Hello,

This is Jax,

And let's do some affirmations together.

Take a deep breath in,

And a slow breath out.

A couple more times,

Deep breath in,

And exhale and just let it all go.

Let yourself arrive here.

You don't need to figure anything out right now.

You don't need to fix,

Control,

Or plan.

Just be here.

Let your shoulders soften,

Let your jaw unclench,

And let your mind rest.

I am here now.

You can repeat these affirmations silently or out loud.

I speak kindly to myself.

I believe in myself.

I trust my abilities and my intuition.

I am capable of handling whatever comes my way.

I am grounded.

I am proud of how far I've come.

I release self-doubt and breathe.

I choose to trust instead of judge.

My voice matters.

I am worthy of being seen.

I am becoming the most confident version of myself.

I pause to listen to my self-truth.

What I feel and say matters.

I take up space,

Not because I deserve it,

But because it's my birthright.

I am worthy of everything I desire.

Pause,

Breathe,

Feel your feet rooted to the ground,

And prioritize your breath.

Take a deep breath in,

And exhale,

Just let it go,

Let it go,

Let it go.

A couple more.

And as you breathe here,

Just feel the ground beneath you.

Feel how the earth supports you,

Always steady,

Always there.

You are supported.

You are held.

You are doing your best,

And that's always enough.

Start to sense your body,

The weight of your feet,

The back of your skull.

If your eyes are closed,

You can gently open them,

And come back to these affirmations any time you need a moment to pause,

Regroup,

And find that inner peace.
