In this meditation, we discover the places where we do not feel at peace. We honor these places within us and send them into the Light to be transformed. We move into a place where we are showered with peace and love.

This meditation is,

I'm calling it,

The peace within us.

So when you're ready,

I invite you to close your eyes and just feel the chair or the couch or whatever you're sitting on supporting you,

Your feet flat on the ground or cross-legged,

And just begin to feel really supported and held with your spine straight as much as possible and your hands resting in a comfortable position for you.

And place your energy here in this moment.

This is all that matters right now.

And begin to take slow,

Deep breaths,

Continuing to take slow,

Deep breaths while being present in your body,

Being aware of your pelvis.

And now tune into your heart space.

See if you can sense the energy there or if you can sense your heart beating.

And now ask yourself,

Is there a place within me that does not feel at peace?

Maybe you can actually feel it within your body,

Get a sense of the shape or color of it,

Or it's a situation that you are not at peace with.

Once you have it,

You can ask it,

How can I relax and let go?

Can I hold it with love and see whatever it is that is causing you discomfort?

See it in a radiant golden ball of light,

Of love.

You can ask it if it has advice for resolution so it can come to completion,

Continuing to see it in this radiant ball of light.

Thank it for showing itself to you.

And then imagine this radiant ball of light taking away whatever it is that's causing you pain or discomfort.

And now see yourself inside a radiant golden white ball of light.

This energy emanates peace and unconditional love.

Even though it's holiness,

This is the same energy inside of us.

What would it feel like if I were completely at peace?

See if you can tune into that energy.

Maybe you can sense what your body would feel like if it was completely at peace.

I'm going to begin to chant a mantra,

And when you catch on,

You can say it to yourself.

But during this,

I want you to imagine white flowers of peace falling upon you,

On your loved ones,

And on the earth.

OM LO KA SAMASTA SUKHINO BAVANTU OM LO KA SAMASTA SUKHINO BAVANTU OM LO KA SAMASTA SUKHINO BAVANTU LO KA SAMASTA SUKHINO BAVANTU LO KA SAMASTA SUKHINO BAVANTU LO KA SAMASTA SUKHINO BAVANTU LO KA SAMASTA SUKHINO BAVANTU LO KA SAMASTA SUKHINO BAVANTU LO KA SAMASTA SUKHINO BAVANTU Continue to chant silently to yourself while you continue to see these radiant white flowers of peace raining upon you and the planet.

You can see these flowers of peace falling into the oceans and streams.

See them falling in the cities,

On the freeways,

On the skyscrapers.

See them falling over the forests and on animals.

See these flowers falling on your loved ones,

Showering them with peace.

And now see them falling on yourself.

And you can release the mantra and just notice how you're feeling and ask yourself,

How can I create more peace in my life?

And then I encourage you to set an intention for the day.

How do you want to go forward from this space?

OM LO KA SAMASTA SUKHINO BAVANTU May all beings be free.

And when you are ready,

You can open your eyes.
