Welcome to this short heart coherence practice where we will bring our mind,
Our emotions and our heart into energetic alignment.
So let's start by rubbing our hands together to generate some warmth.
Let's gently massage the top of our heads around by the temples and the back of the skull.
Massaging your jaw,
Releasing any tension here.
Taking a big yawn if it feels good.
Taking a big yawn if it feels good.
And then taking your hands and swiping them from the top of your head down and sliding them down across your chest,
Down and away from your legs.
Just swiping,
Energetically swiping your whole body wherever feels good.
Coming back into our bodies.
With your next inhale squeeze your fists together as hard as you can.
And as you exhale relax them completely.
Doing this two more times.
Inhaling and squeezing your fists together.
Exhaling to release.
And one more time,
Squeezing your fists with your inhale.
And exhaling to relax.
Now let's do this with your feet.
So inhaling,
Scrunching up your feet as much as you can.
Exhaling to relax.
Scrunching up your feet with an inhale.
And relax.
One more inhale and scrunching up those feet.
And relax.
And now with your next three inhales,
Lifting up your shoulders and really lifting them up tight.
And with your exhale letting go.
Lifting up your shoulders and lifting up your arms this time.
Scrunching up and exhaling with a release.
One more time like this.
And now feeling held by the ground beneath you.
Begin breathing into your heart space.
You can place your hands upon your heart area.
And if it feels comfortable close your eyes.
And breathe as if you are breathing from this space.
As if your heart is actually breathing.
Deepening the length of your breath.
And exhaling for slightly longer than you inhale.
Returning home to your heart.
Through your awareness and through your breath.
Taking a short moment to acknowledge the way that you feel.
To move from your head to your heart.
Aware of the wisdom and intelligence that we hold here.
And finishing with three conscious inhales where we exhale with a sigh.
Ahhhhh.
Two more like this.
Ahhhhh.
Wishing you peace.
Wishing you joy.
And wishing you kindness.
