In this meditation, we tune into our heart space. We look at forgiveness and what it would look like to love ourselves unconditionally. We give ourselves the love we need and share that with the world.

Thank you for joining me today for this meditation.

We are going to be focusing on love and tuning into our heart to see what our heart is most asking of us at this time.

So with that,

I invite you to close your eyes if that feels comfortable and make yourself in a comfortable position where you can be alert with your feet flat on the ground,

Cross-legged.

Begin to place all your energy and awareness in this space.

Notice what you are sitting on and how it's supporting you.

See if you can relax deeper and bring your awareness to your breath.

Notice it flowing in and out.

See if you can extend your inhale and exhale.

And with each exhale,

See if you can release a little bit of tension,

Sinking deeper into the presence of this moment,

Noticing how you feel in your body right now.

Bring your awareness to your heart space.

See if you can breathe in and out of your heart.

With each inhale,

The heart expands and fills with a golden white light.

And with each exhale,

Letting go and releasing what doesn't serve you.

Breathing into the heart with the inhale and letting go deeper with each exhale.

Letting go of the breath to allow it to resume its normal pattern.

But keeping your awareness on your heart and ask it if it has a message or wisdom for you today.

Is there something that it wants you to know?

Is there a way that I can forgive myself for past experiences and actions?

And I forgive myself for doing the best I could in that moment in time.

What does forgiveness feel like in your heart?

And if you're unable to give that forgiveness to yourself right now,

What would it feel like if you were able to forgive yourself?

Imagine what that would feel like.

Would you feel lighter?

Would you carry less pain?

You've always been doing the best you could in every situation.

With your level of consciousness in that moment in time,

Ask your heart,

What love and nurturing does it need from me?

How can I best support my heart right now?

Emotionally,

Spiritually,

Or physically?

How can I give myself the love that I need?

What if I loved myself unconditionally?

What would that look like?

What would it feel like if I loved myself unconditionally?

How can I be more loving towards others?

What would that look like?

And how would it feel?

Letting all that go and tuning back into the heart space.

Notice how your body feels now.

Imagine all beings on the planet,

Surrounded in love,

Sending love out to all beings.

Imagine all that love coming back to you,

Surrounding you in an energy of a loving embrace.

Set your intention for the day.

How do I want to go forward from this place today?

How do I want to show up in the world?

When you feel ready,

You can open your eyes and come back into this space.
