Meet Your Business

Did you know that your business is a separate entity from you and you are in a co-creative relationship with it?This meditation guides you on a journey to meet your business, connect energetically, and begin to communicate with it intuitively. It is suitable for entrepreneurs at any stage of their business journey. You may choose to pause the recording after you ask a question to give you more time to hear the answers.

Transcript

During this meditation,

I'm going to take you on a journey to meet with the entity that is your business,

To help you forge a stronger connection,

To support you to move into partnership with your business,

Into a collaborative relationship,

And to help you to understand that your business is a separate entity to you,

And that you can communicate with this entity in a way that you can support it and it can support you,

So that you can grow together and move along the path to success side by side.

To begin the meditation,

Sit comfortably,

Preferably with your feet on the ground.

Close your eyes and tune into your feet,

And particularly the chakras on the balls of your feet,

Where the earth energy flows through into your body.

Roll the balls of your feet around to open and activate these chakras,

And then rest your feet back on the ground,

Feeling the stability and support of the earth through the soles of your feet.

Take a deep breath in and feel the earth energy flow up through these chakras into your body.

And as this energy moves through your entire being,

Allow it to take you to a place in nature that is really special for you.

It may be somewhere you've been or somewhere you really want to go,

But you have such a heart connection to this place.

It's a place where you always feel present,

Where your awareness is heightened,

Where your heart is opened.

When you can feel yourself in this place,

Find a beautiful spot to stand and then look around you.

What do you see?

Pay attention to the detail.

What can you hear in this place?

Distinguish the different sounds.

What can you smell?

Do you taste anything in your mouth?

What can you feel against your skin?

Being aware of your senses supports you to be in the moment.

And as your awareness is heightened,

You notice something coming towards you from the distance.

It's your business.

As it approaches you,

Notice what form it's taken.

Perhaps it's a human form or an animal or insect.

Perhaps it's a light or a color.

How does it show itself to you today?

Let it reveal itself in whatever form it chooses,

Knowing that at another time it may choose a different form.

But for you,

In this moment,

This is the perfect form.

It comes towards you until it is right opposite you.

You could reach out and touch it.

Open your heart chakra and send the energy of love into the business's heart chakra.

It has an energy body just like you.

Welcome it into the space and acknowledge it.

I see you.

I see you as a separate entity to me.

I honor you.

I thank you.

And then place your palms face up with your elbows by your side in a gesture of receiving.

And invite your business to place its energy into the palms of your hands.

As it does this,

Pay attention to what you can feel in your palms.

Perhaps it's a heavy weight.

Maybe it's tingly.

You might feel it more on one side than the other.

What is the energy of your business right at this moment?

How is it conveying that energy to you?

And as you connect with your business in this way through the hand chakras in the palms of your hands,

How do you feel in your body?

What do you feel physically?

There might be a particular area of your body where you have some sort of reaction,

A physical reaction.

So don't tune into how you feel emotionally as you connect with your business in this way.

What thoughts are passing through your mind?

Do you have any images in your mind?

Is there anything you're seeing as you connect with your business in this way?

Don't censor anything.

Don't push it away as rubbish.

Really tune into your body.

And the effect this connection with your business is having on your body,

On your mind,

On your emotions.

And once again,

Connect into your heart chakra and speak heart to heart with your business.

Tell it how much you love it.

Tell it what you love about it.

And how much you appreciate it.

Feel its heart expand as you do this.

Feel its solar plexus expand because it feels worthy.

It feels valued by you.

It feels seen by you.

And now in this connected space,

Ask your business a question.

It could be anything,

Anything that's on your mind in regards to your business at the moment.

A choice you have to make or perhaps some clarity on something.

It doesn't matter how small or how big the question is.

Just ask an open-ended question and then wait for its reply.

Again,

Do not discount anything.

Whatever thought comes to you,

Whatever image comes to you,

Anything that crosses your mind,

Grab it and pull it in.

Don't judge it.

Accept it.

Even if the answer isn't really clear,

Take hold of the answer knowing it will become clearer.

And if nothing comes to you in this moment,

Know that the answer will come to you.

Because you've asked a question and your business is communicating with you always.

And now ask your business,

Is there anything that it wants to share with you?

Again,

Listen intently.

Be present.

Don't discount anything.

As you receive what your business has to share with you,

Send your thanks reconnecting through the heart chakra.

Send it love for allowing this connection to happen.

Send it love for being your biz buddy.

Promise that you will acknowledge it as a partner,

That you will listen to what it has to say.

You will be guided by it,

Just as you guide it.

Feel the energy move between you and your business's heart chakras in a pattern of infinity.

Really tune into this connection.

And then place your hands over your heart in a prayer position.

Now your head and acknowledge your business and thank it.

As you do this,

It slowly fades from the scene.

And once again you look around you at this beautiful place,

Your sacred business space.

You can come here and meet your business anytime.

This is where you can plan your strategy with your business.

Always in partnership.

Slowly the scene fades and you feel yourself back in the location of your physical body.

Tune into your physical body.

How does it feel now?

How do you feel about your business now?

Drawing up that beautiful earth energy through your feet chakras into your body.

And as you feel it coming up,

Wriggle your toes.

Move your body,

Wriggle your fingers,

Roll your shoulders and feel your physicality.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Feeling full from your encounter with your business.

Knowing you've taken a step closer to strengthening this co-creative relationship you have with your business.

Make a commitment to return to this sacred business space often.

And to connect with your business in this deep,

Heartfelt way.
