Hi Earth Angels and welcome to this quantum recode and mindfulness practice.
This is designed to reprogram your mind to shift away from overthinking and the external world and bring it back into our internal world,
Allowing us to exist in pure presence.
Let's begin by closing the eyes down and tuning in to our breath.
Bringing your awareness into your breath and just noticing it.
Feeling the inhale slowly trickle into the body.
Feeling the exhales move out of you.
Take five rounds of breath.
Slowing your exhales down and deepening your inhales.
Your breath anchors you to this present moment.
Focusing all of your energy and awareness into the here and now.
And your mind may wander.
Thoughts can arrive and that's okay.
And as the thoughts enter,
Just begin to observe them like clouds passing by,
Floating in and out.
Realizing that you are not your thoughts.
You are the awareness observing them.
Taking a step back from your thoughts,
From your mind.
The real practice of meditation,
Of mindfulness,
Is not to empty your mind,
But it is to gently return to your breath over and over again.
Each time your attention drifts a little too far.
So calling your attention back into your breath.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Now become aware of how you are feeling here and now.
Bring all of your attention into your heart space and breathe through your heart.
You feel the rise of the chest with every inhale.
And the exhale,
You feel it fall down,
Softening its guard,
Opening itself up.
Now,
Continue to breathe through this heart space as you simply notice how you are feeling.
What state are you in right here,
Right now?
No need to think so deeply,
Just allow it to arrive.
Now,
With your awareness in your heart space,
We will begin to expand our awareness.
The attention is in the heart.
The breath is moving in and out of the space.
The mind is being called back over and over into the here and now,
Into your breath.
Feel the rise and fall.
Notice any emotions that you feel.
And begin to move your awareness from inside the chest to the space directly above the chest.
And just exist here,
Breathing,
Noticing.
It's as if your chest is lifting itself into this space where your awareness remains.
And as you exhale,
The chest moves away from this space.
Continue to breathe with your awareness.
Directly above your heart space,
Outside of the body,
Just floating and existing here.
And begin to move your awareness to the tip of the nose.
And as you breathe in,
All of your awareness is on the tip of the nose,
Guiding the breath in through the nostrils all the way down into that heart space.
And as you exhale,
Your awareness is sitting outside of your body.
Noticing the breath move in as you focus on the tip of the nose and exhale.
Breathing here,
Guiding the mind back over and over again through all of its thoughts processes,
Through all of its resistance,
Breathe.
You are training your awareness.
And your awareness is the most important thing that you have in this world.
It is what creates your reality,
Your paradigms.
It is what shapes your existence,
Where awareness goes,
Energy flows.
Awareness back into the tip of the nose,
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Awareness in the top of the head.
And the space right above your head.
You visualize a bright light,
An orb,
The color can be of your choice.
This orb exists floating directly above the top of your head,
Filling the space above your head.
And you breathe the breath in through your nose all the way down into the heart space.
Feeling it flow from the top of the head all the way down into your body,
Calling your awareness back into you.
Existing solely in this floating orb right above the top of the head.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
And here you are existing in this orb of light,
Training your awareness,
Consciously breathing.
Take a deep breath in and remain here in this light.
Breathing out.
Softening.
Floating.
Existing.
