Closing your eyes and allowing yourself to arrive here now.
Taking two long,
Slow,
Deep inhales in through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Just allowing your entire being to calm down.
First,
Allowing the mind to settle.
And now allowing the body to settle.
And now allowing the spirit to take over.
Almost as if you feel a sense of laying the body and the mind to rest momentarily.
And allowing space for the spirit to arise as the driving force for this moment and beyond.
Connecting into your heart space as your awareness rests in the center of your chest.
Overriding any feelings of closed as you begin to open by choice.
There is a space within your heart that contains bravery and courage.
And it exists all day,
Every day.
So as best as you can,
See if you can allow yourself to settle in to bravery and courage within.
It's nothing you have to find.
It's an opening up to what is already there.
I always have been.
I am now and I always will be brave.
I have within me what it takes to overcome anything in my path.
I am resilient.
As you remember these truths within,
You allow the open heart within you and the well of bravery within to begin to spread from the heart through the entire body.
In this moment,
Using your imagination,
What is the strongest,
Most brave,
Courageous feeling I can have?
What does it look like?
What does it feel like?
What does it smell like?
Letting that encompass your entire experience within you,
Around you,
Above you,
Below you.
I am brave.
I am courageous.
I always have been.
I am now and I always will be.
I have within me what it takes to accomplish anything in my way.
Connecting to the spirit within once more and sending out the intention.
May this light within me heal.
Anything less than it.
May I remember what I have forgotten.
May this be my driving force.
Thank you.
And thank you for my bravery.
Taking a few breaths to rest in the space connecting deeply within.
Gradually bringing your awareness back into the room.
As you notice the subtle sounds and movements around you in all directions.
Taking a few gentle,
Long,
Slow inhales and exhales into the body.
And allowing your hand to begin to rest on the heart.
Feeling the presence of the bravery and courage within as you slowly begin to open your eyes to the world.
