This guided meditation utilizes the neuro-linguistic programing technique of timeline therapy with spiritual support to release patterns and unhealthy belief systems. As you settle in and get comfortable,

Go ahead and give yourself a little hug.

We're gonna tune in to our body and mind today and just realign a few belief systems that are no longer working for us.

They may have in the past and they serve their purpose but we're ready to let them go and be open to what our higher self wants and connect with that authentic divine purpose and joy for life.

So go ahead and think of a belief that has been holding you back.

And what we're gonna do now is check in internally.

Imagine a timeline.

A timeline has three points on it.

Past,

Present,

And future.

Recognize how your timeline is showing up for you.

Everyone is different.

Your timeline could represent itself directionally or in your body.

So for example,

Some people see past to their left,

Present in their center,

And future to their right.

Others feel past in their head,

Present in their heart,

And future in their stomach.

It's unique for every individual.

So tune in and find out how it shows itself to you.

Once you've found your timeline,

Float above it and what we're going to do is go all the way back to the past,

To the genesis,

The origin point,

The original thought of this false belief.

And as we float above our timeline,

The subconscious mind is going to ping you.

You will have a sense.

You will have a knowing.

Perhaps a memory pops up.

Whatever it may be.

But you will know that you are there.

Now we are going to ask the mind and body to release all of the emotional energy that is surrounding this,

Holding this false belief,

Rooting it into this time and space,

And we're going to pull it out just like we would a weed.

And we're going to ask our higher self,

Our spiritual team,

To help us here as we hold the body,

Telling the body that it is okay to release this energy.

It is safe and secure to do so fully and completely.

You are not alone.

We have our spiritual team and our higher self here to support us.

We are giving time and space to release this now.

Breathing.

Releasing.

Letting go.

Checking in with yourself,

Asking if it's gone or if it's going,

And giving yourself as much time as needed to fully pull this out.

Releasing the energy in your emotional body,

Your etheric body,

And your physical body fully and completely.

Releasing the body gently.

There may be sore spots that pop up.

If so,

Go to one spot at a time and really sink in,

Letting that self-love flow there.

Releasing the energy.

We're holding on to the learnings,

The knowledge,

The information,

But we're letting go of all of the emotional energy.

We're pulling back the fractals of our soul and pulling them back in,

Moving them from this frozen emotion,

Moving them from this frozen belief system,

Moving those fractals of our soul back into our core soul column,

Fully integrated.

Breathing.

Releasing.

Letting go.

Letting go.

Letting go.

Once again,

Asking our spiritual team to release this emotional energy.

We are meeting them halfway.

We are creating this space,

Being open and allowing our body time to release this trapped emotion.

Just gently rocking the body here as we're releasing a very subtle energy and so subtle movements are going to help the body release it nice and easy.

Keep breathing,

Doing great.

Releasing it and letting it go.

If you are moving from one part of the body to the next,

Just know that that indicates there's a network of emotional energies that are stored here.

That's fine too.

Just letting each one go one at a time.

Perhaps putting your hand there to give extra love and support.

Stretching the part of the body,

Releasing and letting go.

And if more time is needed,

Feel free to pause here.

And we float back all the way back to the present.

What I want you to do now is just imagine an imaginary moment in the future where this false belief is normally present.

And I want you to go there and notice if it's still there.

If you still feel that emotional charge.

If you do,

Then we're going to go back even further back in the past before the moment that we just visited.

Because that just indicates that we didn't pull the original moment out.

And if it was gone,

You can go ahead and think of another belief and continue on with us back to the past.

So float above your timeline and go all the way back into the past,

Finding the original Genesis moment.

The origin of this emotion,

This belief system that is false and is no longer welcome.

And when your subconscious mind pings you to let you know that you're there,

Go ahead and open that space to release this emotion from the etheric body,

The energetic body,

The emotional body and the physical body.

Fully and completely giving this time,

This space,

Letting the body know,

I'm sorry that I left you on your own to deal with this.

I am here now.

I am giving you space and support.

You are loved and supported.

Fully and completely,

You are worthy of love and there are other ways to receive love.

This time to release this pattern as we call back these fractals of soul and we reintegrate them back into our core soul column.

Fully and completely.

And we ask our spiritual team to support us here calling in our higher self source and meeting them halfway as we continue to open this space,

Checking in with yourself,

Noticing if there's any sore spots in your body,

Rocking back and forth.

Nice and gentle.

We're releasing a very gentle and subtle energy,

Letting it go.

Doing a great job here.

Very,

Very good.

Releasing your safe and secure.

You are worthy of love.

You are worthy and you are enough.

And while we're releasing,

We're reminding the body,

The etheric,

The emotional that we are bringing in the higher self template,

The original template,

The authentic template that I am enough.

I am worthy of love.

And that radical,

Beautiful self love is filling in this new space that we are opening up by releasing and letting go.

And if more time is needed,

Go ahead and pause.

And now we float back up all the way to the present moment.

We go to a future moment that in the past,

This false belief system would be there and we test,

Is it there?

And if the emotional energy is gone because we cleared it fully and completely,

We are going to close out this meditation.

And if not,

Let's go back and continue this meditation again,

Go even further back into the path.

So just enjoying the space that you've opened up.

Zero.

We're always closing the door to the subconscious mind,

Leaving any negatives aside.

One,

A sense of joy and happiness.

Two,

Beauty,

Care and compassion for ourself.

Three,

Happiness and health and love.

Four,

Alert and alive.

And five,

Eyes open,

Wide awake,

Gently returning to the space that we're in.

Giving yourself a nice little hug,

Appreciation and joy for showing up today and giving ourselves this beautiful,

Beautiful self love.
