I invite you to bring all of your awareness into this present moment.
To leave all your worries and fears aside for just a few moments.
Allowing yourself to sink deeper into this moment.
Begin to bring your awareness to your breath.
Allowing the inhale to get a little longer.
And relaxing a little deeper with each exhale.
And blow all the breath out.
And inhale for a count of four.

And relax.
Notice how breathing relaxed your body.
And allow yourself to sink deeper into your seat in this moment.
See if you can sense the energy right in front of your face about an inch or two.
About an inch or two.
Does the energy feel hot or cold?
Can you feel a buzzling or tingling?
Do you feel it more in one spot on your face?
Do you notice any sensations on the top of your head?
Bring your awareness to your throat and neck.
See if you can sense the energy on the front of your neck.
What do you feel here?
Moving down to your heart center.
Can you sense your heart beating?
Can you feel the pulsation of blood in your body?
Can you feel the energy that surrounds your heart?
Bring your awareness to the palms of your hands.
Notice what sensations you feel here.
Can you feel the vibrations in your palms?
Do you sense a swirling sensation?
How does it differ from the feeling on the back of your hands?
Moving down to your left hand.
Can you feel the vibrations in your left hand?
Moving down to your lower abdomen.
Sense the energy here.
Does it feel tight?
Or is it easy to take a breath when you breathe into your belly?
What sensations are you noticing?
Moving down to your feet.
See if you can sense the vibrations or sensations on the soles of your feet.
What does it feel like to place all your awareness there?
Now see if you can bring your awareness to the energy surrounding your entire body.
Does the energy feel light?
Or airy?
Does it feel dense or expansive?
Imagine yourself sitting inside of a bubble.
And inside the bubble,
You fill it with whatever energy you're needing today.
Maybe you're needing love or peace,
Joy,
Tranquility.
Maybe there's a color associated with this feeling.
Maybe you fill your bubble with a golden yellow sun.
Or the teal blue of ocean water.
Notice how bringing a color to your bubble helps shift the energy.
You can set the intention that your bubble protects your energy all day long.
And that only the highest vibrational energies and frequencies are allowed inside your bubble.
If you're going somewhere after this meditation,
You can send a golden white ball of light ahead of you into that space.
Maybe it's to work.
Or to a gathering of people.
Or a concert.
Imagine this golden white ball of light going into that space ahead of you.
And it can fill the space with whatever you're needing.
Peace,
Camaraderie,
Cohesiveness,
Harmony,
And joy.
You can visualize things going how you wouldn't like them to go when you arrive here.
Notice how good it would feel if you showed up and the energy felt that way.
Bring your awareness back to yourself sitting in your bubble.
Notice how you're feeling now in this moment.
Allow this energy to serve you the rest of your day.
And when you feel ready,
You can open your eyes and move forward into your day.
