Cool.
Welcome.
So today we're going to do a little talk,
A little short healing,
And then a meditation around feeling taken care of,
Feeling supported.
So if we grow up and we don't have this wired into our brain that we can relax,
That we can rest in,
You know,
There's a there's masculine and feminine energy.
Every gender has both.
But feminine energy is receptive.
It's being it's relaxing.
And we live in a masculine energy dominated society,
Not bad or anything.
It's just this is,
You know,
We masculine energy is go do think,
Create.
Now,
We're meant to have a beautiful ebb and flow of both.
We're meant to create and then rest and receive or get help from others or collaborate or be supported financially in other ways.
And we've taken on this paradigm of remote many people that I speak to,
Which is why I'm sharing this.
We've taken on this paradigm of I need to do it all myself or it's not going to get done.
I know I had that belief system for a lot of years,
Like I need to be in control.
And if I don't do it,
No one else is going to do it.
And then you don't give anybody else a chance in the form of the universe,
Sending it to you in whatever way is aligned with being taken care of and supported.
So if we don't get that message when we're young,
Especially just being in the society that we're in the neural pathways that create get created in our brain is I can't relax until I'm done.
You know,
Whatever work I'm doing or whatever thing I'm doing,
And I need to keep going,
Going,
Going to be safe.
As opposed to resting in this beautiful flow and balance of doing and receiving.
Which is how we're meant to live with this beautiful ebb and flow of doing and being.
So what we're going to do today is just a short five minute tapping to clear anything that you guys might have in your brain neurologically of not being able to receive,
Feel supported,
Feel like you can relax and allowing yourself to what we're going to do in the meditation is open up into those states of being like allowing yourself to feel again like you're supported,
Like you're taken care of.
And I know that might sound ridiculous,
But this is how science works.
This is how energy works.
We have to cultivate feelings inside of us before they come into the world of form.
We have it a little bit backwards.
So what we're doing is we're becoming this antenna for things outside of us to support us,
To take care of us so that we can relax a bit more.
And that doesn't mean I'm going to be lazy and not do.
Remember,
We're all meant to have this beautiful balance of doing and being.
It's just we're going to come back more into balance.
Okay.
And then just feel your bottom on the ground.
Take a deep breath.
Let everything go.
And you're all familiar with tapping.
So we're just going to start on the corner,
The side of the hand,
And you're just going to repeat out loud after me.
We're going to clear this old pattern.
So repeating out loud after me feeling whatever you need to feel so that it releases,
Even though I don't fully feel like I can relax because I'm not fully supported or taken care of by a power greater than me that comes in the form of people.
I love and accept myself anyway,
Even though I'm a little out of balance,
Giving,
Doing,
And not fully able to rest and receive.
I love and accept myself anyway,
Even though I don't fully feel taken care of or like I can trust that things will get done.
I let go of control.
I love and accept myself anyway.
Okay.
So repeating out loud after me as we go around these points to the top of the head.
I don't trust that I can let go of control.
I'm not supported.
Side of the eye.
I'm not taken care of.
Underneath the eye,
If I don't do it,
It won't get done.
Underneath the nose,
This is how I was raised.
Chin,
This is the society I grew up in.
Chest,
I cannot fully let go.
Underneath the arm,
It's not safe.
Wrist,
I won't be held.
I won't be taken care of if I let go.
I can't wrap my head around that one.
Side of the hand,
I'm not taken care of.
I'm not supported.
I'm not cared for.
Top of the head,
Crown of the head,
I have to be in control and I can't let go.
Eyebrow,
This desperate need to hold onto control.
I don't feel supported by people as much as I could be.
Maybe I feel supported a little bit,
But how I deeply want to be supported,
I don't feel that.
Underneath the eye,
I also don't feel worthy of that level of love and that level of support.
And it feels like if I have that,
Others might be jealous.
I might be unloved.
So it definitely doesn't feel safe to open up to doing and being in a balanced way.
And there's a part of me that feels like I need to prove myself.
So to receive support and help and love from the universe might make me have to let go of needing to prove myself.
And I don't know if I'm ready to do that yet.
All these related emotions,
Everything I'm feeling,
All this pain,
I can't relax.
I don't trust I'm taken care of.
I don't trust I'm safe.
I don't trust I'm supported.
No one's going to show up for me if I don't show up for me.
Nothing's going to happen.
I'm just going to be left there hanging.
All this pain I've experienced in my life and all these patterns that have given me proof of that reality.
It's hard for me to see past that.
Side of the thumb,
I don't feel supported.
Side of the finger,
I don't feel cared for.
I don't feel taken care of.
I don't trust others or something greater than me to align what I need.
I don't know if I even trust myself.
I don't know if I'm worthy of that or if that reality is safe.
All this fear I cannot let go,

All of this fear.
Top of the head,
All of this fear,
I don't feel safe.
I don't trust.
I'm not taken care of.
I'm not supported.
That hasn't been my reality.
I don't have proof of that reality.
And I don't see it in the world very often either.
So I'm not even quite sure this exists and I don't feel safe enough to explore that.
Deep breath.
Let everything go.
Good job hanging in there for the uncomfortable part.
We're going to put some good stuff back into our brain now.
So take a deep breath.
Let everything go.
Top of the head,
Even though I have not had proof of being taken care of and supported,
I love and I accept myself anyway.
What if that was an old way of being?
What if I grew up in a culture that for some weird reason respected a certain type of energetic dynamic,
But it wasn't the most helpful?
And what if it's okay to let that dynamic go?
What if I meant to try something new now in really safe,
Gentle ways until I start to see proof that,
Wait a minute,
This is safe.
I am loved here.
And that I am worthy of this simply because I'm alive.
It isn't personal.
It's physics.
I can just align with these archetypal universal energies.
It doesn't matter how perfect I am or good I am.
It's just physics.
It's energy.
It's science.
Like attracts like.
What if it's okay to let go of holding on so tight?
Underneath the eye,
I'm choosing to release some of this control right now.
I'm choosing to let go of needing to jump in so fast to control the situation.
Yes,
If it's an emergency,
I'll know I need to take control.
But in areas of my life that feel safe to try this,
I choose to let go just a little bit at a time.
Just to rewire my brain and my nervous system.
I choose to know that I can trust others to show up for me.
Even if I didn't have that in the past,
I can create a new reality.
I am not powerful.
I have a brain that's neuroplastic.
And it can change.
I don't have to be stuck overworking and overdoing.
It's just a pattern in my brain that I identified with.
Wow,
I would love to let go a little bit.
I would love to be supported more and taken care of more.
I would love to trust that everything will work out for me.
And that it's not all on my shoulders.
And that there's so much love out there that I'm worthy and deserving of receiving.
I'm open to trusting more now.
I choose to know that it's safe.
This reality is safe.
I choose to know that I am worthy and deserving of it.
And that I will be loved living in that reality.
And that even if I don't know these people yet in my life,
I will align with them once I align with it inside of myself gently and easily.
And the cool thing about me and my power is that by living in this new reality inside of myself,
I have the capacity to shift others around me energetically without even having talks with them.
I will open up a capacity in them to support me more when I know that I am worthy and deserving of it.
That it's just my inherent birthright as is everyone's.
Doesn't mean I'm going to stop doing and creating or be lazy.
But I'm just going to move into a healthy balance as the universe intended it.
I'm opening up to a healthy balance of masculine and feminine energies within me.
Of doing and being.
Of giving and resting.
Of trusting.
Relaxing.
I am supported.
I am held.
I can relax a bit more now.
Things show up for me when I need it.
I am worthy and deserving of it.
This is safe.
I am loved.
I am open to giving this a try and just testing the waters a little bit at a time and seeing what is available for me.
Clearing all the fear around this that I had that I couldn't see all the way back through my past,
Through my cells,
Down through my DNA.
And I open to seeing proof of new.
I am patient during this energetic transition.
I'm feeling better and better.
More hopeful.
This would be really cool.
Deep breath.
Let it go.
And just notice how you feel as you start to,
You know,
Remember you can sit up,
You can lay down as you start to get comfortable for the meditation.
As we've cleared some energy around this,
It's opened up some space.
Opened up some space for new energy to come in which we're going to cultivate in the meditation.
So we must feel things inside of us first to align out there.
We've learned the other way.
We've learned life makes me feel a certain way as opposed to I feel it first and then life delivers it to me.
So we're waiting.
We've been up until this moment in time waiting to feel supported,
Waiting till we're worthy enough or until it's safe enough or until we've proved ourselves enough,
Whatever's going on inside of our head.
But we clear that like we just did.
And then we go,
Okay,
What does it feel like?
These states of being and we cultivate them inside of ourselves and we become the antenna,
The receptor for pulling it in,
For aligning.
We are the quantum field in form.
If we just look to the form,
We think that's crazy,
Jamie,
That makes no sense.
But if we look to the energetic field and how we can move with our energies and align with our energies,
This makes total sense on the quantum level.
So you take a couple of deep breaths back into the belly and really relax into the meditation,
Knowing that for the next 10 minutes you are held.
You don't need to focus on anything other than calling in this deep rest that you have been craving,
This beautiful support that you are worthy of in whatever form it decides to come into your life.
So you might see images as we meditate and that's beautiful to cultivate the feeling.
But the most important thing right now is the feeling.
That's energy.
So we might have pictures come in,
But we hold them loosely and we really cherish the feeling.
Into the belly and release,
Feeling the connection between the body and the chair or the couch or the floor,
Wherever you are.
Slowing down,
Just allowing yourself to get grounded.
You're behind your eyes.
You're planted in your body.
And you're getting present.
You're detaching from the world of form.
You say,
Okay,
I take responsibility for those creations.
And now I create something new.
I move into the point of creation itself right here and right now.
And I exercise my muscles of creation and power.
Gentle breaths in and out.
I want you just to imagine as all of your physical body parts start to melt like butter into bread and you relax a little more.
I want you just to imagine what it would feel like to be fully taken care of.
And we're going to override our brain that gives us all the proof and the reasons because we say,
Okay,
I know that was created.
I hear you.
I hear you trying to keep me safe and I am a creator.
So I'm just going to hold loosely what I hear in my brain and I'm going to lightly feel and imagine and dream and create new in my life as this is science.
Just working with the brain.
The brain doesn't know whether something's actually happening or not.
So we feel,
We settle in,
Maybe you see images of vacation or you remember moments in time when things were paying for by you or you didn't have to worry about it when you were a kid or you know,
It's going to be different for all of us.
When did you feel taken care of?
What does that feeling like inside of you?
Not dependent on circumstances.
So we're extracting that feeling from the circumstance.
We're not giving our power to the circumstance.
So you just settle in and your body relaxes and you breathe a little easier.
I am taken care of.
What does that feel like?
Imagining doing the best that you can,
Even if it's moving 1% into a new direction,
That is enough.
Going slow.
What does it feel like to be supported?
All your needs are met.
People show up out of the woodworks to offer,
To give,
To support and you're still creating and doing what you like to do in your life.
But what does it feel like to be in balance of just enough of I get to create and I rest and receive.
Not on one extreme or the other.
But we settle into a deep feeling of trust.
That something will show up when I need it.
Even if this wasn't our story when we were young,
The neurons are going to say,
No,
You weren't taken care of.
And we say,
Okay,
Thank you.
I'm going to create something new now.
And I'm going to respect this new feeling to bring in a new story,
To bring in new proof,
To bring in a new reality because I can.
So taking these last couple of minutes on your own as I allow myself to move into the quiet.
Just what does it feel like?
Like you are just melting into the earth held by her so taken care of,
So supported,
In deep trust,
Nothing to worry about.
What does it feel like I am taken care of?
Just settle deeper into that and allow yourself to bathe in it just for a little bit longer.

You you Just releasing the energy of a collective way of being and moving into a new energy of your choice supported now in trust Taking care of all your needs are met overriding the brain resting in the feeling Aligning with the outer manifestation of your inner feeling as you do this work Turning the volume up on this gorgeous delicious feeling inside 100% Letting it spread through your body amplifying your energy field Letting it move out into your life touching every area of your life Having no attachment to the channels where this shows up Allowing receiving trusting welcoming the natural inherent balance of doing and being of aligned action and resting to receive support It's a new feeling a new way of being but one that brings great gifts great peace great ease great joy and great healing into your life into the lives of those around you giving them permission to begin to do the same as You bravely move forward into a new way of being Breathing one last time into this energy As you slowly welcome your awareness back to the connection between your body and the ground underneath of you Noticing all of those tiny points of contact As you place yourself right behind your eyes You're planted inside of your body You're on the ground you're in the room You're aware of your presence on the earth As you take three deep breaths into the belly And release just letting all the energy from today Letting it move out into the life of the world And release just letting all the energy from today shift and settle giving yourself space to integrate Drinking some water after this as this is deep work you should be proud of yourself One more deep breath into the body As you start to stretch and wiggle and move Back Back Into the morning So So So
