Creativity comes in all different forms. We all have it. In this meditation, you will be given the space to become deeply aware of just how creative you are. Who knows, maybe you will come out on the other side having created something. Enjoy.

Slowly begin to bring your attention to your breath and close your eyes.

Breathing in and out deeply and fully.

Feeling yourself for the beginning of this meditation to count your breaths at your own time.

So for example,

As you breathe in,

You can breathe in three,

Two,

One.

And the same as you breathe out.

Do a few rounds like that.

I invite you here to bring your hand to cover the space just a couple inches below your navel.

This is where your second chakra lies.

The chakra being an energy center of your body.

And this is a space that is filled with creativity.

And allow yourself to feel this space.

Whether or not you feel the energy of it,

Just feeling your hand rest on top of this space of your belly.

Maybe noticing the temperature of it.

Maybe noticing any sensations that are coming from it.

Really nourishing this space.

Really loving this space.

Connecting to this space as you love it.

And allow yourself to visualize whatever may come to you here.

Perhaps you're seeing colors or shapes,

Different designs,

Different forms of nature,

Different animals.

Allow yourself to get creative here.

Allow your mind to expand and wander and see things.

And then allow it to shift and see new things.

Expand even more,

Wander even more.

And love this.

Love this expansion.

Love this creativity that is deep inside of you.

The creativity that you're witnessing right now.

Love it.

Tell yourself that you love it.

You love yourself for having the ability to be creative.

Whether you're noticing colors or shapes or pictures that you've seen before or new ideas,

Love them all.

And keep this with you.

Really breathe it in as you inhale.

And feel it being shared as you exhale.

And take as many more breaths as you need.

Express this creativity.

Love this creativity.

And whenever you feel ready,

Slowly begin to open your eyes.
