Base Chakra Clearing For You And Your Business

It is vital that the base chakra of your business is clear and strong since this is the foundation of your business energy body. This visualisation focuses on clearing old energy from both you and your business's base, then energising and connecting them so that you feel fully supported and grounded in your biz.

This base chakra clearing visualization is for both you and your business.

Begin by finding somewhere comfortable to sit where you feel supported.

And then close your eyes.

Imagine that you're sitting on a rock somewhere out in nature.

Somewhere you feel safe.

Feel the firmness of the rock beneath you.

Be aware of the temperature of the rock.

Feel the support and the stability that it gives you.

And then imagine that you have a great big tree root growing out of your base or your root chakra.

And it's growing really deep down into the earth.

Take it as far down as you want it to go.

Growing off that central root.

There's a whole lot of other roots.

They're growing out horizontally,

Diagonally.

They're spreading out as wide as you want them to go.

Feel this whole root system pull down on your tailbone area.

Feel the strength.

Feel the support.

Feel your connection to the earth.

Now imagine that opposite you on the rock is your business entity.

The energy body of your business.

You might see it as a light or it may take on a form like an animal or a human.

However it wants to show itself to you for this meditation today.

Like you it has a great big root growing out of its base chakra.

And the whole root system spreading off that taproot giving it physical support.

It is vital that your business is grounded just as it's vital for you to become.

Now take a deep breath in.

Fill your lungs.

And as you breathe out.

Empty your mind.

And then breathe in deeply again.

Filling your whole body with the breath.

Take it to your fingertips and to your toes.

When you're ready to breathe out.

Feel the strength.

Feel the power.

Feel the energy.

When you're ready to breathe out.

Breathe out down through your root system into the earth.

When you're ready to breathe in again draw up the earth energy through your root system.

Bring it through your body.

And then breathe out through your crown and send your breath up out to the universe.

And then see this breath circle around.

Comes back down back into the earth.

Back up through your root system.

Flowing through you again.

And imagine as this energy now comes up through your root system.

It's a gorgeous red earth energy.

And it's flowing up from the earth through that root system and into your base chakra.

When it reaches the base chakra it swirls around and it's collecting old energy.

It's collecting stagnant energy.

All the old debris that you are ready to release from your base chakra.

It's doing the same for your business.

Spinning around the base chakra of your business.

Removing the old energy that no longer serves it.

Removing the old stories the old beliefs that are blocking this chakra.

That are stopping you and your business feeling supported.

Feeling stable.

Feeling connected.

This red earth energy might be removing old ancestral patterns.

Old family beliefs.

Money stories like the energy of lack.

As it swirls around and takes all this old energy from you and from your business's base chakra.

It takes it into the earth and she'll transmute it for you.

Just spend a few moments focusing on this flow up through the root system.

Around the chakra and then back down through the root system.

Removing the old energy.

Use your breath to help this clearing.

So as you breathe in you pull up the energy.

As you breathe out you let go of the old.

Even though you're concentrating on your breathing.

Be aware that the same cycle is happening in your business and is perfectly synced with your breath.

Now the red energy has stopped flowing up through the root system.

But the last of the old energy still being released from the base chakra.

Let it go.

Then bring your focus into the chakra.

Feel how more open and spacious it is.

Relax your buttocks.

Allow it to expand.

And in this expanded spacious place in your base.

There's a beautiful red lotus and it's starting to unfold.

There's also one in your business's base.

As it unfolds feel your whole base.

The whole area at the bottom of your pelvis.

Open and expand with this lotus blossom.

The lotus is bringing such a powerful energy.

A very strong,

Very stable,

Supportive energy.

It brings an energy of safety.

And an energy of trust.

And as it fully opens it grows down its roots deep into the earth.

So you and your business have this magnificent open flower that's anchored into the earth.

Now tune into how your base chakra feels with this expanded blossom.

While still feeling anchored and held.

Feel the support.

Feel the openness.

Feel the expansion.

Feel the solidness of this foundation.

It's a big,

Beautiful,

Wide base to hold everything else.

As though the lotus blossom has arms that are holding the rest of your energy body.

Supporting it.

And there's a magnificent red glow coming off this blossom in your base chakra.

And in your business's base chakra as this energy is activated.

Feel the strength that this support gives you.

The power,

The security.

All your needs are taken care of.

The earth energy is flowing up through the roots of the lotus.

Giving your base chakra all that it needs.

Now observe the beautiful red glow from your base chakra merging with the red glow from your business's base chakra.

Connecting them.

Bringing them into partnership.

It's as though they're on the same page now.

And they're supporting each other.

Feel how aligned the foundation of your business feels with your foundation.

Focus on the strength.

Focus on the support.

You are always supported.

Your business is always supported.

And now bring your focus back to the roots growing out of your base chakra.

Those roots you put down at the beginning.

And as you do that,

Your business slowly fades from your vision.

You again become aware of the rock that you're sitting on.

But you can feel the expansion that sits down in your base chakra area.

And as you bring your focus back to the earth energy flowing up through that root system into your physical body right here and now.

The feeling of the rock also fades.

And you become aware of the surface you're sitting on right now.

Rigor your bottom,

Rigor your toes,

Rigor your fingers.

And allow yourself to come back into your physical body.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes and return to your space.
