visualizing sensing a beautiful hug from someone we love that we haven't seen in a while they know that we're there and we know that they're there the physical might not be available but the love is still there sensing that hug whether it be an inner knowing or a vision a feeling however it comes to you letting it wash over you from head to toe perhaps remembering something that person said or did or even just a look that they gave you and as you do that your heart grows perhaps a shadow that would once there is illuminated that hug grounding you even deeper you're a blessing you are loved you are cared for more than you could ever imagine every little thing that you do that is good you know that there is someone beautiful watching that positive etheric energy so please and thank you keep doing those beautiful things a smile a wave a glance whatever it may be it matters you matter i'm thankful that you're here i'm blessed that you're here we all are thank you for doing your part in your corner of the world even when it's just you you're there for us all of us every deed that you do even if you don't feel the blessing you're creating a ripple effect and we are so thankful taking in that hug and that love that you deserve taking it deep into your soul knowing that it's always there and it'll always be there it's a gift it's yours to have yours to keep yours to hold we you for being here you're my best friend and for a lot of reasons you're here for one two you are committed to yourself your mind body and soul being a priority in your life and three you are open-minded to restructuring and upgrading your operating system that is uniquely coded to you and we are in a time in society in the world where there are mental bugs that are forming repetitive thoughts loops and we need to learn how to use our mind properly our mind is a battlefield and i feel like as society we've gotten very good at running our bodies and our soul right through understanding nutrition and the things that we consume and physical fitness and the church system i mean there's so much support the mind is really one of the last places to explore and it's so vast and it's so beautiful so let's go ahead and dive into the mind i wanted to talk about this lack of understanding of the fact that god is the ultimate operating system and that is really the term that we want to use god because language is its own codex and if we're not using it properly then we can't decode our system so if we don't have a term for an operating system that we're using then how am i going to identify the bugs within that operating system i just can't it's like me going to the mac store and saying you know my computer is not working properly and they ask me what year it's from i don't even know they ask me what operating system it has i don't even know how are they going to fix my computer they don't know which system to go in okay so people get very uncomfortable with the word god but we need it it's necessary because otherwise i cannot identify the operating system that i'm speaking about which is literally the entire universe and so luckily for us we have created a word in our vocabulary to identify that and it is god and it just encapsulates the operating system which is everything if i don't have a word to describe it how can i decode it so we need to stop being uncomfortable with this word because if you're uncomfortable please give me a name for your operating system and not just your operating system my operating system the tree's operating system the grass is operating system and if it's sourced that's a synonym for god so let's just use god because it's all encompassing and it is almost a personification of all of those things and i'm actually targeting personified systems which is you which is me which is a tree which is grass and that's why personifying the operating system above all of us as god is the best thing we can do because technically source can be used to mean lots of different things like a source of a stream a source of power so god is a name for an operating system we use other words to kind of delineate and make universal terms but it actually creates more confusion because technically if there wasn't context around the word source you actually wouldn't know what i was talking about but if there was no context around the word god you would know what i was talking about so that is why we want to use the word god because it is a operating source and we are deprogramming code right now and we are on the battlefield that is the mind and without the proper terminology i can't live in a world where i have to provide context around an operating system for us to decode it because if i don't use the term i cannot decode it because i'm too busy creating context around another word so that you feel comfortable if you feel uncomfortable with the word god you better get comfortable because the decoding process is not for the weak of heart you need to be strong to go through this there are other codes out there there are other operating systems below god that are trying to get you into those operating systems so if i don't pick the top word for the highest operating system then you might be in a lower operating system that's within the program and that doesn't mean anything there's a hierarchy here you know the operating system that encapsulates all of us is god known as god it's the ultimate operating source it's a operating system it's the ultimate operating system excuse me i got confused with my words there see operating source i mean operating system because it's a system and if we don't have a word for that and then some being called peter comes in and presents itself as the ultimate source power etc there is a lot of power lost if you don't have a connection to the ultimate operating system which is god and then you have peter come to you and peter says peter is god and you're so confused in your definition of god that you accept that so i am trying to just say god is the ultimate operating system which contains everything that we know of and anything that presents itself as that ultimate operating system and says that it is god it is not because there is only one god and god is god and it doesn't have any other name and that is why you want to use the word god because something else can present itself very easily as source universal power i mean i could literally present myself as source or universal power i mean it's so convoluted that definition that it could really apply to a blade of grass or a stream of water it's a beautiful word i love it i think it's beautiful but for this purpose it is too broad so please get comfortable with the word god and understanding that it is the ultimate operating system and mother earth is the body that is the ultimate body on planet earth and it includes your body because you came from the earth you'll go back to the earth right your body deteriorates you built up your body by eating food and all these things it's a physical side and god is the ultimate operating system that is the soul the source that you are getting energy from it is god and then in the middle of that is the mind your mind that is your unique coding system that is your name that is who you are individually and you are receiving your own unique transmission and combination of physicality that creates that mind and is very uniquely coded to you and is such a treasure and such a gift and only you will ever know the complexity of your own mind it is it is gorgeous it is phenomenal it is complex it is it is something that only you get to experience and we're so glad that you do because i need you to experience that god wants you to experience that mother earth wants you to experience that i'm glad that you're you thank you for being you and it might not be easy all the time so as we go through this decoding process please understand that god is the ultimate operating system i need to work within this context a context that doesn't need a description because it's very important that i am able to target these things properly and that there's no hierarchy system going above the system that i'm deprogramming because if we have something that's not the right word then i how do i go above something else that says it's above that word it becomes complicated so let's just make it simple and get comfortable with the word god it is the ultimate operating system and i need to use that word to help you program the proper code in you and you are very special and i would never ever ever want you to have to go through this over and over and over again we got to code you properly so that you can get your destiny and your purpose and everything starts to come into alignment so we got to do this right so now take a deep breath and just thank god for being the operating system and thank yourself for being you and thank mother earth for the physicality that we have and just take a deep breath and tune into the gravity that is you you're a star i love you so much i'm so proud of you and get excited shimmying my shoulders a little bit so imagine that and go ahead and wrestle your little feet and get comfortable you know today i want to talk about this overwhelming peace that comes when you know who you are and it's so important to know who you are so let's go ahead and tune in to the gravity that is you you are a star go ahead and relax get comfortable knowing who you are why does peace wash over you when you know who you are well first of all what is a human they're uniquely coded complete individual completely one of a kind so first of all when you know who you are you have this knowing that you're one of a kind i mean irreplaceable there's no one like you and just knowing that inherently gives god permission to love you uniquely to bring you unique opportunities to have you in your own compelling part of the world that no one else can exist in it's exciting you become irreverent you become unstoppable i mean you're uniquely coded that really blasts by people right you are a human being we have things in common but your coding is for you only there is only one of you that's insane an insane thing to realize and when you know yourself that means you know something that is completely unique that only you are gifted of knowing it's a gift so special it was only meant for you it's only something that you and god know about it's so beautifully private and beautifully coded and beautifully complex that only you are able to know it and it's so important that you know it because when you know it that becomes part of the universal mind it's one of your greatest missions to know yourself so again why does this overwhelming sense of peace wash over you when you know yourself well given what i just said it's because your connection to god is unbreakable unstoppable your connection to god is 100% there when you know yourself because you are uniquely telepathically communicating with god and no one can get in between it now because you know it once you know something that's realization knowledge is realization and once you realize that you truly are unstoppable so whatever you have been going through whatever people have said to you they don't know you trust me it's so beautiful that we are unique and that knowing ourselves is something that only we can do and i think there's this interesting kind of matrix of wanting to be understood by others but once you understand neurolinguistic programming is a great way to understand it okay so neurolinguistic programming is basically neuro meaning brain linguistic meaning language and then programming meaning coding so we have brain language coding how does the brain speak and what is the coding of that neurolinguistic programming nlp is a term that you will hear to talk about that set of information and it is known widely in neurolinguistic programming that we all delete distort and generalize all of the information that we see constantly deleting meaning that we prioritize different things that we can see around us distort meaning that we will look at it through our own lens generalize meaning that we will put things into certain categories to move through things in a way that's efficient because our brain truly cannot process all of the information around it at all times the best example of that is that you put on a t-shirt in the morning and you probably don't feel it on your back anymore because your body mind and soul are focusing on different stimuli different senses different things and that's a priority system and an example of deleting distorting and generalizing however when i tell you to focus on your shirt on your back magically you feel it again right so the information is there you're just not honing in on it when people want someone to understand them and know them and they're getting so frustrated right i used to get very frustrated people did not know me and they would put all of these sometimes horrific judgments upon me without knowing me at all and now it doesn't because i realize actually it's a gift that no one can truly know me because now i can stand so strong in my knowing of myself that nothing that they say can get to me because it's true no one will ever truly know me and people feel lonely in that realization that should be the greatest gift of a realization because it means that you are one with creator source god and you are downloading your unique programming because you know it 100 and nothing's going to get in the way of that and that means you are going to do the work that you came here to do you are going to serve your purpose you are going to do all those things it should be so exciting and no one's going to stop you because when you know yourself that's love people that know themselves in this way that i'm talking about they are good people they are here to help they have a plan and that plan helps a catastrophic amount of other people because when you have this inner knowing it doesn't matter if you're just picking up a piece of trash it doesn't matter if you're just washing your car or taking your dog for a walk your intention is i am coded as me and this is what me wants to do and in the background god and all the angels are smiling and clapping because you know yourself and that is what you're meant to do because behind the scenes you walking your dog someone slowed down and they saw your dog and then they got home at the perfect time to give their grandma hug and a kiss when they really needed it because they slowed down a little bit and she was having a realization and she needed them to walk in just five seconds later that is how god's timing works it's so intricate and beautiful so don't ever give yourself a hard time for seemingly doing something benign that is so positively intentioned that is coding right there your intention is everything okay so know who you are and know that that's it's just for you to know and i'm so glad that you know that i know that i love to imagine us all sitting in our favorite spot together having our favorite snack our favorite song it's the perfect pillow blanket whatever makes you comfortable and snuggling in and feeling like hey how are you i haven't seen you in so long so great to be here together i'm so glad that you're in your physical body and that you're willing to be here and that you appreciate meditating and taking care of your mind body and soul because it's such a process here and the fact that you're here doing this with me of course we're best friends of course it's a lot of work we put in the work we're hard workers we didn't come here just to mess around we're working so with that and my love for you being here let's get settled and comfortable and let's sink into today's meditation and just taking a deep breath tuning into the gravity that is you you're a star you have your own gravitational field it's magnetic it brings people from all corners of the world just to see you so shiny so from all of the angels that are around you and part of your team and mine too connected in this time and space the quantum is here we are able to see everything and be everything and do everything but at the same time we're logical and we understand that we're in a physical body and we're in this place and time so that we can bring those things into existence so with both the logical the impossible the spiritual the profound we are these modern miracles in our own vessel in our own being and even we all are miracles i pray for miracles all the time but at the same time i'm constantly witnessing them in every moment we can't grow complacent in the fact that every day miracles are around us and surround us and when we pray for a miracle we say i want to witness a miracle but i already am a miracle i already am witnessing a miracle so may it be a bigger blessing may it be a bigger miracle god has a plan what we bring to the table to that plan is action is bringing it into the physical is continuing to walk the path of positivity to stay open to the opportunity and the potential and the possibility so thank you for being here thank you for being positive thank you for taking off your armor in this space and knowing that you're loved so that we can make you stronger and that we have the encapsulated this place right now in this time with the best protection available with the strongest angels around and we command that anything that is in your auric field that is disturbing you or violating you or taking away from your free will and your destiny to leave now and go back to god not because we hate you but because we love you and god is love and you're a bad program and you need to just be reset we're sending you back to the source back to god to click that reset button for you so once again right it's like command alt delete on your computer but we command you bad programming that is eviscerating our auric field and our free will and our destiny to leave now and forever hold your peace with god because we are grateful for what you've showed us we are grateful that you showed us our blind spots and we are grateful that you made us stronger than ever before but we do command you now to leave and go back to god and god has a plan for us all taking a deep breath thank you so much for being here we're gonna go just a little bit deeper now so go ahead and open your eyes like a blink and then deep breath go deeper now it's the same effect as when you click your alarm clock to snooze and you wake up you actually go deeper into sleep so one more time go ahead and open your eyes and then close them and take a deep breath go deeper now and thanking the angels for being here clearing those bad programs that you already have awareness of and you no longer need we are thankful that they were there but we're clearing them now and with that clearing just relaxing the intention is everything my intention is to provide you protection to clear your auric field to make sure you are safe to make sure your purpose is revealed to you and sealed within your destiny and that you are walking that every day and you are protected with angels guiding you and all you need to do is keep your intention pure for that to happen so thank you for meeting us halfway and thank you for understanding that this is a safe space for you and we are here taking that deep breath and letting it all sink in we thank you god for this protection we thank you angels for being our team we thank those on earth that are holding the space and bringing us so much love we have a purpose we are part of a positive web and every time we make a step or a vibration that positive web comes in closer and closer and closer to us and we are so thankful we believe in the possibility the potential we know what we can make and what we can produce we're a promise we're a possibility we're everything and we know that god takes time to bring these things into our reality and so we're giving time and we're thankful for that time we are thankful we are grateful we are thankful and when god gives us an idea inspiration we write it down we take action even the smallest action so that god can give us the next inspiration the next connection the next move because if we're still stuck on writing it down how are we supposed to get to the next step god is wondering why we've asked he's answered write it down make a move move forward show that you are accepting the inspiration to be further inspired because you are worth it and that idea came to you to see if you are willing to take that challenge on because god has a plan and god needs time and the web connects through action through writing stuff down through doing these steps and you have the intention the intention is everything your intention is everything it is everything remember when you're hurting when it feels like they're knocking you down when it feels like no one's there remember that your intention is good right oh lord please don't let me be misunderstood in god's eyes if your intention is pure you will never be misunderstood by god or the angels they are watching you they are listening to your intention with every action and they are waiting for the cosmos to align for the earth to align so that they can pick you up they are gonna wait and i tell you this they will wait until the perfect moment the opportunity where they can pick you up and they can grab you and they can save you and that's called getting saved so if you feel like you're waiting they're waiting too because they're not gonna just save you they're gonna make sure they get you and they save you real good because they're not gonna leave you behind if your intention's pure so keep that intention pure keep going you are not alone they are watching you god is watching you and god knows your intention so keep your intention pure because when you get saved it's because of that intention and they were waiting for the right opportunity to save you and they were gonna make sure it was the perfect moment they weren't gonna mess around so hold on you're my best friend we're in our comfy place thank you for being here remember you're my best friend i'm always here for you now that we're connected you know that you have this beautiful soul that's been through trials and tribulations just like you and i'm living and i'm breathing and i'm loving every moment and i'm so happy that we can share this friendship and this joy together and looking at things in this beautiful effervescent way where it truly is a tapestry being woven and as the needle pokes through the fabric the fabric feels tension and it breaks through and it creates a new stitch and if you've sewn sometimes if you don't have a thimble or the right tools you can even poke your own finger and imagine god sewing poking his own finger and it's not an easy process for anyone we're all here working collaboratively and every good deed that you do it is noticed it is seen so please keep being a good person even on your darkest days and know that your team is loving you and caring for you and you may be waiting for that blessing give them time because they're gonna find the optimal moment for you and they're gonna use every single good deed that you have done as a builder for your case to negotiate and strategize and find that key moment for you nothing you do goes unnoticed even your mind is a battlefield your mind you can think of beautiful things you can think of beautiful things and that counts as a good deed so even if you are struggling with mobility issues you can sit there and you can think and that is a good deed in and of itself we get so caught up in the grandiose big amazing moments but truly it's the small moments right sweat the small stuff because the small things matter that's what creates character that's what creates every moment so go ahead and take a deep breath get centered take a deep breath into the gravity that is you you are a star and breathe even deeper now holding on to the planet that is you you are a star you're a star you're shiny you're beautiful you're everything i love you so much i am so blessed to have people like you with me on this journey you make it worth being on this journey thank you so much that is why we are beings and you make it worth being here thank you you're a human being it's espresso self one day i saw two shirts in a row and one was i'm a human being for coffee and then the next shirt that i saw was espresso self and i thought i was in this strange reality where everyone was obsessed with personifying coffee because i saw two shirts in a row but i didn't see a third so i knew i was back here all right take a moment take a deep breath and tune into the gravity that is you you're a star today i want to focus on this false belief and narrative that has been spun and woven very deep into our psyche and it's causing quite a lot of trauma and trauma is something that we can have a powerful connotation to that word is used in many different ways in this example in this context i would like us to see it as something that's sprinkling dust and creating context around life that is creating an opportunity for painful tension and if we reframe this understanding we can still be experiencing something but not necessarily having such a deep gravity and exposure to a painful stimuli because of our understanding so let me say that one more time in a different way so that we can fully understand what i mean by creating this context of trauma in this moment what i'm saying is the planet it has an atmosphere around it right and if we create an atmosphere that is imbued with something that is seen as something that should be painful then automatically if it's occurring to us we have a higher probability a higher chance of having a painful understanding of what's going on with us part of recoding our system is changing those type of things that are almost a atmosphere or as i said before a sprinkling over a dust covering and changing those from not being understood as having to be painful because it is creating an exposure to people going through those things as having to experience and as having to experience them as painful which ultimately as supportive humans we should want them to have a higher understanding and be able to go through experiences and find a unique coding of understanding that has to do with the intricate web of their life outside of an atmosphere of something that someone else may have perceived okay so let me now go into the specific example that i wanted to speak about today and this is abandonment trauma there is so much i think going on with people's family lives whether it be in your immediate family meaning if you are a mother father if you are a girlfriend boyfriend whatever it is in your specific daily life of relationships that you consider family or if it's even extended family of cousins people that you consider calabash right people have abandonment trauma and if anyone in your network has this it can affect you what i'm talking about so please be aware of understanding it in this way because it's i'm trying to reframe it in a way that's healthy that lowers this atmosphere of abandonment being so heavy in our culture it's very heavy and it is stemming into how people raise their own children because they're trying to fight this atmosphere which we collectively can eviscerate and evaporate and totally change so people think i was abandoned at six years old by my father i was abandoned at 10 years old by my mother you can also have a parent that's fully present physically that it has abandoned you emotionally or spiritually or another way right some parents are so busy working that physically they are trying their best to be there but they just can't be so there are so many ways that we feel this abandonment trauma and i've even talked to people who have experienced abandonment trauma with simply just being dropped off at school at too young of an age it goes on and on and on we can all find moments where we have felt abandoned in our lives so we really need to restructure this because feeling abandoned should not be a feeling that we are experiencing to this level why are we feeling it so much i had experienced abandonment with my father abandoning me when i was six years old and my family creating immense trauma in our family and i can get more into that later but this is saying how can we reframe this because it's not healthy for all of us to be dwelling dwelling dwelling and looking for a source of trauma that explains how we're reacting to now current moments of being abandoned right we're saying oh i have an abandonment trauma so this is triggering me so this is making me have a reaction so that means that this is stitch how i was talking about sewing in this tapestry there is something going on there that we can reframe let me tell you the truth you are nor have you ever been abandoned you always have a father it is god and i am very much connected right now to the definition of god being the ultimate operating system and you have a mother it's mother earth i'm very connected to this definition of mother earth being the body so why then are we as a society are we as a collective so obsessed with abandonment when you've never been abandoned it's one thing to say oh i'm not going to abandon you i'm not going to abandon you that you are currently being abandoned by so and so and that is creating a trauma for you but to say i've been abandoned no one loves me i'm not a good person i'm left all by myself and that's just gonna be the way it is forever and always that is not true nor has it ever been true and we as a collective need to stop that once again when you have been abandoned and you accept it as abandonment trauma usually the internal thoughts that you start to say to yourself the ruminating thoughts are i've been abandoned no one loves me i deserve this what's wrong with me and we go into this self-loathing character that is so unhealthy and i was having an amazing conversation with one of my colleagues we were talking about this worthiness monster this lack of worthiness monster and she had this beautiful metaphor for it where it just kept asking these questions that could truly never have an actual answer and the only way to escape this monster we realized was to understand that it would keep asking you questions that were unanswerable and had zero truth to them kind of like these questions um in buddhism where you ask them and they're meant to not have an answer so that you can sit and meditate on it forever it's like that the self-worthiness lack of self-worthiness monster and i relate to that strongly because abandonment trauma was pushed so deeply i mean i was abandoned at age six by my father i told my friends that my dad had died i didn't want to talk about it it wasn't true he's fully alive he just abandoned me and i've never seen him since i was six i talked to him one time when i was 27 i basically forgave him and a huge weight was lifted off my back energetically but because of my family i was like i can't have a relationship with you i'm sorry but i do forgive you for what happened and thank you for the conversation so that's the relationship that i had with my biological father and it's true i mean having it framed in this way of oh my gosh you've been abandoned you've gone through this horrible trauma there was a moment where i was just praying i was so sad this was before i had the phone call with my dad when i was 27 and i kid you not this inspiration came to me and i just realized i've always had a father and it's god i've always had a mother it's mother earth and i also have to say a shout out to my mom i love you very much i do have an actual mother as well so i don't want her to read into that but i'm saying this inspiration came to me and it said i've always had a father it's god the operating system and i've always had a mother it's mother earth the body and what am i i'm a combination of the two i'm a unique interpretation of that my mind is truly where we all are playing to one another and playing together and that's why i say your mind is a battlefield your mind is a battlefield that is where so much is going on please take care of your mind body and soul we are all going to church and praying we are all you know eating the right foods and exercising those things are very important taking care of the soul and the body the mind needs to be taken care of too i love playing sudoku i love puzzles i love thinking about things the mind needs to be cared for and that is what a lot of my work is structured around is debugging the operating system taking care of the body physically and allowing the mind to be free from these mind bugs and one of them is this feeling that you have been abandoned and that we need an atmosphere of trauma around that if anyone says anything about being abandoned it's automatically oh my gosh i'm so sorry are you okay and how come someone can't go through someone abandoning them and be okay and your initial reaction can't be wow you were abandoned how did that shape you as an individual what did that teach you right why can't we automatically go into the solution oriented place and we're automatically putting them in an atmosphere of trauma because what i'm telling you that is doing to people especially when they're going through something at age six like me and i just told people my dad had died which wasn't even true because i just didn't want to go there we're really forcing character upon them that might not be the best way for them to uniquely interpret this experience and then they have to go to therapy and they have to unpack stuff and they're six years old and they don't even know how to pack how am i supposed to unpack stuff when i don't know how to pack i'm learning that's a funny metaphor i love that so let's please collectively i would love love love for you to work on thinking of it like this that you have never ever been abandoned because you always have a father it's god the ultimate operating system and you always have a mother it's mother earth the body the embodiment and your mind is battlefield so please take that bug out of there and then try to process whatever you're trying to process and don't tie it to a million instances of that happening and now the unworthiness monster is rearing its ugly head and asking you questions that are unanswerable because they are based on nothing but lies you are 100 worthy of having love in your life you are 100 supported right now always and forever by a mother and father just because they're not in a human body does not mean that you do not have them i love you guys so much thank you for being here with me and allowing this space to process these things and basically reprogram the universal mind it takes all of us hacking our brain working together going into this battlefield that is the mind and through my work i'm realizing how unexplored the mind is other in a while you're catching up and you're having a heart-to-heart because some days are long and some days are tough and some days are sweet and some days are beautiful and some days have all of those things mixed in every moment i'm here for you i'm your best friend and i love you so much so go and get comfortable bestie and let's go and dive in today i'm having this spark to talk about choices that are presented to us and how important it is to be connected to who you are and understanding when a choice is being presented to you and it's a fake choice meaning kind of like a trick question right an example of a trick question could be me saying you know do i like chocolate or do i like ice cream it's a trick question i like both so there's no wrong answer to that that's a fun example okay but there are i want to call them controllers that are trying to control you and they're presenting an illusion where you have to choose something and if you choose that it means that they can control you with that choice and it's really just one step down the rabbit hole to them presenting this false illusion over control over you at the end of the day you have control over you and i'm not to say that you could be in one of these situations where someone has given you these false illusion choices and you are in a place right now where you feel like you don't have control over you i'm trying to snap you out of that you have control over you okay and if you have been going down these paths and these controllers they present themselves as human beings that have the right answers that know what they're talking about that somehow know something that you don't and they have access to some sort of information source that you don't and because of that you're going to go through all these trials and tribulations and along the way you're going to give up your control because you feel like this person does know more than you and they'll do something silly like oh if you eat another m&m you know that's going to lead to this terrible thing happening to you and say you do eat the m&m and then something terrible happens to you they were right but say you don't eat the m&m and something good happens to you they were right and i will tell you these controllers they seem to be able to kind of tell if you're going to have something good happen to you tomorrow or something bad happen to you tomorrow and they can present these choices pretty easily and you can choose one way or the other and they are so ingrained in your life that they can actually make you have a bad day or a good day either way so basically they present you a choice based on what you choose they direct your day to basically create the illusion that that choice was the reason why so i'm here to snap you out of that bestie you have control over your life you do you this is very serious i love you very much keep choosing the right choice that is right for you the choice that does not harm others and know that god is watching you there are good energies around you supporting you and your intention is everything so keep your heart strong know that you can take back control of your life because you are the only one that has control over your life don't let these controllers present these false illusions of choice and then control your day to make it seem like your choice was the reason why they're being nice to you or being mean to you because i will tell you once you get into that mindset they're going to do the next thing to gain more control and more control and more control and you are obviously a very strong person if they're doing this to you you are a very strong person because controllers only target people who are meant to do good things who are going to have a positive ripple effect and do amazing work they're literally trying to control you to stop you and the only way out of that is to leave that person's presence with love because everything is love you leave that person's presence because unfortunately they are a controller and you aren't a remote you're a human being and they're trying to push your buttons don't let them do that so take a deep breath here you can start by taking back control of the little things like how you're breathing being here with me let's go ahead and call in the greatest protection for you your angels god's here remember your intention of being a good person being true not hurting anyone even when you're being hurt always choosing the high road the right decision the right choice for you for the world for your brothers and sisters for god okay god is the ultimate operating system god is source god is literally looking and watching and if you're a good program i like to use computer terminology i think it's so beautifully poetic and if you're a good program you're gonna make the system operate better right you're upgrading the system you're going through the bugs and all of the you know bad programs and you are supporting a lot of energy by doing that so keep doing the good thing you will be rewarded i love the metaphor of being saved it's like you're being saved in the computer system and you are this amazing program that they want so they're making sure that you are saved i love that so again remember what you have control over breathing recognizing these false illusionary choices come on eating an m&m and then what you have a great day or you have a bad day no this person is gonna say that either way it's abusive and it's not okay and you should be able to not eat an m&m or eat an m&m and have a great day that's ridiculous and i understand what it's like when you're in that situation it's terrifying because you really do think that this person has some sort of mystical knowing but they don't they're pretending to have power and they're using your choice to act as a false catalyst to that it's a magic trick you know what's real magic is love i love you i want you to feel that and i love you so much i love what you've been through because it's gonna make you stronger and you're very strong i love everything about you because you're this beautiful galaxy this constellation that i've never seen before and i love looking at the stars and that's why i always say tune into the gravity that is you because you are a star i love what you have to say because without your voice i wouldn't get to know your original human thoughts which are uniquely coded to you we need you here and we need you to remember that you're strong the angels are around you give them time because what they do is when they have the opportunity they're not going to miss keep your intention pure you got this more than you will ever know i love you so much thank you so much for being here go ahead and get comfortable i love you i'm so glad to spend this time with you today i wanted to talk about this perception of how we spend our time talking about others so there are people that have a very beautiful and strong energy and they have an ability to see things in a very complex and cosmic way change is the nature of the universe and people are very uncomfortable with change so often when people see things in a different dimensional way it can be so shocking to that person's belief system and how they nestle themselves into the world that person becomes a source of them personifying change now many people would prefer to point fingers at one another because it's easy to say that other people are the problem right at the end of the day the way my mind works is that if there is a problem there should be a solution right it doesn't make sense that people naturally are problems it makes sense that a problem is a reaction and there should be some way to solve this and that is one of the greatest joys mysteries struggles trials tribulations is finding these solutions and figuring out how to bring them forward unfortunately when we pile problems up in our own life right we become so overwhelmed that sometimes pointing the finger at others is easier because that means they can solve the problem for us and we don't have a problem i think that's the preferred option for a lot of people i'm sure you have experienced this we all have it's definitely at moments necessary to illuminate other people and what they're doing when it is seeping into your world and you're handling your own problems and being responsible but when you're not handling your problems and you're looking for an outlet right what is an outlet an outlet is somewhere that you draw power from so it's very interesting to think of these outlets of gossiping and talking about other people and those are actually places where you're drawing power from so why have you chosen this specific individual or person to talk about there's something within you that's drawing power from that actually so ultimately this person must be very strong they must have a lot of energy if especially if a lot of people are talking about them and the true strength would actually be not talking about them and focusing on yourself and figuring out a way to cultivate power within because you can and gossiping is inherently toxic because there's really no purpose in gossiping and if you look at the etymology of the word it is connected to god mother god father meaning that you're creating a energetic being if you will that has either a connotation of positive gossip or negative gossip hardly if ever is it neutral let's be real and that is drawing energy one way or another from this person and in a way creating perhaps hurdles or bubbles if this person chooses to engage with that and so this is another lesson when there are false narratives circling around you don't engage these are energetic wormholes of gossip which is from the etymology from a word that connects to god parent think of it as a fairy godmother that is trying to pull you into false narratives to take up your time and energy because people are looking for an outlet they are trying to draw power from you you are powerful so think about yourself as do i want to put that plug in my battery that can only charge so many items right i have to charge my work my family my food there's so many things do i want to charge a false narrative that does nothing but have me answer people's questions which are founded on dramatic renditions of one little seedling of truth and now it's become an entire field an entire football field of grass and flowers and trees i can't even find the seedling at this point it's it's impossible to find there was only one and now it's become a forest so truly these people who love gossip have no idea that they're creating a god parent that is literally hovering over this person and trying to get them to engage and answer questions in this forest that they never created and they're thinking to themselves how did i get here um i remember there was this seed of truth here which i cannot find and now i'm answering questions about this oak tree which i'm confused as how it even got here because i swear the seed was for an apple tree and i don't see one in this garden that's why it's just best not to engage and people always will couch it as i have the best intentions i'm just trying to figure out what's going on with you that's great what's going on with you how are you doing just you don't what it's a story and imagine if you woke up and you could write your own story would you write in that story i woke up that day and someone had fluttered into my room and they told me a story i had no knowledge of and i decided that i was going to say that i was the character in that story and i was going to defend myself because that character in that story had a completely different story and they wanted that bird to know the truth in that example in that metaphor you would tell the bird thank you for the story the weather looks great let's go outside and have a great day and you would let the bird fly away and just think to yourself huh that's weird i don't know why that bird said that that was completely wrong i have so many things to do i'm so glad i got that bird to leave these false narratives connected to gossip are so enticing because we feel like our world is imploding and everyone is talking about it the news cycle is very quick to change these days you would be surprised how little people actually care and you would be surprised how many of these people are meditating and praying and doing all of the spiritual things but truth be told they're gossiping every single day pointing the finger looking for any outlet to draw power from and you just happen to be that power source for the week so don't add power to it because you're just going to prolong the length of time and you're going to literally drain yourself and usually if people are talking about you you probably need your power for yourself because you are going through something and i'm so sorry to hear that god gives you what you can handle there is so much going on behind the scenes and people will never truly understand you hindsight is always 2020 and whenever somebody hears a story they're automatically standing in the position of hindsight so they automatically have 2020 so they're automatically going to see the things that should have been prevented or changed and a beautiful person with a loving soul would see the solution and say well i've heard the story the only thing i can do is present a solution so here's my solution so that this doesn't happen again so that we can fix the problem or maybe there's nothing that can be done other than just i'm sorry that happened i love you i'm here for you i don't know what happened where people became soundbites and not human beings i don't envy that you need a soundbite i don't need a soundbite i am so busy with god with my work with my heart with my life that is why i have so much power and people try to draw from me like an outlet and that will happen to you as your heart grows as your work grows as your connection to source and god grows because you're a powerful outlet people need power they're gonna try and draw it from you so make sure you close your circuits and you make sure you know what's drawing power from you and trust me if they gossip about others they're going to gossip about you and talk is cheap talk is very cheap people want to talk talk talk but when it comes time you know to be there actually that is a rarer occasion and those people are the ones you want to focus on the talkers have a lot to say and they can fill the airwaves for days but you know what actually lasts is action presence love caring right and you don't need to engage in a false narrative by adding your airwaves to an already false narrative just let it fly by like a bird stand true in your authenticity allow yourself to know who you are and anyone that wants to talk about you automatically just by talking to you they themselves are tuning into the already created god parent so depending on if they're leaning positive or negative they're just going to automatically be honed into that positive or negative god parent that's already been created by all of the other people talking it's going to be very hard for you to jump in there and a combat a football field of trees when you're wondering where the apple seed went and they're all oak trees and then b you're also going to have to somehow go boss to boss with this juggernaut of a god parent that's been created for who knows how long from people that basically are seeing a knockoff version of you in this god parent is not you even if the narrative is positive it's not you why am i talking about this with you why are you talking to me about this this is not who you are because who you are is right now i can't even talk about the past you i have a joke where i say you know i'm writing my resume as we speak so as you're reading it you're already behind schedule look at me talk to me be present with me and that's the only moment that you will know me because forever after it will always be something we had but i have already changed and so for people to not understand that and to hold people to these past moments many of which they weren't even there for as opposed to having a moment in the now with them and truly actually experiencing this person and giving them that space is a detriment to us all and the fact that somebody would ever have to answer to something that they did from the past in a moment where i can experience you in the present does not allow that person to become the best version of themselves because they're automatically not going to be present only in the present moment can you truly ground yourself can you truly engage in original human thought can you truly process things and can you truly step into the energy that you're supposed to and if you are in a stable place and you're speaking to somebody that is going through something you are able to actually help that process move forward by being with them in the now and not asking them a single thing about anything because truthfully just being with someone presently and looking at the sky is enough to ground someone's unique coding into themselves and remind them who they are i have talked to people before where i say oh i met this person they were very engaging i had a great conversation and then someone says oh well five years ago they did this so i'm now supposed to judge this person from something that they did five years ago when i had a pleasant conversation with them how is this person ever going to become their best selves when they're constantly battling a five-year-old version of themselves do you know the difference of a baby and a five-year-old it's huge it's huge they can walk they can talk they can put on their clothes they're not wearing a diaper it's crazy different but when we become adults it's like five years is nothing and i guess we don't change at all how did that become the norm if we're not changing as much as we change from zero to five that's a problem you're not present enough because the child is present that's why they change so much from zero to five they are completely 100% engaged in their environment and they change so much yes a lot of the change is physical right but their mind is there have you spent time with them they're absorbing everything their mind is a sponge it is incredible so why wouldn't you be changing as much in five years as an adult i would guess it's probably because you're not as present as you were when you were zero to five and you're not seeing things in the awe and wonderment of a child because you are so caught up in these toxic false narratives about people that really aren't in your world maybe you saw them once two years ago or on a post online how is that present i mean seeing anything on your phone is automatically in the past even if you are on a phone call with somebody that voice is being relayed to you that's how crazy in the past the whole entire phone game is we need to start being present and you should be significantly advancing in your mental state in five years of life right seriously and if you need power you should figure out a way to get it silently without drawing it from another because that means that you don't have enough to sustain yourself and now you're taking it from somebody that has figured out a way to sustain themselves and now all of these people that's a problem you should be looking for a solution you should not be engaging with these people and adding to this rhetoric and now that you know that you're also adding to a god parent that is drawing this person into an inauthentic version of themselves that you could consider a that's either positive or negative is even more reason not to engage because when we create a god parent for somebody it's supposed to be someone that cheers them on that believes in their dreams that gives them tools to access that and to achieve that so if your gossip is not facilitating that then you're on the wrong side of history and you need to disengage and you need to figure out a way to be on the right side of history because that's where love is and that's where finding that power is and if you're looking for an outlet that means that you don't have your own power and we should all be able to access our own power so thank you for being here today i love you very much i want you to be able to access your own power and that's why i shared this message of understanding this whole gamut of things and why it's okay to disengage just because your friends think gossip is cool does not mean those should be your friends the sooner that you get out of that friend group the sooner you're going to be successful i can guarantee you that there is a plateau with people that gossip and you will start to notice that very very successful people hardly if ever do gossip and just because somebody works at a successful company does not mean they're a billionaire i'm talking about billionaires since people are so focused on money and that seems to be the requirement for success which is also not realistic happiness should be your determinant of if someone is successful or not it should not be an amount of money happiness and if you're gossiping about somebody and if you think that that person heard what you said it would not make them happy just know that energetically they can feel it thank you for being here thank you for being who you are and going through the things that you get to go through not everyone gets to go through what you're going through there is a beautiful tapestry and each stitch each up and down each moment leads to another and another and it's building a beautiful complex piece of art that you are building alongside other people other animals other energies so thank you for the work that you're doing take a deep breath tune in to the gravity that is you you are your own star your own light your own spark so just tune into the gravity that is you take a deep breath relax as we go into this journey together i'm holding you in the arms of god's energy with angels the universe everyone around you cheering you on so take that deep breath now you're walking a path sometimes it may feel like you're alone sometimes it may feel like you don't have all of the support that you want or think you should have but know that when angels are tested they go into the forest and they go to be alone with god because they know with just that one presence they have everything that they need and when you're being tested you may find faults that's where the light comes in and an angel doesn't want to hurt others and so going to the forest to be alone with god is a safe place where those faults can crack and the light can pour in and it can create an even stronger angel you're coming to this meditation because you need a place with god and you need a place where you can have your fault shine and be illuminated with love and reflect that light back we're here to give you that think of this space as a forest with god the trees are making noises in the wind with the leaves rustling back and forth with one another perhaps a bird in the distance is chirping indicating that it found something or sees something far beyond your perspective the ground the twigs crack rustling in their own web everything moving and breathing in a poetic way that only its species only its area of life can understand fully and you breathe too and with every breath maybe you feel your body aching maybe your soul is shaking but your breath is grounding you in god is watching you we are all here to support you we love you remember even with your fault shining through you're being molded you're being created you're being crafted into something greater and with every choice that you make when each fault cracks and you wonder are you going to break to the ground and never be able to walk forward on this path again you still choose the high road you still do what's good and what's right and what allows you to sleep at night and we are so glad that you do we are so glad that you do even when you're broken in pieces on the ground shattered you still do the right thing thank you because god is watching the angels are watching they're building a case for them to protect you more for them to pick up those pieces off the ground and put you back together and mold you into the strongest version of yourself that you've been waiting to be now you dig deeper into your soul and you know that you're in the right place the right time there's nowhere that you're meant to be that isn't where you are right now so everywhere you are in this moment is exactly where you're meant to be keep choosing the high road keep doing the good thing you can do this you were born to do this and god only gives tests to those that he knows can handle them and will pass them and you will the angels are watching because you're worth watching and they're waiting it takes time and they wait every good deed that you do is appreciated is loved it's connecting you to a greater web of positive possibility and potential that's the ether that's the unseen force it's a positive it's creation energy it's connected to every other mind so if you meet me which you are now you're connected to the inspiration that guides me every day so when you have an idea write it down because god is wondering if you can write it down if you can and you can you will get the next step you will walk stronger those pieces will start to fit right bonded strong whole and complete thank you so much for what you do i see you we see you we love you so much more than you could ever fathom or imagine the love is such a grounding and connecting force that it is always there regardless of the emotion we come from love we go back to love it's this beautiful portal that connects us all take a deep breath and feel the lack of another defining emotion just love the essence of who you are it doesn't pull one direction or another it doesn't judge it doesn't hate it just allows life and creation to exist and in that poetry of the cello and the violin and the flute all joining together in harmony it creates a concert and it holds those emotions and all of those ups and downs in every stitch of the tapestry love is a binding force in the most beautiful way it rises it grows it expands that is why we use love because we came from love and we go back to love and it is always present and always there bring yourself now imagining you're in this forest with god gosh it feels like things have been coming at you and sometimes you don't know where to look is anyone having your back?

How could that have gone differently?
And sometimes it feels like even when you were at the top you were your best self you made a mistake you missed the mark but love was still there we're still here keep going and know that god has a plan for you and sometimes plans they have revisions they have versions you're being upgraded it's normal it's like a graduation it's like a passage it's like gosh you've been beat down and don't listen to what they have to say those negative ones negativity is creation and that is a physical element of that it's been created it's been decided are they the deciders of your fate aren't you still breathing then that must mean that you're still alive if you're alive and you're breathing nothing negative that they have to say about you well you choose if you create it or not because you choose if you let it in that's why we stay positive because we believe in the possibility the ether the ultimate you the best version of you which takes multiple versions and that's when you go through the when you go through the rebirth when you become the butterfly a new version a new version a new version how many versions of you can you make in this lifetime and better each time because you keep doing the right thing even when it feels like you're bugging out it feels like you have all the wrong code inputs it feels like your operating system is just jammed and it needs to be completely restructured think about the world around you as an operating system who are those naysayers that don't believe in you is it impossible not to listen to them because they just won't stop then take it upon yourself to remove them because two bugs don't make a right meaning that if two operating systems are crashing how is anyone gonna function it's time to take responsibility for the space around you you may be in the forest alone with god but what does your home look like what does your work look like what do your friendships look like and trust me there are all of the options i'm letting you tap into my mind now and that's all i see possibility potential new routes new courses new versions new everything for everyone so ask yourself what needs to change and what can i change as i sit in the forest with just me and god i have all the support that i need i know who i am i'm positive i'm strong i'm potential i'm possibility and i keep choosing the right thing even when i'm dead broke even when i don't have any friends because someone is watching me and it might not be those friends it might not be the people with money who see me sitting there without it's something greater than even them and i play to that card because that is the ultimate coder of me and it sees a different version of me and i just gotta get there i gotta meet it halfway that's why i'm in the forest with god praying because i'm meeting it halfway and i won't let anyone change my upgrade i don't want that bug where i'm mean to somebody because i don't like their outfit or i let someone drop something and walk by because they're fine even though they don't look fine i don't want those system downgrades i want an upgrade i want a new version of me so i do the good thing even when it's hard because i'm getting the bugs out of my system and i look around and i see which operating systems are clashing with mine and i i get them out of here as best i can and if i'm at a place where i can't get them out of here i pray to god that they do because god can get them out of there i just have to meet god halfway and i have to give god time so i have to work on my patience and i have to be patient it takes time for god to bring us the things we ask for and if you have a laundry list of asks you better give god time it's not the lottery this is life it takes time to bring things to you and you need to clear the bugs out of your system if you want an upgraded system so with that knowledge seeping into our brains our bodies our mind our soul connecting us your mind is a battlefield your mind is the operating system that is where the upgrades go so take care of your mind take care of your body take care of your soul and with that knowledge and information taking a very deep breath here sinking in for a minute and letting it ground you're my best friend go ahead and get comfortable comfortable and cozy and relax tune into the center of gravity that is you you are your own star you shine and you sparkle so go ahead and take a deep breath get centered and grounded and go ahead and let go of all of your worries and cares and responsibilities and just allow yourself to be a star be here be here right now there's so many different things that take our attention and time is this effervescent force of nature that brings us into each moment and people have very interesting ways of having a relationship with time some say time doesn't exist so technically they have no relationship to time while others are very consumed with time and if one second goes off it flusters them so a healthy relationship with time it's how we collaborate it's how we set meetings it's how we engage in all relationships is in this place of time sometimes it feels like we don't have enough time with the ones that we love sometimes it can be the opposite it it's important to know that with others sharing space with them having moments in time together having these beautiful moments like we're having right now are so important to hold on to and be present with when we're wishing we had more time but not valuing the seconds that we have we have to understand how can we make our relationship with time healthier so that even one second is enough because it was so impactful so memorable so powerful that that one second trumped all of the other seconds this is a very powerful way to think about time and something insurmountable because often there is this talk of the end of our journey here and this life review what moments will we review these moments are truly moments where we're present they aren't moments where you're being cheered by a crowd or getting an award they are really personal moments being very present with either yourself or another they have a wide range of emotions tied to them but they truly are these fully present moments where you are seeing someone and they are seeing you and this takes us to the quantum perspective of along the lines of if a tree falls in a forest does it make a sound if no one's there to hear it fall does someone really love if there's not someone there to see them love even if that is themselves seeing themselves love themselves this is the quantum a b right we are truly seeing and being and feeling and sensing and this is why one second should be powerful enough with someone in your world in your experience that that one second with somebody is something that you can hold on to and think of so beautifully for the rest of your life that it was worth that second of being truly present we're lost in time thinking we're going to have more time later we're going to set aside time we're going to plan this moment and what if all of that just goes away out of nowhere because there are other forces of nature that you have no control over but you had that one second and why wasn't it powerful enough to allow all of those plans and all of those future moments to be okay being washed away make sure when you have that second that you have that powerful moment so how do we do that it takes slowing down it takes having a deep breath and it takes holding someone in the presence of your heart and giving them that pause that you have created and taking that breath while being there and i can tell you from experience if you allow yourself to pause like that to give that moment to feel what it feels like to truly hold someone in just the presence of your heart one second is more than enough to allow nature to work her magic as needed and change your plans and create paths that maybe are different than what you had expected so what is your relationship with time?
Is it hurried?
Is it rushed?
Is it slow?
Is it calm?
When you have one second with someone how does it feel and is that second something that looking back you feel like wow that was a powerful second another way to look at time is through the lens of a child they haven't lived as much as an adult and they feel like seconds are so long it's proportional to how long they've lived an hour is quite a lot of time for them compared to an adult who's lived for many hours they're thinking in years at this point i'm urging us all to remember a second everyone says it'll just be a second give me one more second one more moment right create time for me create time for me give me a second you're asking someone to create time for you when someone asks you give me one more second do we think of it like that i'm actually creating time for you right now to do something time is a very powerful thing give yourself time what are the seconds that you give yourself what powerful present moments have you given yourself you know these moments that are considered life reviews at the end of the journey can be as simple as getting a nice haircut and looking at yourself in the mirror and giving yourself a smile we are created to be present because in the presence is creation these seconds are more powerful than you could ever imagine more powerful than you could ever imagine it's hard to describe how impactful being present is and how much beautiful good karma you get from it because it's something that seems to be a rarity these days and it's so crucial to the universal mind's sanity and peace and joy and love and growth the awe that will happen when you look at a rainbow and then suddenly it builds and the birds fly in front of it and then suddenly the radio is playing the perfect song and then suddenly you're feeling like you can touch this rainbow but you can't but you're seeing this miracle happen and what is it but you're so present with it that you can't ignore it because why would you and that second seeps into your soul and it bleeds creation love into your heart and then the next second you have you bring that rainbow forth when you see a person they see the awe in your eyes they see the inspiration when you have inspiration because you've been present with nature you bring it to your fellow human to yourself time is so special so sacred thank you for taking time for yourself today to be here to create your world with each second being precious and enough to hold on to when you start to have more and more present seconds nature can have these sweeping motions that feels like wow everything just shifted but those seconds are grounding points that keep you you and give you what you need to hold on to to bring cosmic change one second is enough we ask for a second all the time to get something done to get out the door so one second of holding someone a smile a laugh that has to be enough to remember that and take that deep breath and let that second be felt across the entire planet because it's so powerful that the universal mind felt a connection of presence in a present moment that was so powerful that it anchored in philosophy love joy those seconds are needed they're adored it's very powerful karma the best karma you could get not that anyone's counting like that but it's so worth it and it's so appreciated so thank you for having these seconds with me now and thank you for the ones that you're about to have you are truly a blessing you are a star go ahead and take a deep breath and sink into the gravity that is you thank you for being here thank you so much you are support each other through prayer through meditation because iron sharpens iron i know sometimes it feels like you're alone in your corner of the world you keep making the right decision taking the higher path choosing to be a good person even though it feels like every day you're battling with one thing after the next and sometimes it feels like you can't catch a break i'm here to tell you thank you thank you for choosing the high road thank you for being a good person thank you for continuing to do those little things that take mental energy and clarity and understanding and focus to choose and putting those things as an important choice even when other things that seem more instantly gratifying would be low-hanging fruit and easy i know that you're holding down your corner of the world and i'm holding down mine and sometimes i feel like that too but i'm here to tell you that there is someone watching you might not see them but every good deed that you do is being counted and carefully reviewed you may not feel like you've had your blessing maybe you feel like you've been asking a long time but god needs time it takes time there's an intricate web of all of these people places and things holding down these beautiful corners of the world and it takes time to have them connected to you because you're holding down your corner god loves you we love you so go ahead and take a deep breath and go deeper into the center of gravity that is you you're a star you have a magnetic field you pull others into you that are beautiful and they are coming hold true to the gravity that is you and as other things interact with your star just let them be meteors or asteroids send them away and just wait as your solar system forms around you and becomes something beautiful you have character it's something that you can't buy character is something that you build through going through hard times trials and tribulations you have it your character is who you are your character is every facet every fractal every glimmer of you thank you for building it thank you for choosing the high road thank you for doing the hard choice because it's the better choice and seeing your star as this solar system instead of just going for the low-hanging fruit and the easy choice because it's quicker and faster and no you'll have character you choose differently relax breathe breathe know that in this moment you are supported god is always here and god takes time to collaborate and bring in the things that you are asking for thank you for being patient thank you for giving time while character is built allowing yourself to let go of the things that you've been holding on to allowing yourself to enjoy this moment in time here together where two or more are gathered the energy is stronger iron sharpens iron whatever strength that you need whatever you need in this moment whatever you need to get through this and continue to choose the high road you have now and you are being given the strength you are being supported you're being protected and we're amplifying that protection know yourself know your character know who you are and do not waver you are seen and with every choice you are giving that invisible team permission to bring you to those higher places and help you through because they're here to help you whatever situation you're in just keep going in a positive direction positive is the ether positive is possibility positive is how you can be connected to these places people and things that are holding down these positive corners of the world and they can bring you in because they have no doubt that you are choosing positive no matter what so they can have your back and they can take care of you and they can watch out for you they always are they always are keep picking up a piece of trash when you see it keep letting someone in your lane because they need it they're in a rush and you are patient because you know that God needs time and you do it with a wave and you do it with a smile you practice your patience every day waiting in line driving your car because you know patience builds character and you have character taking a deep breath i am so thankful that you are here you are positive you're a possibility and you see the potential the ether of the world is positive it's open that is what positivity is it is not a weakness it is smart if you are positive you're open to everything if you're negative that's grounding something and making it physical chosen if you have asked and you have potentials and possibilities and you are calling something into your reality positivity is openness to the ether the unseen the uncreated that's why you are positive because you're smart and you know what works being positive works give God time know that you're protected know that everything that you do there is someone watching and they're building their case to protect you to watch out for you even stronger to call in certain people into your reality to bring you those things that you're asking for to make sure that you show up when no one's watching because you have character and you can and you know who you are and you know what you've asked for and you know that God is planning it to take a deep breath with that knowing know that you're cared for beyond reason we love you so much we're so glad that you're here so
