I'm Jacqueline and this meditation is to assist you in opening your channels to receiving whatever it is you require in your life at this moment in time.
Begin by taking your focus to your feet chakras on the balls of your feet where you connect in with the earth energy and see them opening wide.
As they open,
Receive Mother Earth's energy up into your body.
And as you receive her energy,
Grow down your roots from your feet deep into her.
Take a deep breath in,
Receiving that breath right through your body.
And as you breathe out,
Breathe out through your feet chakras,
Sending your breath down into the earth.
And with your next in-breath,
Receive the earth's energy up through those roots,
Right up through your body,
And then breathe out through your crown,
Sending your breath up out to the cosmos.
And see that energy as it circles around,
Goes back down into the earth,
Comes back up through your roots and back through you.
You are connected in.
You are receiving the divine energy,
The earth energy,
All in this flow.
And now we'll connect in with the silver grid of receiving the yin energy.
So see your roots as they grow into the earth.
See them becoming silver.
And as they become silver,
They connect in with this grid.
This is a very magnetic grid.
It is a feminine receptive energy.
And as your roots grow into this silver grid,
The grid starts to reveal itself all around you.
So yes,
It's down within the earth,
But it's also around you.
It's also above you.
Suddenly it's becoming very clear that you are sitting within this receptive energy,
But your energy body has been closed off to it.
So see that grid passing through your energy body.
Channels from that grid are flowing into each of your chakras,
Into your base or root chakra,
Into your sacral,
Into your solar plexus,
Into your heart,
Your throat,
Your third eye,
Your crown,
The receiving energy,
The beautiful silver energy of the feminine essence,
Filling your chakras,
Opening the channels into all of those chakras.
So that you may be able to receive in ways that you have not been able to fathom before.
Because the channels have been closed.
Take a deep breath in,
And this is to help activate and open those channels.
And then release.
Now imagine that what you desire is sitting within your energy body.
And all those channels are flowing in.
Imprint those channels with what it is you desire at this moment in time.
And so it is.
