Connect And Communicate With Your Business

Your business is a separate energetic entity from you and you are in a co-creative relationship with it. In this updated version of her 'Meet your Business' Insight Timer meditation, Jacquelyn guides you on a sacred journey to meet your business, connect with it energetically, and begin to communicate with it intuitively. This version takes you on a deeper journey and provides more time to hear your business's response to the questions you ask. It is suitable for entrepreneurs at any stage of their business journey.

I'm Jacqueline and in this meditation I'm going to take you on a journey to meet with the energetic entity that is your business.

It will help you forge a stronger connection with your business,

To support you to move more into partnership with your business,

Into a collaborative relationship and help you understand that your business is a separate entity to you and you can communicate with this energetic entity in a way that you can support it and it can support you so that you grow together,

Co-creating and moving along the path to success side by side.

To begin the meditation sit comfortably,

Preferably with your feet on the ground,

Close your eyes and tune into your feet and particularly the chakras on the balls of your feet where the earth energy flows through into your body and as you open those chakras wide be aware of the earth energy flowing in and at the same time grow down your roots from your feet chakras,

Take them deep into the earth and spread them out wide.

Feel the earth energy flow up through these chakras and into your body and as this energy moves through your entire being allow it to take you to a place in nature that's really special for you.

It may be somewhere you've been or somewhere you really want to go but you have such a heart connection to this place.

It's a place where you always feel present,

Where your awareness is heightened,

Your heart is opened and you simply feel joy.

When you feel yourself in this place find a beautiful spot to stand and look around you,

What do you see?

Notice the detail in everything,

What can you hear?

Distinguish between the different sounds,

Can you smell anything?

Do you taste anything in your mouth?

Can you feel anything against your skin?

Being aware of your senses supports you to be fully present in this moment,

It also enables you to be connected.

So from this place of presence and connection you notice that something is coming towards you from the distance,

It's your business.

As it moves towards you,

You can see it is in a certain form.

In your imagination how are you seeing it?

It may look human,

It may look like a colour,

A bird,

An insect,

An object,

An animal,

A sacred geometrical pattern,

How is it showing up for you today?

Let it reveal itself in whatever form it chooses.

At the same time it may choose a different form,

But for you in this moment this is the perfect form and there is always a message in that form.

So it's coming towards you until it's right opposite you,

You could reach out and touch it.

If you're someone who doesn't see things so clearly,

Perhaps now it's right opposite you,

You can sense its energy.

Open your heart chakra and send the energy of love into your business's heart chakra.

It has an energy body just like you,

Feel its response as it sends love to your heart.

Welcome it into the space and acknowledge it.

I see you,

I see you as separate from me.

I honour you,

Thank you.

Now imagine that your business has roots like you growing deep down into the earth to anchor it and now connect with your business through your hand chakras.

So place your hands palms facing upwards with your elbows by your side in a gesture of receiving and invite your business to place its energy into the palms of your hands and notice what sensation you're feeling in your hands.

How would you describe it?

It may feel like a tingling,

A pressure,

A heat,

A coldness.

How would you describe it?

This in itself is a way your business communicates with you.

Is it equal between the hands or is it more on one side than the other?

The left being the yin feminine side,

The right being the yang or masculine side.

Again there could be a message in this.

Your business may be saying we need to spend more time in the yin or it may be saying we're spending far too much time in the yin.

This is for you to interpret or at this moment in time it could be balanced.

Now scan the rest of your body starting from your feet and moving up and observe if there's any sensation in any other parts of your body.

Just being the observer here this is just your energetic response to your business and then notice if there's any emotion coming up in you.

Perhaps you're feeling joy,

Perhaps there's some dread there or a feeling of being disconnected.

Again simply observe.

Notice if there are any thoughts crossing through your mind as you meet with your business in this way.

Just observing them or perhaps you're having some visions,

Seeing some visuals in your imagination.

All of this is giving information about your relationship with your business right at this moment in time.

As you connect with your business in this way don't censor anything,

Don't push it away as rubbish.

Really tune into your body and the effect this connection with your business is having on your body,

On your mind,

On your emotions and bring your energy back down to your heart chakra where you connected with your business before.

This is where you will speak heart to heart with your business.

Tell your business how much you love it.

Tell your business what you love about it,

What you appreciate about it.

Feel its heart expand as you do this.

Feel its solar plexus expand because it feels worthy,

It feels valued by you,

It feels seen by you.

Its base chakra may also expand because it feels trusted by you.

And now in this connected space you're going to practice communicating with your business.

Now this is the vital part of the whole process because the stronger your ability to communicate with your business and hear its response,

The more guidance your business gives you in creating an intuitively led business.

So begin by asking your business,

Is there anything it wants to share with you in this moment?

And as you ask that question,

What do you want to share with me right now?

Ask the question,

Take a deep breath in and as you breathe out,

Empty your mind and allow the answer to come to you.

What do you want to share with me right now?

You may receive a word,

A phrase,

An image.

It may not make sense but that's okay.

This is a practice and the more you do it,

The better you get.

So try not to push anything away.

Receive whatever comes.

This is about trust.

This is about trusting your intuition,

Your ability to hear guidance.

Connecting with your business and communicating in this way assists you to connect with your intuition.

It assists you to hear the guidance that is all around you at all times.

So now you're going to ask a second question and I'm going to leave this one up to you.

This question could be anything,

Anything that's on your mind in regards to your business at this moment.

It could be a choice you have to make,

Some clarity you need around something.

It doesn't matter how small or how big the question is.

Just ask an open-ended question.

Take the breath in,

Breathe out,

Empty your mind and wait for its reply.

Trust.

And again,

Do not discount anything.

Whatever image comes to you,

Whatever crosses your mind,

Receive it,

Accept it.

Even if the answer isn't really clear,

Just take hold of whatever you receive,

Knowing it will become clearer.

And if nothing comes to you in this moment,

Know the answer will come to you.

Whenever you ask a question,

The answer always comes.

But often you are so focused on where you think the answer will come from or what you think the answer will be that you do not see that channel through which the answer comes.

So stay open,

It may come from your business,

It may come through another channel.

You've asked the question,

You will receive an answer.

Whatever you did or didn't receive at this moment in time,

Connect back in with your heart and the heart of your business,

Sending love,

Sending this bridge of beautiful love energy and feeling your business send back the love and filling up your heart.

You have formed a connection,

This connection will not be lost and it will continue to strengthen the more you practice communicating with your business.

That flow of energy between your heart and your business' heart now turns into a beautiful flow in the symbol of infinity,

This harmony created between your heart,

Your essence and your business' heart,

Its essence.

And as this flow happens,

Commit to your business,

Promise it that you will acknowledge it as a partner,

That you will listen to what it has to say and that you will be guided by it.

And then place your hands over your heart in a prayer position,

Acknowledge your business and thank it.

As your business receives this gratitude,

It slowly fades from the meditation and once again you look around at this beautiful place,

Your sacred business space.

You can come here and meet your business anytime,

This is where you can strengthen your connection with your business,

It's where you can plan your strategy with your business,

Always in partnership.

Slowly the scene fades and you feel yourself back in the location of your physical body.

Tune into your physical body,

How does it feel now?

How do you feel about your business now?

Draw up that beautiful earth energy through your feet chakras into your body and as you feel it coming up,

Start to move your feet,

Your arms and hands and when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Feeling full from your encounter with your business.

Make a commitment to return to this sacred business space often to connect with your business in this deep heartfelt way.
