As we begin this meditation session,

I encourage you to reflect on the areas of your personal and professional life that are calling for release.

What are you holding on to that no longer serves you?

And how can you lighten your load so that you can easily propel forward?

Let's begin with breath work.

To center ourselves,

Find a comfortable seated position.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely.

And then exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing all the air and tension.

And let's just continue this breath for a few minutes.

With each exhale,

Envision releasing what no longer serves you.

Continue breathing deeply.

And in your mind's eye,

Visualize yourself standing at the edge of a serene lake at dusk.

The sky is painted with soft colors of the setting sun.

And in your hands,

You hold a small glowing orb that represents a particular aspect of your life that you are ready to release.

It could be a project,

A partnership or a personal belief that's no longer in alignment with your.

As you continue to focus on this orb,

Acknowledge the lessons it brought you and the strength you've gained.

When you're ready,

Visualize gently tossing it into the lake.

Watch as it softly lands on the water's surface,

Creating ripples that expand outward.

With each ripple,

Feel the release,

Feel the lightness,

Feel the space being created with something new.

Take a few moments to bask in this sensation of letting go.

Slowly bring your attention back to the present,

Maintaining this sense of release and openness.

Now shift your focus to gratitude.

I'm going to think of three things for which you are deeply grateful for.

Lessons from challenges,

Support from family,

Colleagues,

Loved ones,

Personal growth milestones.

Silently expressing your gratitude,

Feeling the warmth and abundance that gratitude brings into your heart.

Embodying the emotions that flood your body when you are in gratitude and continue with your breath.

Pledging to yourself you will bring this sense of release and gratitude with you,

Carrying this feeling forward,

Knowing that by letting go of what no longer serves us,

We open ourselves up to new possibilities,

Balance,

And growth.

The insights and sensations you've discovered you will bring into your daily life and remember that letting go is not an end,

But it is a step towards the fulfillment of your visions and your dreams.

Gently open your eyes,

Feeling full of the sense of release and gratitude.

Namaste.
