Activate Your Inner Potential

For this practice you need to choose a dream, goal, project or desire that you have some resistance in moving forward with. In this meditation we evoke the resistance as energy in your body and work to neutralise it. We then evoke your highest potential of light in this chosen area.

Transcript

Open body,

Open mind.

Open body,

Open mind.

And breathe.

Breathe.

And with your breath,

Invite light into your body.

Invite light into your body.

From 360 degrees around you,

Light from the stars into the body.

And anywhere you're holding other people's energy or low frequency energy that's ready to be released,

Release back to the universe on the out-breath.

Release back to the universe on the out-breath,

Allowing more light to flow to you on the in-breath.

Light from the sun and stars into the bones,

Blood,

Organs,

Cells of the body.

And on the out-breath,

Releasing anything ready to be released.

Other people's energy or low frequency programming that you've picked up or created somehow within you release back to the universe.

Allow more light to be with you.

And I call four angels around you.

In the east,

Raphael,

Archangel of Air.

And this angel brings emerald green fire,

Emerald green fire.

Releases to that angel,

To that fire.

Anywhere you need that fire in your body,

Breathe it in.

Breathe in this emerald green light.

And allow this light to release whatever it needs to release.

Release whatever it needs to release.

And in the south,

We call Michael,

Archangel of Fire.

The energy is this electric blue fire.

Bring in that fire into your body.

Anywhere you need electric blue fire to clear,

Cleanse and release other people's energy,

Bring that into your body.

And to the west is Gabriel,

Archangel of Water.

The energy of this angel is diamond white fire.

Anywhere you need diamond white fire from the west,

Bring that fire into your body.

And in the north finally is Uriel,

Archangel of Earth.

This energy is ruby red fire.

Anywhere you need that fire in your body,

Breathe that in.

Four angels around you.

Four angels around you.

Allow your field to be adjusted,

Opened,

Aligned,

These four angels in the horizontal plane.

And let's call to Metatron of the Christ grid from the central sun,

Brings down this grid of light.

Down to the room,

This golden white grid,

Ascension grid,

Down to top of head.

Top of head opens,

A great sphere of light opens.

Crown chakra opens.

Allow that grid to descend to the center of the head.

The third eye opens,

A great sphere of light opens.

Allow that light to descend to the throat chakra.

A sphere of light opens as the throat chakra opens.

And bring that grid of light down to the heart that opens as a sphere of light.

Anchor the grid into the heart,

Allow all chakras from the heart upwards to align with the Christ grid,

To align with the Christ grid.

Anywhere you need to release energy from these chakras,

Release the grid,

Allow more light to pour into these chakras from the heart upwards.

And as that's happening,

Let's call to Sandaphon of the earth,

To bring up the crystalline grid of the earth,

This crystal white grid up to the feet.

Feel yourself anchoring into the earth as that light comes up the legs.

Feel that light come up to the base chakra that opens as a great sphere of light opens.

Allow that light to ascend to the sacral center that opens as a great sphere of light opens.

Allow that light to ascend to the solar plexus that opens as a great sphere of light opens.

And anchor that light into the heart.

Allow all chakras from the heart downwards to align with the crystalline grid.

Six angels and two grids of light.

And just breathe,

Allow your field to be opened.

And as this is happening,

Bring to mind this energy of block,

Resistance,

Heaviness or contraction.

And this block may focus on one or more chakras,

On one or more chakras.

Find where in your body is this heaviness or resistance in the body.

Tune into that energy of resistance,

Embrace it,

Allow it to be there.

Allow it to be there.

Do not push it away,

Just allow and welcome this block,

This resistance,

This heaviness,

This contraction.

And notice how big is this energy.

Is it a grape,

A walnut?

Is it an apple size,

A melon,

A watermelon,

A basketball or bigger?

How big is this block,

This resistance,

This energy?

Just get a sense of the size of it.

And is this energy still or moving?

And then as you do this,

Notice is there a colour,

Is there a colour associated with this block or resistance?

Notice the colour.

If there is a colour,

What kind of colour,

What kind of grey or black or green or whatever colour is there or mixture of colours?

So tuning into this energy wherever it is in the body,

Whatever size it is,

Whether it is moving or still,

Pulsing or vibrating,

Whatever colour it is,

Tune into this and what is the emotion there,

The emotion in this block,

This resistance?

There may be a number of levels of emotion.

Tune in and allow and breathe and allow all of the emotion in this so called block or resistance to present itself to be felt.

Open,

Soften and relax.

And feel this block as energy inside of you resisting.

Also tune in,

Are there any memories or voices in this energy field?

If there are,

Just embrace them and allow them all to come forward as information,

As feedback around this block.

So you know the location in the body,

The size,

The movement,

Whether still or moving or pulsing,

The colour,

The emotion and if there are any other information in this block.

And then ask your higher self to convert all of this energy into a symbol that represents this resistance or block,

A symbol.

You may see the symbol within the energy field itself.

As you see the symbol perhaps within the energy field,

Within the energy of this resistance,

Call into your hands a large clear quartz crystal.

This crystal is highly magnetic,

Sealed in ultraviolet fire.

Hold this crystal up,

This etheric crystal up to this area of block and begin to extract the symbol and all the energy around it into the crystal.

Breathe and open,

Breathe and open.

Open your energy field and allow all the energy to pour into the crystal,

The symbol and the energy around it to pour into the crystal.

Give permission for all this energy to release from your body.

Release the power,

The magnetic power of the crystal to pull this energy out from your field.

Pull all of it out.

Much of this energy is probably not even yours,

Much of this energy is probably not even yours.

Pulling it out from your field.

When you've got all the energy out,

Close your energy field.

And surrender this crystal to your higher self and ask this crystal to be released in ultraviolet fire,

Released as pure light back to the universe.

Using this energy of block back to the universe as energy.

And when this is done,

We ask your higher self for a new symbol of light that represents the highest potential for you in this area.

The highest potential,

Highest frequency of light,

Highest 5D potential that's perhaps at the moment unrealized,

Unrealized,

Not actuated yet.

Call the symbol into your hands.

That symbol could be anything from a flower,

A crystal,

Sacred geometry,

Sacred image.

That's your first impressions.

Find that symbol in your hands.

When you find it there,

Bring it into the place in your body where you release the old resistance.

Bring that symbol of light into your body,

Into the heart of that area where you held the resistance and allow that symbol to begin to radiate light out through your energy field,

All through your energy field.

I ask your higher self to delete from your Akashic all discordant energies from the old resistance and allow more of this new light to permeate your energy field and all levels of your Akashic.

To permeate the chakra itself which held or was the most associated with this resistance.

Releasing the old,

If there is any old remnants of the old resistance in your body,

Allow this new symbol to begin to radiate a higher frequency light to that energy,

Transforming it in your body.

Ask this symbol to guide you in the days,

Weeks and months ahead towards activating more of this energy,

More of this potential as you neutralise the resistance and activate the possibility in your field.

So breathe open,

Soft and relax.

And just allow that process to continue in your body for a while.

The old resistance being neutralised and the new symbol of possibility radiating light throughout your field.

Take that new symbol and send it into the very DNA of your body,

The very DNA.

Allow that symbol in the DNA in the cells of your body to begin to open,

Activate and awaken,

Whatever needs to be opened,

Activated and awakened.

Breathe,

Open and allow the process to continue within you,

Beyond this meditation.

And as this is happening we can thank all the angels around you that begins to release this holding space for you.

When you're ready you can begin to release all the angels,

Take your time.

Thanking Uriel of the North,

Gabriel of the West,

Michael of the South,

Raphael of the East,

Thanking Metatron for holding the Christ Grid and releasing the crystalline grid to whatever extent you wish in your field.

Breathe and open and thanking all guides,

All beings and asking for the divine delivery of this meditation at the right time,

Pulsing the Universal Grid.

Just breathe and allow this energy work to continue within you and when you're ready Back to your body wiggling fingers and toes and your breath,

Releasing any residue of resistance back to the Universe.

Stellar! Will do this one at least once per week. Felt the resistance like a big black bowling ball crushing my 3 lower chakras. Wasn’t able to get rid of all of it this time but I’ll improve with practice 🙌🏻

Wow Steve! I do a different one of your amazing + powerful meditation activation journeys everyday, just whatever Spirit decides for me and puts in my face, and today it was this one, and WOW! This was exactly what I've needed at this time of my growth process in this life to really expand and move ahead in a big way, an intentional way.
I knew there was resistance, but I never considered it was an actual object inside of me that I could remove! All this time I've been looking in my head for some emotion or memory, trying to use a learned skill, when really, I should have been looking in my body! I also feel intuitively that this resistance was a Divine part of my journey that I was meant to overcome in this manner, and I had never considered that before either. So many awakenings!
