So taking some moments just to settle,
Finding a comfortable position and tuning into the breath.
Noticing this day,
This morning.
Noticing any lingering thoughts floating through,
Any sensations and allowing whatever is here to bring you to the present moment and taking some moments connecting with your heart and beginning to reflect on the question,
What am I bringing into the world today?
Dropping this question into the heart,
Into the body,
Allowing the awareness to turn towards your day.
Perhaps you have a busy day planned,
Maybe every minute or most minutes are accounted for.
Maybe you have an open schedule,
Just tuning into what today holds for you and cultivating your intention,
How would you like to show up for this day,
This opportunity?
Breathing in your intention,
Allowing it to land into the heart,
Into the body and bringing into your awareness now,
Three things that you are grateful for and allowing this gratitude to be a source of joy for you.
As you are ready,
Sensing into the body's weight and the gravity that connects you to the earth,
A sense of being rooted to the earth,
Held and supported by the earth and taking some moments to offer yourself acknowledgement,
Gratitude and appreciation for taking this time.

Gently opening the eyes,
