Welcome to today's meditation where we will experience and visualize the warmth,
The radiance and the energy of the sun.
So finding your comfortable seat,
Lengthening your spine,
Drawing up your crown and letting your shoulders melt and relax,
Noticing your breath,
Letting your inhale and exhale get longer and deeper,
Becoming more gentle and peaceful,
Allowing everything to settle,
Following your inhale,
Allowing it to take you deeper within,
Exhaling and letting go,
Releasing.
And now as we begin to imagine,
We are on a beach before dawn,
Sitting on the sand,
With the stars and the moon,
Glowing and glistening,
Reflecting on the gentle waves.
The moon is bright,
Noticing the waves as they caress the shore,
Inhaling with the water as it rises up the sand,
Exhaling as the wave returns to the sea,
Breathing in unison with the waves,
Inhaling and exhaling,
Feeling a gentle breeze on your skin,
Like a subtle blessing as you continue to breathe with the waves.
Noticing on the horizon,
The sun beginning to rise,
Softly lighting up the clouds,
Beautiful oranges,
Pinks,
Softly glowing on the horizon.
Feeling the temperature get ever so slightly warmer on your skin,
As the sky begins to slowly illuminate,
As the sun rises just above the horizon,
Noticing the light dance across the waves,
All the way from the sun at the horizon,
To the waves close to you,
Beginning to inhale the energy of the sun,
Receiving the warmth,
The light,
Placing your hands upon your heart,
Inhaling this sunshine,
This solar energy into your heart space,
Exhaling any tension,
Inhaling this light,
Visualising the light,
Move in with your breath,
Exhaling any worries,
Any tension in the body,
In the mind,
Inhaling this luminous energy,
Exhaling any doubt.
Inhaling,
Exhaling any doubt.
Inhaling,
Exhaling any worry.
Exhaling any worry.
Allowing this light to grow within you,
Beginning to illuminate all of the cells of your body,
With every inhale,
All of your cells begin to radiate,
To glow,
To shine.
Feeling as though you are embodying the sunshine,
Glowing from the inside out,
Feeling this glow,
This radiance throughout your whole body.
All of your aura is radiating with the energy of the sun.
Taking a moment to appreciate this bliss,
This potential energy,
The light that you are.
Now taking your hands from your heart and turning them to face outwards,
So your elbows are really comfortable.
Now sending this light,
This energy,
To any of your loved ones.
As you exhale,
Sending this radiant light,
The energy of the sun,
And blessing any loved ones.
Sending it further around the world.
Sending it to all the animals of the world,
To all of the plants,
The mountains,
The rivers,
The lakes,
The oceans.
Sending your hands on your legs and sending this light to the earth beneath you.
Sending gratitude for the sun,
For all of this infinite energy.
And giving thanks for Mother Earth and how she creates life with Father Sun.
