Open To Your Soulmate

This meditation is for calling in your soulmate. Hello and welcome to The Daily Insight.

My name is Jason McGrice.

I'm a teacher here on Insight Timer.

Today brings a meditation for calling in your soulmate,

Whether that is to deepen an already flourishing relationship,

Call in a soulmate for a friendship or something a little more romantic from a single's perspective.

In this meditation you may wish to use it to lovingly end relationship,

Disconnecting respectfully with unconditional love and opening yourself up to new resonant energies.

This meditation is for everyone,

So wherever you land upon the great spectrum of soulmate love,

I hope you connect to the energy and please enjoy.

Finding a comfortable position in your sacred meditation space today,

We call in a divine white light to first clear your energetic body,

Mind and field.

Knowing that this is a safe space for you to lay your cards out on the table and fully feel into what comes up for you,

You are always safe here.

As the divine white light completely fills your vision,

Bring awareness to what the word soulmate means for you.

Without judgment,

Breathe into the narrative that unfolds.

Inhale,

Belly rise.

Exhale,

Belly fall.

Inhale,

Belly rise.

Exhale,

Belly fall.

Inhale,

Belly rise.

Exhale,

Belly fall.

What raw feelings or emotions does the word soulmate bring up for you?

Give yourself a moment to observe what emerges.

We may have many soulmates in this life,

Some romantic and some as friends.

Many of these share deep karmic contracts with us from previous times.

Let us lovingly cut through these contracts and any negatively charged energetic baggage.

We call in a divine violet light to envelop your energetic body.

This light will cleanse and clear all negative energies associated with soulmates,

Cut through and dissolve attachments that no longer serve you or your highest good.

Let this violet energy set light to the karmic contracts forged in the past.

This energy sets you free and releases these souls from your energetic body so that you can harmoniously come back to yourself grounded and whole.

But only unconditional love remain.

Wave upon wave of cleansing and clearing violet light supports you through this process.

You may see images of people or colors flash before your eyes as the energy transcends through this life and beyond.

You do not have to intellectualize the happenings for the healing to take place.

Simply allow what happens before your eyes to happen.

Consciously breathe deeply through this process until the energy comes.

The rudimentary feelings and emotions associated alongside the word soulmate are almost unrecognizable as they continue dissolving and disappearing into the earth beneath your feet.

Only unconditional love remains.

Send gratitude to the many soulmates past and present who have played a part in your life.

Thanking them for the many stories and lessons that were passed to you.

The ones that have enlivened your state of being made you into the person that you are today.

Only unconditional love remains.

Now that you have cleansed the old and are standing as a clear channel of love and light.

It is time to call in exactly what you wish for in a soulmate.

Setting an intention for your relationships moving forward.

How do you wish for them to show up for you?

Who is it that you wish to call in for your highest good?

Placing your hand upon the center of your chest.

Allow that question to glide around your energetic field as you make the conscious journey from head to heart.

Each breath sending you deeper and deeper all the way down into the center of your heart chakra.

Here into the depths of your heart's energy center.

Whether you see fields of flowers,

A kaleidoscope of colors,

Symbols,

People's faces or even complete darkness.

None of this matters.

Drop your expectations what you think you may find.

Focus on one pinpoint of your view.

Breathe in.

From there zoom in on one pixel from that pinpoint.

Take a very large in-breath and as you exhale let your vision relax into the peripheral.

Standing encompassed by raw and pure unconditional love of self.

Without cognitive thought let your intuition dissolve into your vision of the most nourishing heart that could connect to yours.

Whether you connect to an image,

Feeling or an emotion communicate the characteristics that you see in the soulmate.

The hair color,

The color of their eyes,

The width,

The brightness of the smile,

The height,

The smell,

Feeling of their touch,

All of the different idiosyncrasies of their personality.

Be as specific as you wish.

Take your time and allow this divine soulmate to hear your call.

Let the image emerge from these depths.

What has emerged within this vision?

Who stands before you here?

Look deep into their eyes and feel that wisdom being transferred between your hearts.

Hold this divine vision and feeling of a soulmate close with you today.

Keep this dialogue of calling in a soulmate open far past this meditation.

Let this heart that has met you here today with the kind that will hold space for you when you are in need.

A heart that knows when you need to be lovingly challenged to shift the fog,

To upscale,

To upgrade your mind,

To move your body.

A constant growing and evolving of souls.

In this life your two hearts create the most dynamic dance together.

The soul when in their presence you feel the circulation of life force between you both.

A magnetism that never ceases to pull you in.

Allow this person to come to you in divine timing.

Trust it so.

And so it is.

This is the prayerful intention I hold for you as this is what you deserve.
