2 Minute Mindfulness Practice

This is a short mindfulness of breathing practice to de-stress, focus and relax. Sometimes we just need a short little practice throughout the day to remind us to be in the present moment. Or it could be practiced in the morning if you don't have time for a longer practice to set the intention for the day. After the 2-minute guidance finishes, you might like to continue to do your own practice.
