Bij Mantra For Root Chakra - LAM

The Bij mantra or seed sound for the Root Chakra is LAM. You can repeat this mantra to rebalance, recalibrate and feel the Root Chakra. Located at the base of the spine to the tail bone around the perineum. It is an energy center associated with feeling safe and secure, as well as assisting our connection to the Earth. This energy wheel is often visualized as a red ball of spinning light. Use this mantra to assist to calm the nervous system and ground you when feeling overwhelmed. Enjoy.

Breathe into this energy wheel visualising a red ball of light.

Feeling and sensing in your body a feeling of safety,

Security.

How does this feel in the body?

The Bij mantra is LUM.

You may repeat it out loud with me,

Or you may use your inside voice and just repeat it in your head and feel the frequency in your body.
