Negative thoughts can come from both ourselves and others and sink their way into our minds. In this guided meditation, explore the neuro-linguistic programming technique of time distortion to release negative thoughts. Enjoy ambient frequencies in the background that will help keep you grounded and centered. After the practice, please have some water and give yourself some space to integrate positive thoughts. Some examples may be, gratitude for showing up while showing yourself love.

As you settle in for your practice today,

We're setting the intention of having some fun,

Finding some joy,

And also releasing negative thoughts,

Whether they be our own,

And if they belong to someone else,

We're gonna send them back to where they came from as they are not ours and they are meant to be dealt with by someone else.

So get comfortable,

Feel calm,

Serene,

And centered as we start our practice for today.

Now put your hand on your heart and your belly,

Tuning into your heart,

And breathing.

I want you to breathe deeply.

Take a minimum of three deep breaths and breathe deeply,

But continue breathing deeply as you please after that.

And as you continue to breathe deeply,

Just sinking into this positive,

Relaxed,

Calm state.

Allowing your imagination door to swing wide open,

Just letting anything from the day melt away as we slip into this beautiful,

Peaceful place within,

Going even deeper and deeper and deeper.

What I want you to do now is just pretend that you are standing perfectly still.

So still that it looks like you aren't even moving,

It feels like your body is still and serene.

And in this stillness,

Noticing the world moving around you at warp speed,

Seeing time speeding up,

Moving around you so fast that it is like lines of light motion flowing around you,

Flowing and flowing and going even deeper now,

And allowing those images to fade into the background.

Now let's pretend that you are seeing the world standing still.

You feel your body,

You see your hands,

You sense everything about you,

And now you are moving at warp speed.

The world around you is moving so slowly that it seems like it's standing still.

As the world is suspended,

So are your negative thoughts.

They are frozen in the air around you,

Suspended in time.

And go ahead and touch one of the negative thoughts,

And as you do,

It falls to the ground,

Chattering into a million pieces,

Deleted,

Distorted,

Transmuted across all time,

Space,

Dimension,

And reality.

And continue to tap the negative thoughts,

And as you do,

Each one in its own time falls to the ground,

Completely deleted,

Distorted,

And transmuted across all time,

Space,

Dimension,

And reality,

Fully and completely,

No longer part of your emotional body,

Your etheric body,

Or your physical body.

Now you may notice that there are some negative thoughts with a different quality to them,

That they are not yours,

They have been given to you,

And you are not their rightful owner.

So when you tap on these thoughts,

They exit your space and they flow back to their rightful owners,

As those thoughts are meant for them to manage,

For them to process,

For them to transmute.

And with each touch,

We imbue them with a little love and light,

So that they are sent back with grace,

So that the owner may understand that it is for them to complete.

As you are clearing your energetic,

Your etheric,

And your physical space from any or all negative thoughts,

Going deeper,

And deeper,

And deeper,

Giving ourselves a gentle rocking motion,

Allowing these negative thoughts to fully escape,

To fully be released and returned to their rightful owners.

And if you would like to stay in this space for a moment longer,

Go ahead and pause the recording.

And if not,

I'm going to count you up and out now.

We start with zero,

Closing the door to the subconscious mind,

Leaving any negatives aside.

One,

Feeling uplifted and positive,

Joyful and radiant.

Two,

A sense of self-care and compassion,

Loving ourselves for showing up.

Three,

A general sense of well-being.

Four,

Alert and alive.

And five,

Eyes open,

Wide awake,

Gently returning to the space that we're in,

With joy and love.
