平日我是一名視覺設計師,高壓工作和長時間久坐讓我身理心理無法平衡, 常常感到焦慮和肌肉緊繃, 但透過我熱愛的瑜珈和正念冥想,讓我找到一個減壓放鬆的方法。 希望可以透過平日所學,加上一些放鬆的背景音樂來做引導,能夠幫助跟我一樣的朋友。
