember,

Do not worry if you don't seem to notice any intuitive messengers.

Simply resting is more than enough,

Helping you clear sensory pathways and fine tune the incredible instrument that is you.

Now let's begin.

I invite you to imagine that you are surrounded by a protective circle,

A guardian that shields you from any outside distractions.

And this circle can be anything,

Elements of nature,

Moonlight,

Animals,

Angels,

Ancestors,

Colors.

Whatever the circle wants to be,

Let it also signify safety.

You are safe here.

To be who you are,

Think what you think,

Sense what you sense,

Feel what you feel,

Experience or not experience.

Savor a couple of deep breaths in this circle,

Feeling its protection grow stronger with each inhale and exhale.

The oxygenation of your breathing,

Like an energetic swaddle of support.

As you breathe into your protective circle,

A short blessing for the practice.

We welcome the power and spirit of restful intuition.

This magic embodies grace.

You do not have to earn it.

It doesn't require achieving anything.

This is about resting in the part of you outside of linear time and space and logic.

The part of you that already knows all that it needs to know.

This practice and offering of love,

Gratitude,

Water and nourishment to any neglected seeds of intuition,

Signaling to them that they are welcome to unfurl and grow here.

If you have a question or an intention you'd like to hand over to your intuition,

Declare that now.

Turn your attention towards yourself with a sense of awe and wonder.

You are divinity.

A spirit,

A soul embodied,

Full of mystery and possibility.

If you're willing,

Rest your hands on your deeply perceptive,

Wise belly.

Leave possible skin to skin wherever they are comfortable.

And imagine your hands are like sophisticated x-ray instruments that can pick up on what is underneath the surface.

Your belly has its own primal sensing brilliance,

Its stomach cells lined with hundreds of millions of neurons,

More than even your spinal cord.

And this central hub of intelligence has the power to calm and ground the periphery.

So as you rest your hands here,

Imagine energies of striving,

Doing,

Comparison,

Reaching outside yourself.

Any scattered energies are recollected,

Settled,

Relieved.

Over your belly,

The same kind of wrapped attention you might offer,

A natural oracle.

Something that stops you in your tracks in amazement.

You are literally connecting to an innate,

Wise sage that lives inside your center,

Available to you all the time.

When you inhale,

Let your belly be big and round,

Like sunshine or moonshine.

Feel it radiating in all directions,

One breath at a time.

Rest in listening and receiving here.

What does your gut intuition know,

Trust or feel?

Take as long as you need to commune here.

Feel free to pause the recording if you want to linger and know that there is no rush.

When you're ready,

Feel the pathway of your inhale.

Carry your attention from the gut into the heart.

And feel your heart breathing.

And the space around the heart.

Can you feel the pulse?

Or the echo of that pulse in other parts?

And can you feel the electromagnetism of the heart?

And how that electric field emanates out several feet in front of you.

The strongest field of all the organs.

Your heart has its own capacity to see,

To listen,

To feel.

Rest and receive with the sage in your heart.

What does your heart intuition know,

Trust or feel?

Again,

Linger and lounge in your heart for as long as you love.

If you want to pause the practice here,

Feel very free to take your time.

Sense of taste,

Sensation in mouth,

Left side of mouth,

Right side of mouth.

Sense in the mouth.

Breath massaging jaws.

Taste buds like tiny blooming flower buds.

Receiving flavor.

What does your intuition taste?

Sensation in nostrils.

Right nostril sensation,

The lunar channel,

Like a path of moonlight.

Right nostril sensation,

The solar channel,

Like a path of sunlight.

Does one of these sensations feel more pronounced?

And feel the space in both nostrils.

Receiving sense of smell.

What does your intuition smell?

Sensation in the orbs of eyes.

Right eye.

Left eye.

Space all around the eyes.

Both eyes easing back.

Receiving intuitive sight.

What can your intuition see?

Feel the space between the eyebrows.

Breathing directly into that point.

Pathway to the pineal gland.

A deep,

Clear,

Subterranean eye.

Receiving multi-dimensional vision.

What can this deep inner eye envision?

Sensation in the hollows of the ears.

The structure of the ears.

The space all around the ears.

Spirit of hearing and listening.

And can you feel how your whole body is a kind of ear that can listen?

Receiving sound.

What can your intuition hear?

Sense of touch.

Skin of the body.

Receptive.

Front.

Back.

Side to side.

The space around the skin.

Space underneath the skin.

Feeling from the inside.

What can you feel in your bones?

What does your intuition feel?

What can your intuition see?

Now set attention free to rest wherever it wants to be.

Sense of interconnectivity.

Intuitive being.

Rest and receive here for as long as you love.
