This is a very short meditation created with the intention of granting you greater strength and confidence in every and any area of your life. If you are starting a new career, entering a new relationship, releasing yourself of an old relationship, job, person, or habit; this meditation is dedicated to you.

Hello meditators,

This is a special meditation to bring you about the confidence and strength that you need.

Perhaps you are starting a new career path or maybe you are diving into a new relationship and you're noticing some old triggers arising.

Perhaps you are moving countries or moving into a new home.

Whatever it may be,

It doesn't really matter right now because all we are doing is just putting any expectation or preference of the situation and how it may turn out to the side so that we can simply cultivate greater confidence and greater strength within ourselves right now.

So closing down the eyes and it may feel really good to sit in,

It's called hero's pose.

So if you don't know what it is,

It's the shape with our knees pointing forward and our bum rests on top of our heels.

So it's like we're seated on our knees.

And the reason I suggest this pose is because it's very easy for us to sit in a very empowered shape.

It's very easy for us to bring our shoulders back and down,

Have our chest nice and open and have the body feeling very much in this space of strength and in this space of confidence.

And keeping the eyes closed here,

Maybe bringing the palms to the lap with the hands facing the palms facing the sky.

So that we can begin to accept through the channel of our hands in this greater strength and this greater confidence.

And taking three deep breaths to settle into the space that you're in right now.

So wherever you are in your breath,

Take an exhale from here and take a full inhale and let go.

Beautiful.

Again,

Full inhale.

And let go.

Last time,

Full breath in.

And full breath out.

And we will create a little mantra for ourselves as we rest here.

Breathing with awareness after me.

I'm a strong and confident human.

I have the ability to live the life that I want.

I have the confidence to create the world and the life that I want.

I have the strength to be the person that I know I am immediately.

I offer myself to the world in generous ways.

While at the same time always putting myself and my needs first.

I am a strong and confident human.

I know in my heart that I can do anything that I set my mind to.

Everything that I do,

I do with grace,

With gratitude,

And with presence.

I am a strong and confident human.

And repeat these affirmations as many times as you may need.

Keeping this confident shape throughout your body as long as you can throughout the day.

I hope that you enjoy your day of confidence and strength in this new life of confidence and strength that you're creating for yourself.
