My head sometimes feels like a beehive.
It gets so busy and noisy and just buzzing and buzzing.
Do you sometimes think about some scary,
Not really nice things?
I do.
I worry and I feel afraid sometimes.
And it's really,
Really uncomfortable,
Right?
All kinds of thoughts come to our head and they are not always very nice and comfortable,
Right?
But I have found a solution for that.
I imagine that my mind is a big,
Beautiful,
Sunny garden and every day I plant some flowers there.
I water them and I let them grow big and strong and then all the other unpleasant things go away and my head feels calm and light.
Do you want to plant some flowers with me today?
Let's do that.
But first,
Get ready.
Sit comfortably on the floor,
Cross-legged or you can sit on the chair with the feet on the floor.
Straighten your back,
Just like somebody is pulling you gently up.
And rest your hands in your lap.
And you can close your eyes.
Now take one slow,
Deep breath in.
Fill your tummy with air.
Very,
Very slowly breathe out and feel the warm air coming out of your nose.
Let's take one more breath just like that.
Awesome.
Now close your eyes if you didn't close them already and try to see in your mind a beautiful,
Big garden.
It is sunny and warm there.
The grass is green and soft.
There's so much free space for flowers.
Let's choose now one pretty flower and plant it there.
Let's call that flower Joy.
It looks so nice in the garden,
Doesn't it?
Look at it.
And now let's add some more flowers.
Let's add a flower called Love.
Go ahead and plant it there.
Let's add a flower called Play.
And flower Happy.
Just keep planting them.
And a flower Friend.
And a flower Hug.
Do you have more flowers?
Add them to the garden.
Put them there.
Good.
Now let's water them and look at them grow bigger and brighter.
They love water and they love sunshine.
Can you feel how happy those flowers are?
Now sit down on that soft grass and relax in your beautiful garden.
Feel the warm sun on your skin.
Feel the gentle wind touching your face.
Look at your lovely flowers.
Oh,
And smell them.
They smell so nice.
It is so peaceful in your garden.
Enjoy there a little bit more.

Now let's return to your breathing.
Do you remember what we did in the beginning?
Yes.
Slow breath in.
Full tummy.
Slowly breathe out.
Feeling the air close to your nose.
