So just find yourself wherever you are and be present with whatever is.
And I invite you to close your eyes and rest your hands in a comfortable,
Relaxed position,
Whatever that is for you.
And just be aware of what is happening right now.
Feel your back being supported.
Feel what's resting underneath you,
Supporting you.
Relaxing deeper.
Being aware of your body and being present inside your body.
And become aware of your breath.
Notice how it feels inside the body.
And then we're going to inhale for a count of four.
So on your next in-breath,
Inhale,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
And hold it.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
And exhale.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Inhale.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Pause.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Exhale.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
And continue on your own.
And you can let go of that breathing pattern and allow the breath to resume its natural pattern,
Just witnessing it.
Does the breath feel different in the body now?
And now turn your awareness into your heart space.
See if you can sense the energy of your heart or the beating of your heart.
And now breathe in and out as if you're breathing through your heart,
As if your heart is your nose.
Filling the heart with breath on the inhale and releasing on the exhale.
Within the heart lies all of our wisdom and our purest of intentions.
Now that we've built a relationship with the heart,
Tune in and ask it,
What is my body needing right now?
And then ask it,
What is my soul needing right now?
Thank the heart for sharing its wisdom with you.
And then bring your awareness back into the body.
And then just take note,
If there's any areas of tightness,
Is there anywhere that feels like there's stagnant energy?
Does it feel like there's an emotion in your body that's wanting to be released?
Maybe it's been in their body for quite some time.
Anger,
Frustration,
Grief.
See if you can sense a place in your body where there's something that wants to be let go of.
Maybe you can get a sense of the shape of this emotion or this energy.
Maybe it has a color.
Just sit with this area of discomfort for a moment,
Witnessing it without judgment.
You can ask it if there's anything that it wants to share with you so you can allow it to express itself.
Honor it.
Thank it for communicating with you.
And imagine it going into a beautiful golden white ball of energy and releasing from your body.
And now breathe a white iridescent light into that space in your body where this was released from.
Now bring your awareness back to your entire body.
Just being present with any sensations that you may be feeling.
Anywhere of your feet and your legs and thighs,
Your pelvis,
Your abdomen,
The chest,
Your arms and hands.
See if you can notice any sensations in the palms of your hands,
Your head and neck.
When we are fully present in the body,
We let go of the thinking mind.
And I just want you to take inventory of how your body feels now and how your breath feels now.
And I ask you,
What is your intention for going forward from this place today?
How are you going to choose to live?
Thank yourself for showing up.
Thank yourself for taking this time for yourself.
And when you feel ready,
You can open your eyes.
And may you have a day filled with infinite blessings.
