As you settle into this practice today,
Our focus is removing any lingering feelings from a past relationship that you're still holding onto.
And with that intention in mind,
We're going to start our practice for today.
Taking a few deep breaths,
Feeling nice and comfortable where you're sitting,
Feeling supported and secure as we communicate to the mind and body that you are safe.
I hear you.
I see you.
I feel you.
And I am giving this moment in time to truly release any negative feelings,
Any tension,
Any stress,
Anxiety,
Worry surrounding this relationship.
And I'm doing this so that we can repurpose these energies because I know that you're trying to protect me and you care for me.
I want you to repurpose that energy to instead of thinking about this relationship or holding onto these feelings,
To letting them go and I'm reassigning you to now care for my wellbeing,
My happiness,
My positive feelings,
Because I know you're so good at taking care of them and nurturing them and holding onto them and reminding me of them.
I'm just gonna ask that you repurpose those skills in this new direction.
Continuing to breathe deeply,
Just imagining,
If you will,
That there is light surrounding you,
You are fully supported.
We ask that your spiritual team be here to meet you halfway because you are not alone and in this process of healing,
You have support.
Now we're going to remove any lingering feelings from this relationship that you're still holding onto,
Perhaps in your etheric body,
Your energy body,
Your physical body,
Your subconscious,
Your conscious,
Wherever it may be,
Even if you don't know where it is,
Just bringing those up now.
If memories pop into your head,
Just allow them to be.
We don't necessarily need the memories to pop up.
We can just feel the feelings,
Whatever is best.
Just giving some time here.
We already talked about the relationship being over,
So we're just doing a clean sweep,
Pulling out all these emotions.

Just imagining your favorite element.
Maybe it's water,
Wind,
Fire,
Earth,
Whatever it may be.
Just imagining that element in its full blown potential in front of you,
Showing its force,

Elemental nature.
And as you watch it vibrate,
Illuminate,
Move with the energy and power.
With each noticing,
You go deeper and deeper into this calm relaxation state.

And you have all the time in the world to let your body,
Your energy body,

Subconscious and conscious have this moment to release and let go.
So what we are going to do is we're going to pull all of the negativity,
All of the density,
The distortion,
All of the false beliefs,
All of the trauma,
Everything out of the body,
Theoretically,
Physically,
Mentally.
And we're going to put it into the right hand,
Pulling it out and putting it into the right hand.
As we start to pull it out,
The hand is going to become tighter and tighter.

Very tight.
The hand may even turn into a fist.
I want you to start pulling things out,
All these emotions,
Anything that is now time to let go of that is no longer serving you.
Just pulling it out.
All count from 10 down to zero.
And at zero,
The hand will become very,
Very tight as we pull it all out of the body,
All out of the mind,
All out of the energy space,
Fully and completely starting now.
