The Key To Receiving

The importance of receiving is often overlooked with many of us preferring (or programmed) to focus on giving, but it is all about energy flow. Your cup must be full so that you can give effortlessly, which means you must be able to receive to allow this flow to occur. Focusing on the earth star chakra, foot chakra, and base chakra, The Key to Receiving visualisation creates an energetic grid to activate you to receive more fully in your life and business.

Welcome to the Key of Receiving Meditation.

I'm Jacqueline Atkins.

For this meditation,

Ideally it would be great if you're in a position where your feet are on the floor.

Then begin the meditation by putting your attention on your feet chakras which are on the balls of your feet.

This is where you connect to the earth energy.

You might even like to tap your feet up and down on the floor or tap them with your fists to wake them up.

Then rest your feet on the ground and invite the earth energy to flow in through those chakras and as you feel that energy move in,

You might even feel your feet tingle a little.

You might feel a strange sensation in them as the earth awakens them.

Then imagine from your feet there's a great big taproot which is growing down deep into the earth and off that taproot there are roots growing in all directions horizontally,

Diagonally and you've got this great big root system that's holding you.

It's pulling your feet down into the ground a little bit.

It's almost like your feet drop beneath the surface of the earth really anchoring you in connecting you with the earth energy.

Now take a deep breath in and when you're ready to breathe out,

Empty your mind whatever's gone on in the day so far.

Then take another deep breath in.

This time fill your body with that breath.

Take it to your fingertips,

Take it to your toes and when you're ready to breathe out,

Breathe out down through those feet chakras,

Through the root system and send your breath into the earth.

When you're ready to breathe in again,

Draw up the earth energy through the root system,

Bring it up,

Bring it through your body and when you're ready to breathe out,

Breathe out through your crown,

Sending your breath up out to the cosmos and then imagine that that energy circles back down again going back down into the earth,

Deep into the earth and then making its way back to your root system and flowing back through you.

It's like that energy you'd sent up out of your crown is replenished with the divine energy and then it comes down,

Moves through the earth energy and then it moves back through you.

So you are fully connected.

You are connected with the divine energy through the earth and this energy moves continuously through you now from this space of connection,

Of flow,

Of presence.

Let your business to come in and join you now.

Imagine it's coming from a distance and it's coming towards you.

You might notice it has some form,

It might look like a human,

An animal,

A color,

An insect,

A light,

It might look like an object of some sort,

However it chooses to show up for you today.

It's often symbolic the way your business shows up each time.

So what are you seeing in your imagination?

How is your business showing up today?

Just notice it moving towards you.

Don't worry if there's no visual,

Some people aren't visual in that way but you might have a sense of your business approaching you.

It's coming right up opposite you.

Welcome it into the space and then notice does it seem grounded or is it floating around and if it feels a bit floaty you might like to imagine it has a root system like yours pulling it down,

Anchoring it down onto the earth and like you the earth energy is flowing through it,

Continuously flowing through it.

Now I'll guide you to connect in with your business.

Place your hands in front of you with your palms up and your elbows by your side and invite your business to place its energy into the palms of your hands and notice what you're feeling in your hands,

What sensation do you feel?

Does it feel equal on both sides or is it more on one side than the other?

Remembering the left side is the feminine side,

The yin side,

The right side is the masculine or yang side.

Are you feeling any other types of sensations in other parts of your body?

And as you connect with your business like this,

Does it bring up any emotions in you?

Are you aware of any thoughts crossing your mind?

Are you having any other visuals?

This is just about observing how this energetic connection is affecting you and then relax your hands back down.

So your business is still there,

It's a part of the meditation but I will be guiding the process through your energy body.

So bring your focus down to your feet chakras.

First just focus on the balls of your feet and how they're feeling as the earth energy flows in.

Is an energy that's being sent up from the earth through your root system and it's a cleansing energy.

It's the energy of black obsidian,

A crystal that draws out.

So what's happening now is this energy of black obsidian is coming up from the earth into your feet chakras and it's drawing out,

It's drawing out old stories,

Beliefs,

Memories that you have related to being disconnected from the earth,

Related to not receiving,

Related to lack,

Related to not trusting.

These stories that you've taken on from your culture,

Your family,

Your ancestry,

The society,

Your life experiences,

Now these are being drawn out with this black obsidian energy.

It's shooting up into your feet chakras,

It's quickly swirling around cleansing and then it's pulling out these toxins that are blocking the receiving energy.

So this is happening for you and your business at the same time.

All the stories your business has also taken on around not receiving,

Around lack,

Around being disconnected.

Let's use your breath to help this cleansing.

So as you breathe in,

The energy shoots up into your feet and then hold while it swirls around and then as you breathe out,

The energy shoots back down into the earth pulling out these toxins,

These toxic memories,

This dense energy that's not serving your journey right now.

Lately I'm seeing some really stuck energy here as we release very old stories to do with our society.

Because our society is changing,

Because we're moving into a very new paradigm,

We're doing lots of releasing right now.

Many of these old stories about lack are being released.

These stories are also about accumulation,

About needing to always have a surplus because you are afraid of lack.

So these stories are what's being drawn out right now,

Drawn out of your energy body,

Drawn out of your business's energy body.

As this is happening,

It might pop into your mind some stories,

Some particular stories that you have perhaps about not being worthy to receive or about being in lack.

All these stories we have about receiving,

About there never being enough,

These are being let go.

That's what's being pulled out because that is not a part of this new paradigm we are entering.

The earth and being provided for by the earth is going to become more profound in the next few years.

That's why this connection to the earth is vital now more than ever.

So use your breath right now to release these stories.

This will also help your connection with the earth.

It will help you remain grounded.

It will help your business to remain grounded.

And also the letting go of these stories helps you be more attuned to the earth's guidance.

The earth guides you on your earthly path.

It guides you as to the next step to take.

It guides you in your business.

And the guidance comes through these feature chakras.

So as you're letting go of some of these old stories,

It's allowing you to be more open to receiving that guidance.

So take one final deep breath in to let the last of these stories go.

The stories that you are ready to release right now and let it out.

That's it.

And now we've created space to move into the activation.

This activation is to bring your feet chakras to a whole new vibration in terms of the connection with the earth,

In terms of their ability to receive.

So to prepare for the activation,

Visualize that there is a grid of silver energy that runs deep in the earth.

It covers the earth.

It's not physical silver as such.

It's more like an etheric silver,

A higher frequency of physical silver.

This grid has been dormant and is being activated at this time to move us into a higher frequency in terms of our openness to receive.

It is activating our ability to be.

It is activating our yin.

Now imagine that there's a channel from this grid of silver that's feeding up into your earth star chakra.

Now this chakra sits in the earth below your feet,

About 30 centimeters or a foot below your feet.

The silver energy is flowing up from this grid to your earth star chakra,

Which begins to radiate a silver light.

Then this flow of energy splits in two from the earth star chakra going up to your feet.

So one channel goes up to one foot,

The other channel goes up to the other foot.

See that flow happening from the grid to the earth star chakra and then splitting into your feet.

But then imagine it flows through your feet chakras and those two channels meet in your base chakra.

So it's forming a diamond from the earth star to your feet to your base,

The silver diamond.

This silver diamond is the keyhole.

The meditation is called the key to receiving because it's about activating the energy that sits in this silver diamond.

Be aware of this diamond and also be aware that the same thing is happening in your business.

Keep your focus on the diamond,

On the four points of the diamond.

This flow of silver energy coming up from the grid through the earth star chakra,

Through your feet into your base.

This flow is to bring you all of the support you require on the earth plane,

All the support you require to live your soul's mission on the earth plane in this physical reality.

This is not only the energy of receiving,

This is the energy of awakening.

So focus on this flow of energy.

Feel this energy fill that diamond.

Your business's diamond is being filled at the same time,

Activating your business's receiving energy.

Now as you focus on this diamond filling with the silver energy,

I'm sending an activation through my hands.

They're moving in like a dance and this silver energy flowing out through my fingers and it's weaving around your diamond.

As you receive,

I awaken.

You might even be aware of the energy in your diamond moving,

Dancing around as it responds to what's coming out from my hands.

Remember we are moving beyond time and space here.

So it doesn't matter when you listen to this,

You are still receiving this activation from my hands,

Bringing through the silver energy to activate the silver in your diamond.

So all you need to be doing right now is sitting in this receptive space.

Be open,

Relaxed.

There's no need to do anything.

There's no need to understand,

To want to know why or how.

If you can remove that and just be in the stillness,

In the yin energy of this space.

I'm doing the work now.

It's as if I'm putting a key into this diamond keyhole for you and your business.

Your key is different to anyone else listening to this meditation.

I'm putting in the key that is uniquely yours to unlock your receiving diamond.

And as I unlock it and open the space,

You'll feel a rush of energy move into that space.

Supporting the intention to awaken the next step of your soul's mission.

It may be to do with your business.

It may be to do with another aspect of your life.

What is most important here is that you are open to receiving this activation.

That space between the in-breath and the out-breath.

The out-breath and the in-breath.

That little gap is the space of receiving.

It's the space of the yin energy.

So be aware of that pause.

Because that's where the magic happens.

So whatever you're requiring to support your soul mission,

You are receiving it right now.

Whatever your business requires,

It's receiving the energy of it right now.

This beautiful diamond space is filled with that support.

And now imagine that there's a bridge of energy passing between your diamond and your business's diamond.

Connecting them,

Aligning them so that you can walk this path together.

It's almost like there's a little bit of a recalibration going on between your diamond and your business's diamond.

Sit in the energy of this bridge of connection.

The energy of the diamond.

The energy of receiving.

And now tap your feet a little like you did at the beginning of the meditation.

This is just to help activate the energy and bring it into the physical plane.

And then rest your feet back down.

Now imagine there's a beautiful silver path winding in front of you and your business has one too and they're alongside each other.

Maybe sometimes your path winds off a bit from the business and then comes back,

But they still remain alongside each other.

This support that you've been receiving through the activation of the diamond will lead you on this path.

It will lead you to the next step and then the next step and then the next step.

In many ways,

This is all you need to know.

Wait for the inspiration to come through and then take the next step.

This is how you embody your soul's mission.

One step at a time.

In a continuous state of receiving.

This is the new business paradigm.

This is what we are moving into.

This is trust and this is receptivity.

Now bring your focus back to your hand chakras and connect back with your business like you did at the beginning.

Your hands,

Palms up and invite your business to place its energy into your hands and allow yourself to receive that energy.

Be present to the receiving of that energy and then ask your business,

What's the next step I can take to open me more to receiving?

Allow the answer to just cross your mind,

Observe it and pull it in.

It might be a word,

A phrase,

It might be an image.

Allow it,

Receive it.

If nothing is coming to you right now,

Don't worry,

You've asked the question.

So the answer will come but be open and be ready to receive it because it may come in an unexpected way.

Then thank your business for joining you in this meditation,

For being in your life,

For being a part of your journey to open you to receiving more.

Then allow its energy to fade away and bring your focus back to your feet chakras and where the earth energy is flowing in.

This time as that energy flows into your body,

Allow it to awaken your physicality.

So start to move your feet,

Your legs,

Your hips,

Your spine.

Pull your shoulders,

Move your arms and hands.

Stretch your neck,

Your one,

Sigh,

Whatever you need to do to move back into your body.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes coming back into your space.
