Hello,
This is Jax and welcome to your meditation.
Here at the beginning,
Let's take a moment to find stillness.
You can be seated,
Lying down,
Whatever feels good for you right now.
If it's comfortable,
Gently close down your eyes.
Let your breath begin to slow down.
And before we get into visualization in the future,
Let's just take a moment to check in where you are right now.
Notice what's present in your body.
Maybe a sense of tiredness,
A little bit of tension,
Or maybe calm.
And there's no need to fix anything or change how you're feeling or what you're experiencing.
Just notice.
How are you really feeling in this moment?
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And then exhale through your mouth with a sigh and just let it go.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And exhale any way to just let it all go.
A couple more like that.
Another deep breath in,
Expand the ribs.
And out,
Just soften your shoulders.
Let's do one more together.
Inhale.
Soften your jaw a little bit more.
Soften your eyes a little bit more.
And just let yourself start to be here in this moment,
In this breath,
In this body,
In this day.
And now I want you to gently bring one hand to your heart and one hand to your forehead.
And I want you to feel the warmth of your hands.
And take a really slow inhale into both spaces,
Breathing into the mind and into the heart.
And as you exhale,
I want you to imagine the two connecting.
Keep doing that.
So you breathe into the hand,
That's on the heart and on the head.
And you exhale,
Just feel that connection forming.
And it's kind of like the head and the heart begin to speak the same language.
Every inhale,
You start to invite this clarity,
This focus.
And every exhale,
You start to cultivate this connection and intuition.
A couple more breaths like this.
Just you can let your hands go and rest them wherever feels comfortable.
Feel the mind quieting,
Feel the heart opening.
This is where your vision lives,
Right between the two,
The head and the heart.
Once again,
Soften your jaw,
Soften your shoulders and just breathe.
Soften your jaw,
Soften your shoulders,
Soften your shoulders.
Now begin to bring to mind something you're calling in.
So this could be a goal,
A dream,
A version of yourself you're becoming.
And I want you to see it clearly.
Imagine that it's already happened.
So what does that look like?
Where are you waking up?
Who are you surrounded by?
What do you feel as you move through your day?
And let these visualizations,
Let them be vivid.
See colors,
Lights,
Sounds.
A couple of breaths here.
And now,
Instead of watching it from the outside,
I want you to step into that version of you.
I want you to feel as if you are already living this life.
Feel how that version of you stands and breathes and speaks.
And let that energy fill you up.
Breathe into it.
Let it land in your body.
Let your nervous system begin to believe it's true,
Because on some level,
It already is.
And now I want you to ask yourself quietly,
If I were already living this version of my life,
What would I do differently today?
How would I show up?
And let those answers come not from the mind,
But from the body,
From the heart.
Wherever you're at,
Take a deep breath in,
Feel that alignment.
And as you exhale,
Let it ripple through you.
Allow yourself to trust.
Trust your vision.
Know that you are already becoming this version of you,
And you're open to the steps that lead you there.
Take one last breath in,
Breathing that vision through your whole body.
And exhale,
Slowly grounding it into the present moment.
Start to bring some movement to your body.
Wiggle the fingers and the toes,
Roll the shoulders and take a final deep breath in,
And a final deep breath out.
When you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes if they're closed.

Night,
Wherever you're at,
Is that you carry this energy with you.
This calm knowing that what you saw is already unfolding,
Because you've already become the person who's ready for it.
Keep coming back to this meditation.

To step into your power and live that reality that's already waiting for you.
