When there is change in your workplace, it can be challenging to remain centred and positive about your future. This short meditation connects you to your base chakra to help you feel grounded, supported and safe, regardless of where the change takes you. You may not be able to see what the future looks like, but you can move with the change in an empowered way.

This meditation is to help you remain centered when there is change in the workplace around you that is beyond your control.

Begin by focusing on your feet chakras which are on the balls of your feet and this is what connects you to the earth energy.

And imagine a root system growing out of those chakras deep deep down into the earth and feel the strength and the support of this root system.

Take a deep breath in,

Fill your body with the breath and breathe out down through this root system connecting you to the earth energy.

Then breathe in the earth energy bringing it up through the roots take the breath right through your body and then breathe out through the crown on the top of your head and send your breath up out to the cosmos.

But then bring your focus back to your feet chakras and that root system and feel the strength.

Then imagine that root system coming up growing up to your base chakra in your tailbone area.

This is where you need to feel supported so feel that root system holding you almost like it's a seat and you're sitting upon it being held by these roots.

Feeling stable this connection is always there and when there is change going on around you tune back into this connection and allow yourself to be held by the earth.

So feeling your base chakra held feeling your feet connected to this root system and from this place of support and stability bring your focus up to your third eye your visioning chakra.

And imagine you're seeing the road ahead you don't know what it looks like but how do you want it to feel how do you want to feel as you move through this change.

Imagine that it happens smoothly that it happens in a way you feel supported.

What are the important feelings for you.

And imagine that you are moving forward along this path and you've anchored in those feelings so regardless of what happens around you you are feeling strong and stable and supported and you are embodying the feelings of your vision.

Whatever those feelings are hold on to them revisit them often each day when you're at work take a moment and sit in the energy of these feelings.

And this way regardless of what happens on that path you will remain feeling the way that you are choosing to move forward.

Be in those feelings now as you slowly open your eyes and come back into your space.
