It is both crazy & necessary to think about the last time we might do something or go somewhere. I have been struggling with this. I couldn't find a way to consider the reality without feeling deep and. It's so great to find a person who is thinking about these times in our life and stages in our living & I found the talk & poem helpful - soothing & supportive. Thank you x

I enjoyed this course. The reflection questions provided food for thought and made me take a look at where my priorities are in my repurposed life. I have a better idea now of how to engage more fully in the activities at hand.

Interesting, thank you! I struggle with accepting getting older, although I realize very well that it would be better if I did.
