Hi Earth Angels,
And welcome to this Quantum Recode.
This is a practice for you to quiet the mind and reveal your inner world,
Allowing it to become a space that you can simply exist in.
So I invite you to close the eyes and get lost in space with me.
Let's begin.
Allow the breath to exhale completely.
Take a slow breath in for 1,
2,
3,
4,
And exhale completely.
Again,
Inhale for 1,
2,
3,
4,
And exhale.
Now,
Continue to breathe in this pattern,
Allowing the body to soften and the nervous system to settle.
When the body relaxes,
The mind will follow.
Guide your awareness to the top of the head and the space around your head.
Just breathe into this space,
Inhaling for 4,
3,
4,
And exhaling completely.
Allowing the muscles in the face to relax.
The eyebrows soften.
The cheeks settle.
The jaw relaxes,
Guiding your awareness down into the throat and the space around your throat.
Noticing your neck,
Your shoulders.
As you breathe into this space and you exhale completely,
Guiding your awareness into the chest and the space around your back.
Just existing here,
Breathing into your chest.
Exhaling completely.
Allowing the chest to soften.
As you feel completely supported,
You feel lighter in the chest.
You are entering a state where clarity can naturally arise.
Clarity comes from creating space.
The mind becomes clouded when it's overstimulated,
Constantly searching for answers.
But it was never designed to operate in constant pressure.
It was designed to return to stillness,
To receive insight,
To rest.
The mind reflects the state it's practiced most.
Stress creates noise.
Stillness creates clarity.
Presence creates awareness.
And here you are,
Choosing something different.
Creating space by simply being,
Observing,
Existing.
Guiding your awareness to your breath.
Allowing the rhythm to be slow,
Steady,
And begin to notice the space between each inhale and exhale,
That subtle pause.
Observe this space as you breathe.
Now gently shift your awareness to the space between your thoughts.
Not the thoughts themselves,
But the space between them.
You don't need to stop your thoughts.
You just simply need to allow them to come and go.
Letting them pass,
Like clouds moving through the sky,
You are the awareness behind them.
Observing,
Unaffected by them.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
You are expanding the spaciousness within you,
In your body,
In your mind,
With every breath you take,
Here and now.
Guiding your attention to the center of your forehead.
The space of perception,
Of insight,
And inner knowing.
As you take a slow breath in,
Visualize a white light entering through the space between your brows.
With this white light,
Your mind is clearing.
This space becomes empty,
Open,
Uncluttered.
This is it.
Simply be here now and breathe.
Continue to visualize the white light.
Every time your thoughts bring you out of this moment,
Let them pass,
And breathe deeper into the white light.
Feel the spaciousness.
You are not your thoughts.
You are the conscious awareness observing your thoughts.
You are the sky,
And your thoughts are the clouds,
Dissolving,
Moving.
You are not your thoughts.
You are the conscious awareness observing your thoughts.
Take a slow breath in.
Take a slow breath in,
And release.
This is a true practice.
Have compassion for where you are right now,
